I have used Terry many times in the past to do repairs on my car. I had been used to dealing with dealerships, so was not prepared for his honesty, fairness and reliability. I recently referred him to a friend (very picky) for repairs on his car. Although the repairs are still being done, he was so impressed by way he was treated by Terry. He said he found him to be very down-to-earth and professional. I just love him!!

My experience was excellent, I was referred to Terry’s by a friend, however he did not know their pricing compared to other competitors. I went in fearful my car would be unsalvageable, or would cost so much I could not afford to fix it and then I would not be able to work. I had help with from Jack on one issue, which he quickly assessed and fixed so I could be on my way to work (I need a vehicle in my line of work). Shortly, after another separate issue came up. I was devastated financially, however they gave me a generous quote. When they were finished they warned me about potential future issues, which I was already aware of, and sent me on my way for a total price of less than they originally quoted. There was no up sale, just good guys helping people out at a FAIR PRICE! If you want to try your luck elsewhere, what can I tell you, good luck, you probably need it, unless money is no object and another shop is more convenient.

My wife and I have had many experiences at Terrys and theyve all been good ones. We can always count on Terry to get the job done right. We recommend him highly.

They usually do pretty good work if they ever get around to your car. They do have a tendency to fix things you didnt request. For example they canged our wiper blades after we said we didnt want them to and the changed my dads brakes after he said he would do them himself. They are always too busy to get around to look at your car that day. Which is usually fine. I dropped off my car on Tuesday at 8:00 before work to have my electrical system tested to see if the problems Im having are in fact my alternator or if its something else. Called them yesterday, after multiple previous attempts to contact them, and they still had not looked at my car. Called again today (friday) to see if they go to it. Again they have not. Going to go get my car after work and take it somewhere else. I really liked them at first and have used them multiple times. But each time i just get more and more frustrated with them. I am officially done with them.

Im not sure if it was because I didnt have a high price sticker to my repair that was needed but I dropped off my car after making an appointment today at 12:15 they advised me it would be about an hour and a half for them to do my free estimate I waited and waited and waited finally at 3:30 I called and they told me the car was ready however their estimate had not been written up yet and they had to walk in customers in front of me I asked about the time that they would be ready she said let us just call you when were done not very nice on the phone so then after waiting again and no response and no phone call I went over there at about 5:15 because their hours of business show closing at 5:30 once I got there they had still not written up My quote I had left special instructions about the insurance and what they would pay and what they wouldnt pay and how I wanted to handle it he right away started asking me the same questions that I had left instructions about obviously they did not inform him of what I had spoken to them about when I dropped off the car nor had they even touched my car I left my car very dusty on purpose to see if they had even looked at it it was not even touched then he made me wait there another 30 minutes while he had somebody searching for my paperwork only to tell me that he did not write up a written quote for me that it would be $250 when I asked him to give me a written quote he told me come back on Monday and Ill give you one then not very businesslike I was very upset that my car stayed there all day long and I still did not get what I needed to get done for my insurance.

I wouldnt trust my auto with anyone else. Always provide fast service and very honest.
