This is definitely the place to be at if you want a fairytale event. From the moment you walk in, the place overwhelms you. It smells so good and everything is so elegant and clean. We recently had our daughters sweet 16 here and all of our guests continue to compliment us on our event. The minute they were seated, the waiters immediately served them food and were so attentive. The bartender was very knowledgeable on all drinks requested and was so nice. Even the security guard looked so elegant with her beautiful updo. The owner walked around making sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. The sound system and lighting of the place was amazing too. There was a part when our DJ played a song to guide our guests to their seats and it literally felt like a scene from Universal Studios. We have never even been to a party like this but the staff made us look like pros. I am extremely happy with Eduardos services. Thank you so much!!!

My sister had her reception here and omg.....hands down was it the most beautiful wedding reception that i have see thus far in my life. I felt like i was at some kardashian shin dig. The tables for both the guest and wedding party were absolutely beautiful and the chairs which the bride and groom sat in were chairs made for royalty! She choose the vintage backage and wanted the floral theme. I was mind blown with how it ended up coming together! It was truely a magical night!

We had a wedding here on 11/14 and what a regret. Everything that was agreed upon with the owner went out the window when he left for vacation and left his manager in charge. The language barrier was a huge issue— although the price was reasonable, the service and headache they gave us was horrendous. We showed up 45 mins early to finalize a few details and make sure everything was in place. We informed the people inside that we had two boxes and just needed help bringing one in (it was two girls asking for help) and he said “no”. I was a little shocked and asked if he said no, he can’t help us bring the box in and he reiterated that he meant no. The manager kept referring back to the contract and when we asked to see his copy of it he couldn’t seem to find it nor did he know the wedding name and the time but he memorized the contract. We asked if he could move the coffee table to the other side as it would not make sense to have coffee by the bar and dessert on the opposite side. He said he can’t move anything until his staff shows up at 7 pm..... the reception starts at 7 pm.... after tons of back and forth, we finally managed to get the table moved. They then informed us that they only had one container to hold either tea or coffee, not both when they specifically told us we would have two. Fine. You can’t change that on the day of, so we moved on. Then we asked, and I am not exaggerating, for one plastic plate for some extra dessert and his response was “no”..... I said it’s just one and we can pay for it, again “no”. Had to run around last minute to find stuff that typically a banquet hall accommodates for. I understand the price is cheap but unless you have EVERYTHING bought beforehand a la carte do not depend on them for anything, everything will be a struggle and it’s just not worth the headache. Also the uncertainty of what you’re going to show up to is just not worth it.

I remember back in the day this place was a shoe store but has very much so changed over the last 20 years none the less its a very good place for all types of occasion s my daughters promotion was there and it was professional all around .

Bad service, slow, and unorganized.

We had a lot of fun attending a wedding hair. They can really do this place up right for a massive show and feast. The decorations were fantastic, and the catering was pretty good. They have security stationed outside, which is great when you have lots of pricey cars parked at a wedding. The bar is a little scanty and always had a long line, though. You definitely need to have a couple of stations for venue this size.

This place is beautiful!! We fell in love when we first saw it for my friends wedding. We had to had our wedding here. Our big day came and everything was just beyond beautiful, servers were friendly. Food was amazing. They end our night just like fairy tale. My experience here at Eduardos Reception Hall was absolutely amazing the staff was so amazing and friendly they helped make my dream fairy tale wedding happen in just one night! The decor and detail were perfect! The overall place was wonderfully put together! The manager there is mean. He will not let you take out extra chairs for other people who have arrived. Also, their sound system is pretty horrible. You cannot hear that well from the speakers when somebody is speaking in the microphone. There is a lot of static, and I think its because the hall has poor acoustics. The DJ there likes to play music videos with women half-naked, even if its a family event with kids around.and when you approach him to turn it off, he likes to laugh in your face. Though he did turn it off. You can definitely have fun here, and it does have good lighting. But it is not the most classy place.

Yes the hall is pretty! But the service there is horrible!!! Lalo & Alejandro are the worst!! They stole products not only from this wedding but for others wedding (as I found out after we had my brother in laws wedding there). The food is also served cold!DO NOT BOOK ! OVER PRICED ! & WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Went today for a showing, the manager spent the whole time we were there on his phone. My wife and I did the walk through ourselves. Nice place but service is terrible from a manager stand point.

I had my wedding on April 01, 2018. This place was amazing Alex was so great everything turned out so beautiful everything was perfect on my special day Alex made sure all the decorations were on point the servers, waitress, bartender, security everybody was so friendly and profecional. I could not have picked a better place to celebrate my wedding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Alex Was very attentive and very detailed on everything to make sure everything was perfect he went above and beyond to make my wedding extra special I cant think him enough for all his help. Jaime was very helpful as well I called him multiple times like most brides do because they are stress out, he answer my calls and meet up with me if I had any questions or concerns. My daughters quinceañera was August 7, 2021, I have no words to thank Alex and Jaime for their extraordinary service and attention to us, everything was perfect, the food with Santis Catering was luxurious, we ordered Chiken Cordón Bleu, Fattuccine Alfredo and steamed Broccoli. The cake with Cakes & Ribbon delicious, we had the Caribbean Group of Alfredo Ramírez, the group was luxurious, a wonderful atmosphere, photo and video with super professional outlasting memories, thank you Alex for your attention to us and your professionalism 🙏💗

This place gets 5 stars we had our daughters 15 there last night and it was amazing !!! All the guest kept complimenting us about how beautiful and elegant it was decorated. The staff was amazing from security, servers, waiters, bar tenders and dj. Very clean and very cool inside how its summer already. Alejandro was amazing from beginning to end very A tentative.Great place for any event, we had our daughters Quinceañera here and all guests complimented us all night. They decorate elegantly for the event and all the workers are excellent. It is clean, and they keep the room cool, not like other places. Alejandro is very professional and attends Los amfritiones perfectly.
