The website is misleading. It states every thing can be done online. Which is not true... After wasting 15 mins online only to get no where..... Called several times and was given different information each time I called.

The manager filling in on Saturday 1/23, was exceptional!She was so patient with us, helped us with our needs and willing to show us the various storage sizes in person.

Daniel and his co-worker (cant recall her name) were very nice, provided all the expectations and made obtaining a storage a pleasant experience. It was so refreshing to encounter such friendly and happy individuals during these troubling times. They even provided an incentive for my being a nurse. StorAmerica should be so grateful to have such amazing employees.

Great service and excellent facility. Deals are some of the lowest I have seen especially if booking online. Move-in day was quick and easy which was all the made easier with the helpful store representative there on Saturday. Thanks again.

Very helpful and prices are the best ! I checked out 5 different places and they were very high priced dis place is clean and very respectful just wish they had the 24 hour access so it’s easier to move stuff when without traffic or being in a hurry but other than that it’s the best place !!

I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend others to put their stuff in at storAmerica.

I do not recommend this place. They charged us half a day when we moved out, even though they were not open the day before. Most of all they offer a truck to use. Then they said it was only to move in. We were told we could use it both. They couldnt loan out the truck anyway because it was not registered to do so when they offered it. Also, they said their virus protection is down. Great!Good deal to sign up. Not so good when said, and done.

On Saturday, 08/24/19, I entered the storage at 6 pm and tried to leave at 7:04 pm and the gate does not open, I put my code and does not open, call the number that is there and nothing, I had to speak to the police to open the gate for me, you have to do something to solve the problem the police officer told me that it is not the first time that happens.
