I took my 2yo boy there and was the best experience ever, he didn’t cried at all thanks to Mercedes being so patient and caring. Using the app to book my appointment was pretty convenient. I would recommend them 100%!

Looking for a new barber. This one had really good reviews. I made an appointment for yesterday 9/30, at 4pm. Got there at 3:50. 3 barbers on hand and 3 people (including myself) waiting. One guy got in his chair. So now it’s just two of us.Waited over 45 minutes with no acknowledgment about my appointment. (They’re also slow with their cuts) 2 more people (1 man, 1 women with 2 kids) come in and both free barbers take them instead of myself and another person. Claiming they were “appointments” when clearly they were friends or current clients. Whatever the case, I ended up leaving because I had things to do. They pleaded that I would be next (after the other person complained about having an appointment as well) I left. To me, not a good first impression from an establishment.

Wish Mercedes had more hours ! She’s sick with the fades and layering! Jakes gets down and is at the shop almost every day and goes hard with the fades. Basically everyone in this shop can Fade so you’ll have no worries I just listed these two individuals because I get cut by them . Everyone else is usually booked that’s how good everyone is here ! Zara is great with children also if you want your toddlers looking fresh ! Glad I found this barber shop and it’s right around the corner . If I were to move I’d still come and drive the distance. 🤝

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!!!! I had an appointment for 9am and they didnt show up until 9:25 am no apology or anything. I asked for a discount due to them being 25 minutes late. And they laughed and said no I cannot believe that is the way they treat a customer that comes every 2 weeks.

Brooklyns finest is one of the top 10 Barbershops in the state of Arizona. They are extremely polite and cordial. They make it a point to make you feel welcome. Art, Tim, O.G Mike, Jake, Lulu and Zara are all highly skilled barbers. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have kids! My brother and I drive 30 min just for them to cut our hair!

Zara is the truth, I took a chance a few months ago moved to this area and tried this barbershop out. Went to Zara for my first time and been going to her ever since. She nice at fading/blending always does my beard perfect and she even will hook up your eyebrows. Plus all the other barbers are clean from what i’ve seen. 10/10 Easily.

Ive been getting groomed at this location for 20 years. Arthur has taken this shop to the next level. I usually get my cut from Mike but everybody is high quality. Clean atmosphere, friendly welcoming conversation and incredible talent. This is what a Barber shop is supposed to be. They remember you, they treat you like a friend and you leave feeling great.

Tim cuts my sons hair and does a great job. My only issues are pricing and no website. There is no website to explain how the barber shop works and what items you can select. I have 5 man/ kids in this house so its $17/a head every 6 months (close to $90). Its why I only bring in one child for a hair cut so far. I am sure there is a family discount but,How would I know without a website with info?

They are good barbers you just have to be very specific. It is best to call ahead just in case

Ask for OG Mike. This man brought my hair line back from 5 years ago and I’m only 25. Most AZ barbers do not cut hair how you want it but how they want it. This guy knew exactly what he was doing. I live in Tempe and drive out my way because it’s worth it. Price is super legit.

They communicate well and barbers are versatile being able to cutt multiple types of hair, I’ve been getting my hair Cutt by maya for a year now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I went last week Myra did a good job on my cut for the people complaining about slow service or that the barbers seem to take friends or whatever need to make a appointment if they dont want to wait they have it online if you google the shop and boom you can schedule stop wanting to just walk in and have them take your before the people who made appointment

Ive had one barber from the age of 17 after he quit cutting hare I came here Gary was the one started cutting my hair. But his soon Arthur has been cutting for at least 7yrs so Ive been getting my skin fade there for 12yrs at least if not longer. Best in town.

Recently moved to Arizona from Anchorage, Alaska. I’m normally not the one to take my son to get his hair cuts but today the job had to get done! I’m so glad I took him in. I walk in and they said 35 minute wait but honestly speaking it didn’t even feel like it! I was so amazed by how fast these ladies were cutting hair and how GOOD they were at it! I haven’t heard much of women cutting hair but I was so happy to see it and how fast I was in and out of the shop! I was so PLEASED as to how Mercedez did my little mans hair... he’s all set and ready to rock for his first day! First time there today and I got one hell of a cut. The older man named Mike was the one who cut my hair and I was super impressed. He took his time and seemed to take pride in his craft. I’ll definitely be seeing mike again.

