I was greeted very nicely by Frances, who was in training as a new employee. She took some basic informant from me, made me feel comfortable, and did as much as she could until her trainer returned. After that, the ladies helped me find the best “fit” for my needs. They walked me out to a unit to look at it first. The unit and the property were very clean. The pricing and convenience were also excellent for me. Overall, a great experience.

Property is nice, small and clean. Pest and rodent free with the exception of a spider (daddy long legs) here and there. The office staff are so friendly and helpful its awesome! (They get 5 stars) I only have 2 complaints, one is a lessen learned more than anything; my unit flooded when we were hit with the big storms a few weeks ago. All of our tools, car stereo equipment, air compressors along with several other things were directly on the ground. It was between 5 and 6 inches deep because the toolbox on the ground had water in all 3 of the drawers (2 were still full of water). The unit was almost completely dried out by the time I got there the next day but everything was moved around from floating. The other thing, after renting there for 4 months, my rent went up by $30 a month (was $175 now $205).

IStorags was awesome!!! Everytime I go in with my family me have been blessed to get Megan as our associate who always helps us out and makes sure everything is taken care of correctly. She is very professional and always ties up all the loose ends so we know whats going on and feel comfortable when we leave. Thank you iStorage and thank you very much Megan. I was moving from my apartment to our new home but, our place wasnt ready yet. I came into the office and Barbara was amazing. She let me view the unit to see if it was big enough to fit our needs. Perfect experience. I really like going off of reviews to see where I like to take my business and thats why Im leaving one for this storage location.This storage facility is awesome with exceptional customer service. Everytime I went into the office Barbara was nice and made our move less stressful. Highly recommend.

The property manager, Barbara was the most helpful, friendly and just one of the nicest people who Ive talked with in getting a storage unit rented for myself. She was so patient with me and my schedule also because I almost never came in on the day or times that I told her I would be in but she kept in contact with me and just treated me with the best attitude and smile everytime until I was all set and taken care of. I have been renting a storage unit since 2017 at the iSTORAGE PHOENIX location, 17811 North 25th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023.Barbara, the property manager, has just been wonderful. She has assisted me with so many issues and is always tidying up the storage areas and maintaining the property. Ive utilized storage units at different locations over the years and I can truly say this has been the best because of her truly customer focused attitude.Gail Allen

Barb was awesome, so sweet and helped out my son and ex-husband as well. She was willing to satisfy my picky ways. I had to switch units a couple of weeks in, she found me the unit I was looking for real close to where my other unit is and made it very easy to move my things into the smaller storage. Barb is an excellent office manager.

Barbara was very friendly and knowledgeable. She is very welcoming and goes the extra mile. I appreciate all of her help with my intake. She remembers your name and is 100% customer-satisfaction motivated. The location was easy to find and easily accessible for our family. Thank you.

Been a customer for many years and have always felt as though the belongings I store in my unit are safe from theft and damage. Security measures taken by the company and staff to ensure the safekeeping of my belongings are more than adequate. The staff and management are friendly and professional, and the rates for unit rental are reasonable. I will continue to choose iStorage for my storage needs and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

DO NOT USE THEM and if you must, do not store anything you need or care about there. Glenda was always polite however that is the ONLY positive I can give. I rented a 10x10 storage while I went to Chicago to care for my ailing Father. I purchased and paid monthly for the insurance. I returned 2 years later to nearly every piece of my furniture having water damage and smelling of mold/mildew.I immediately called the office upon arriving to empty my unit. I left a voicemail, took photos of what I could and called back about 30 minutes later while still moving items to the truck leaving the damaged furniture for the Manager to see. I finally reached the Manager. She came over and said this looks like water damage. Insurance does not cover water damage, especially from the floor. Mind you, this is an entire single story facility. ALL units are ground level. Any customer would think that the facility would have proper weatherproofing on the door to keep water out.I attempted to explain to the Manager that the water stains and mildew may have been on the bottom of my items however water was pooled up on the top of my storage bins that were 2 feet from the ceiling. There was water and water stains on TOP of the mattress cover and bed frame pieces. Anyone with common sense could see that their unit leaked internally from the ceiling. What is up, must come down..... it pooled on top and trickled down to pool on the floor, ruining my furniture.I had to discard a queen mattress and box spring that were less than 6 months old when I brought it there (My mattress and box spring were stored in the mattress protectors sold in their office), a very heavy dinette set with 6 upholstered chairs, a queen bed frame, headboard and rails and bedding that was wrapped around the mattress.I collected the insurance claim form from the Manager and dropped the contents into my new homes garage. I was left to take and discard of all damaged furniture at the dump. I was not allowed to leave it at the storage dumpster. My home was under construction so I could not unpack boxes until I moved in 30 or so days later. Once I unpacked, I filled out the claim form to the best of my ability without having receipts from 2 years prior. I emailed the form to the Manager on 1/22. I have followed up 4 times since with no response and have not been offered a $1 to replace my items.

Glenda was pleasant and knowledgeable. She was patient with me as I didn’t k ow what I wanted for sure. She got me in and out quickly.

