I went to get my thermostat housing fixed and they did great! Havent had any problems. I also got a new battery. Everywhere else I called was way more expensive. So I read the reviews and gave them a try. I was not disappointed. They even texted me 2 days later to make sure my car was running smoothly. Which made me feel more comfortable especially since Ive had my fair share of bad experiences at other auto shops in Phoenix. This place has great prices and great customer service. I highly recommend going to Feeney Automotive.

I have been going to Feeneys for  over 10 years now. Ive had them do a number of things from oil changes, new engine replacement to having seats and carpet in my Jeep. I had an oil change this morning and was out of there within an hour. I recently got a new car and havent driving my Jeep as much, I received a text from the owner of Feeneys asking if I was okay and how the jeep was doing. That says it all. I wouldnt trust my cars to anybody else. Thats Frank Feeney for caring so much.

They do a great job of scheduling. I went for oil change. Bennie got me out in record time. The owner Frank is almost always there and runs a great business. You won’t be taken advantage of at Feeney’s fair and honest.

I started coming to Feeney back when I owned my 2008 Prius. When I sold it and upgraded to the 2018 Prius Prime, I went back to the dealership to use their free maintenance care package; now that that package has expired, Im back again! Why? On 9.27.21 my 12v battery died. I managed to get a jump start; I also decided to hit up Toyota first, after all isnt that the make of my car? Went to the Bell Toyota to be told they didnt have batteries in stock. They sent me to Surprise Toyota, a good 45 min drive away - so I called and they said bring it in. When I arrived, they said, you have to drop the car off over night. I was confused - a battery replacement takes all day and night? So, I called up my trusted mechanic from before, Feeney Automotive. They were quick to let me know they would handle my battery problem and they had it in stock! I arrived, greeted by the owner and his staff, and was told it would take some time, but no need to spend hours waiting! Ya know, sometimes when you think service is greener at other places Im always reminded that sometimes we come back to the people we trust. When it comes to having a mechanic that has your side, I trust Feeney Automotive and HIGHLY recommend them for your auto needs. Ive decided that I will bring both my Prius Primes to them moving forward. Thank you Feeney!

I looked all over the internet for an answer but did not find an answer to my problem. Great experience taking my car here. I had driven over something in the road which had ripped part of the casing off the bottom and tore the wires on my turn signals and rear headlights. What a mess!Frank and his guys took a look at it for free and gave me a very accurate estimate of how much time and money it would take. Price was very reasonable and they were really easy to deal with. Overall just very pleasant experience. And it was fun to find out that Frank is a fellow Irish guy from Boston.Definitely will be back again if I need them.

These guys are very accurate with the diagnosis of your vehicle so when it is fixed, it is fixed! You dont need to keep going back trying to solve an automotive problem because they get it right from the first visit. They are not the cheapest in town but they are competitive and worth it! They dont waste your time and money with multiple visits fixing things that are not broke! Give them a try and I believe you will be as satisfied as I have been.

Great customer service and motorcycle tune ups

These guys are a rip off. We took our van for emissions repair. They charged us $ 975 and yet did not fix it. In addition, they were not even able to diagnose what the issue was. The shop is run by 2 experienced guys and they said this is what they do. We have a fleet of 15 vans. A total rip off. would avoid them at all costs.

My 10 year old Kia stopped in traffic. Tow truck driver said it was the alternator. The place in Tempe I towed it to said $2000. My daughter called Feeneys for an estimate of same parts on my paperwork. $650 to get it back on the road and more for a missed tune up. I was open to aftermarket parts. I told the Tempe place who miraculously could do the work for a tad less. Since the tow would have been 30 miles I stayed put. Feeneys for sure for future repair.

Had a breathalyzer installed, the installer incorrectly hooked it up and my brake lights were always on.. when I called back, they said sorry, closed for the weekend. Im locked out of my car due to their incompetence and failure to check their work. The only reason I am going back there is no one else is willing to work on something they made a mistake on.Very unsatisfied customer.

Frank seems very honest & appears to be a really good mechanic him self. Until his guy (employee mechanic) [Frank is the owner] that hes had for 13 years he claims, he installed my aftermarket air fuel ratio gauge for a good deal & he treats all his customers with the up most respect no doubt.But then I started having problems with my car, I replaced over $200+ worth of stuff including my spark plugs, spark plug wires, TPS sensor and my Air Idle Control Sensor because my car was dieing at stop lights. I ended up going to a Honda Dealership and it was repaired within the 1 - 2 hours.It turned out to be the fact that the gauge was spliced in instead of soldered in like the Honda technician recommended. I confronted Frank about this and he said We followed your directions which doesnt seem to professional to me. I informed him of the many ohms / resistance I was receiving due to the 6ft of extra wire and he confirmed that its going to happen as if he knew that was going to happen when he had his mechanic of 13 years install my AFR gauge.I ended up taking my stuff to a Dealership and got my problems resolved, I think some of these smaller shops are good such as Lopers they did a great job on my Nitrous install. Dont go cheap and local mechanic when doing performance, theyll follow instructions and add so many ohms of resistance to your car, then youll confront them about it and theyll say We followed instructionsWhat made me mad is he wanted to charge a diagnostic fee to figure out the problem his mechanic had created for me. I wouldve been happier if he told me look this is going to create resistance dont do it, but instead he wanted my money.Id highly recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap prices on oil changes but nothing else serious. Take it to a dealership.