They make you wait two hours if you dont have a appointment not the place to go if you your not trying to be there all day. They seem to take in the friends regardless of how long you been there.

My husband went there for the first time on Sunday. His barber, Jake, was fantastic! He really took his time and did a great job fading his hair and trimming his beard. My husband was really impressed with Jakes professionalism and the pride he took in his work. This is now my husbands favorite place for maintenance! Thank you Jake!

Mayra is my barberest...lolShes awesome, shes been cutting my hair since I moved to Arizona from Cali 2years ago. Clean shop nice equipment and everyone is always very nice. Closets shop I could find to the kind Im used to in California, we have some of the greatest shops on the coast.

My son is Autistic and really sensitive about his ears and sounds. He is usually pretty fidgety and at 16 years old people sometimes treat him strangely because of his behaviors, but they rolled with the punches and my son sat almost completely still for them. Thats AMAZING for a first time cut with new peoe and a strange environment. I give them praise. I ha e been cutti g his hair for the last few years and appreciate anyone that can do it smoother and better than me.

Outrageously high prices for average cuts. Kids cut cost 20-25$ adult haircut Cost anywhere from 30-50$ .. the quality of the haircuts are not the best. Decided to try them out because it’s close to my house but won’t be going back. Also they don’t not require face mask and most employees don’t wear any at all.

I just got of the plane from New York actually and needed a haircut and saw Brooklyn’s barber shop and decided that was the place for me. Author gave me a cut better than I’d get at home. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a nice cut.

Artur (the owner) has been cutting my sons hair since his very first haircut at 11 months. I absolutely love the way he treats my now 6 year old son and my son loves him. Artur treats my son like one of the guys. I dont care where in The Valley I move, Artur will be sons barber. They recently acquired the space next to them and did a massive remodel. It is absolutely beautiful now and the prices are competitive! I highly recommend this place!

The first time I came in, the service was okay and decided to give it a another try. The second time I came to this shop the barber took 2 people who came in after me and when I asked why he said they made appointments, I figured no problem and asked how do I make an appointment for the future and decided to make another appointment for my third visit. During my third visit the same thing happened as before, the barber took 3 people before me even though I had an appointment ! When I asked why he said they been waiting a long time before I arrived and than proceeded to take a fourth person who came in after me. I honestly feel that if your not their friends or in their group, then you get push aside and they hope you get tired of waiting and leave

I cannot say enough good things about this barbershop. Very professional, always aware if there are children around, not alot of meaningless banter or side conversations between them, know their clients but still serves in order of first come first serve, Mayra always does a great job, not sure of all the mens names (sorry!) but have never seen a bad haircut. Busy place on Friday. Many barbers capable of current hair trends or a shave, which is what I bring a friend in for.

Use-to be a great shop until the owner Art decided to sell cars instead! Has you wait for 45min and will leave to go sell a car, making you wait an extra 25min. Basically you have to wait an hour for a cut!

I asked for a taper with a 0 on the sideburns and received a high top fade with barely any hair on top ..worst haircut ever

Moved here from Canada and couldnt find any barbershops that could cut my hair the way I wanted until I came here. Its been over a year now and I couldnt be more happy. It’s been a few times that my husband comes here trying to give that place a “chance” even if there’s barbers available they can’t take you because “they have an appointment coming” when the barber was waiting for his appointment for more than an hour. My husband went back today and the fade was horrible i Can see the crocked line from the “fade” looks like he got a haircut from a horse. Service is always all whatever. They are always in a rush and almost make you feel like you have to get out of there as soon as they’re done. I will post a picture of my husband’s haircut 🤦🏻‍♀️ take your business somewhere else

Going here is one of the best choice Ive made .. everyone is very friendly and professional I went here a few days ago and this young lady cut my hair, I was very clear on what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for! She was very cool, I mentioned it was my first time going there and she made me feel welcomed.

If I had the energy and didnt mind waiting longer for a cut I would go somewhere else. When you walk in all the barbers to the right are where its at. TVs everywhere and usually theyre playing music videos.