I recently rented a storage from Istorage and it was a very good experience the ladies were very nice and courteous very down home made me laugh and I will rent from them again and recommend to anybody!!

Stored my car there, paid heavily for the space. They raised the rent 30% after Id only been there two months, and they knew I was out of the country at the time, so I couldnt take my car elsewhere. A month later, either an employee or tenant ran a heavy duty vehicle into my car and completely mashed the back fender and trunk, thousands in damage. Real bad hit. No one left a note. The place has no security, no cameras.The storage owners never emailed me about the damage to my car. They just kept on taking my monthly rental money. One month I was a little late making a payment. They emailed me right away wanting their money; still, they never emailed me to tell me my car had been damaged. I just kept paying. When I finally returned to the states, I went to this disreputable facility to get my car. Only then did I see the damage. You can only imagine the shock I had upon seeing my fender dented all the way into the wheel. I complained up the ladder. No one knew what happened to my car, no video. No premises report was sent to me about the incident, no nothing. I asked why they hadnt emailed me about the damage done to my car, particularly since they werent bashful at all about emailing me when a payment was slightly overdue. They had no answer to that question. Even though they knew I was out of the country, and even though they had my out of country number, they never called me. They said they tried my US number, but there was no message on my machine when I checked, so I know they never called. When I complained about what had happened, they said that even though the damage occurred on their premises, and even though they saw the car and they knew about the damage, they bore no responsibility. They offered not one penny to help fix my car, this after taking my money month after month and never telling me about the damage they knew had been done to my car. These people are the worst kind of business owners. They are deceitful and underhanded. You would be well advised to never do business with them for any reason.

We were really in a bind and had we not come to this facility, we may have had to throw away a lot of our valuable belongings. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Rented a storage for four months now or about that when someone attempted to break in I tried scheduling a repair time and when they failed to get in contact me management took it on themselves to break in my unit instead of scheduling a meeting time tossed my lock and put theirs on and when I tried to use the automated service to make payment I was unable to so called them and was charged nine dollars extra due to their failure. So to sum it up the neighborhood is not your only threat management is too

After having to deal with the staff. I would not recommend them in the future. It took them a week to call me back about a different lock being on my unit.Its not the fact you had to double secure the unit its the fact it took you guys an hour to respond to the unit. And never respond to my phone calls I left almost 5 days ago. Hey man after I hand you 250 bucks and I dont being up the lack of care from you. You try to throw it in my face agony make it my issue.Im so glad you had to bring up a problem you guys had. This isnt on me. You guys took to long to cut your own lock off of mthe unit to make it my fault. If you are open then you should be able to respond to a simple request.Customer service needs a lot of help sir.

Only been here twice for uhaul rental and there not open from the time I show up to deliver the truck on time both times. The lady strolls in randomly and its not even meal hours or even close to closing. The lady is also very difficult to talk to due to knowledge of her job and made the whole process too lengthy. Other than that it was fine I guess.

Liked that I got an instant call after making the reservation through the call center.Was highly disappointed with the call center rep. She falsely promised me unit that I did not request.I was naive to sign the paperwork before seeing the unit. So now Im paying for a larger unit that I honestly dont want but I already paid so Im stuck.Customer service on site was immaculate and I thank you for understanding my frustration and giving me another unit, even though Im paying more for the. unit I already have. I guess Ill make the best of it.

They continuously tryed to run someone elses credit card on my account. I feel for whoevers card they were using

Didnt end up renting a storage from here because the lady I was working with would not be up front about anything and was borderline dishonest. She demanded my credit card and when I asked the amount she would charge, she explains she will explain it to me in a minute. After the card was charged she then explains she added a $25 administration fee (she never told me about) and then she charged me for a full month when I asked what day that was, it turns out it was for only 2 weeks. On top of everything else, the lady I was working with refused to take accountability or apologize and guaranteed I wouldnt find anything comparable. Went to public storage, $50, everything was included (the administration fee, the insurance, the rent rate) and it was for a full 30 days. I wasted almost an hour here.... save your time and look elsewhere

I am very dissatisfied with my recent storage experience. My property was damaged during its time in storage. The necessary forms have been submitted however I have not had any response to the 2 emails I have sent to the claims department, corporate office. I have also left a voicemail that remains unresponded to. I utilized this facility due to the the high review which makes the experience that much worst. As far as customer service it was good until dealing with the damaged goods. Jesses service was less then what I had experienced the months prior to the damage. I do not know if this was because he was no longer happy working at istorage and planning on leaving as reported by his Co worker the day prior or what. Needless to say I am not happy with istorage or its service. I highly recommend that you look into other storage facilities for your belongings to ensure them being in the same repair as when you store them and to have a good customer experience, in the event something happens to them. I think the biggest disappointment is losing your belongings to damage in a unit you have paid for months and then have rude service and unresponsive people after the fact. My advice just find somewhere else for your storage needs.

This place sucks! They raise your rent every 3 to 6 months when they painted the facility it got through the doors and on my property and they refuse to replace it Ive had some really bad experience with management and the employees are rude and they just dont care about their customers Ive been with them for years and the new owner sucks
