Definitely get what you pay for. I normally cut my own hair but I brought my son in to get his hair cut and decided to get my hair buzzed and a beard trim. Ill never cut my own hair or trim my beard again. Always going back here. I left feeling great!! Very thorough and attention to detail. Good job guys!!

Ive been coming here regularly for a couple months and have had very good experiences up until today. I came in asking for a mid high razor face, as I do every time. The woman cutting my hair asked if I meant a high and tight, which Im not sure how that could be interpreted from my request. I said no, I want more of a medium fade, inbetween medium and high. What I ended up getting was a high and tight, and not a razor fade at all. She then proceeded to not only charge me for a regular haircut, but also an extra $3 for some graphical design charge.... If thats what I wanted, Id go back to cutting my own high and tights like I did when I was in the military. Very disappointing

Went in for a haircut, explained what I wanted, but she proceeded to cut my hair the way she wanted. I told her not to cut anything from the top, she ended up cutting all my hair after months of me growing it out. Total hack job. I have to wear a hat now, until my hair grows out again.If you wont listen to your customer, find another profession. If you dont know how to properly do more up to date haircuts, dont attempt to them, for Gods sake. Ridiculous.

Went in for a clean up trim dude hacked my beard up so bad i shaved it. Roman please do t hire bald people or people with no facial hair. What do they represent. Showed the guy how I wanted it I guess he couldnt comprehend.Next time I go anywhere to have my hair cut if they dont offer scissors only and just like to do it by clippers im out. I would pay 100.00 plus for someone to cut my beard with scissors they way it should be done. Never coming back here ever again. This is not on Roman as he is a excellent barber, cant say much for the other guy.

Ive been looking for a good barber for almost 8 years that I like enough to visit consistently. I found my guy in Sam. The owner is great too. They all take a lot of pride in their cuts. Its fantastic how they focus on the details. Fun place, very welcoming, and Ill be going back to Sam and Romas as long as Im in Phoenix.

I have been coming to Joseph for a couple months now and he’s awesome. Very funny man and has a good feel for cutting hair. Does a very good job especially with fades. I have seen marina do some pretty impressive haircuts as well and would highly recommend her. The new owner Roman comes across as very polite and is doing a great job with the business thus far. I would not go anywhere else to get a haircut and would recommend this barber shop to anybody in the area that wants a great haircut at a great price. Very friendly and personable staff.

I recently moved to the area and needed a haircut. Made the mistake of just going to great clips as I did not know about this Barbershop. I walked out of the great clips with the worst possible haircut of my life. Fast forward to the next day. Im grocery shopping at frys and see signs advertising for Romas Barber. I walked in hoping they could save me from my awful cut and boy did they ever! I had Marina cut my hair and she did an incredible job turning the awful great clips cut into a really awesome and handsome haircut. She was very personable and pleasant throughout the haircut and I will definitely be back. I wish I would have known about this place before and I would have never made the bonehead mistake of going to great clips. Thank you Romas Barber and thank you Marina!

I’ve always had a great experience at this shop. I personally see Marina, and have for many years, but all of the barbers seem very friendly and very skilled at cutting hair. They cut your hair with scissors, not just run clippers over your head (unless that’s what you want) and they straight razor your neck & hot towel for only $16?! Very satisfied customer.

I provided a picture as a reference and her response was that the person in the picture didnt have a fade. So she proceeded to give me the haircut she wanted. Worst haircut ever. Strongly do not recommend. older woman cut my hair, she smelled like burnt cigarettes every time she leaned in. Left me with serious razor burn on the back of my neck and completely uneven top. Maybe my mistake was going last minute on a Sunday. Learned my lesson. Im currently debating between a buz cut to fix it or just stare in the mirror and scream at her every time I look at my hair.

The young man didnt communicate well. Told him I wanted my hair shorter and he said its fine.Then he did my beard when I told him I didnt want him to. He cut my neck up pretty bad.

Worst experience on barber shop, I take my sons to get a hair cut, Asian guy did really guy but the old man doesnt care . I told the old man leave the top long and he cut it out like ready for a military service, no shave one edges and when I ask to clean my sons forehead he show mad and cut it one side really high on the other too low. Not recommend this
