We recently had the opportunity to purchase a new Bronco Sport from Alex at Bell Ford. Alex took the time to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us and never pressured us or made us feel rushed. My family has purchased many vehicles over the years from Bell Ford and we will continue to do so. They always go above and beyond and it is evident they value their customers. Harley also spent a great deal of time talking to us and helped to make our experience that much more enjoyable.

Worst customer service ever! You know when you spend 45,000$ on a vehicle you kinda just expect the paint to last longer than the payments on the vehicle. That is not the case here. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Ive had the Truck for less than 8 months and the paint is already peeling off on the rear tail gate in huge peices… it’s literally blistering and flaking away to the touch. Upon further inspection there in no primer under the coat of paint (clearly a factory defect) so I brought it to the Ford dealership on bell road and got brushed off from one manager to another. Finally they send me to the collision department where they guy tries to tell me that it’s probably an aftermarket tail gate that was painted somewhere else. He runs the vin and finds an open claim from the previous owner “Todd” . Apparently Todd had an issue with the paint peeling off on the roof as well 3 days out of the factory warranty that Ford refused to fix.so he tells me they won’t fix my tailgate either. This truck isn’t even 4 years old and has paint missing on both the roof and tailgate! As I look on the wall I see Bell Fords mission statement :“customers are the reason Bell Ford exists, we must go above and beyond their expectations to create a positive memorable experience for them. We are committed to doing the (right thing) every time. Excellence in everything we do. We are committed to following these principles to make a profit for the benefit of the company”so please bell Ford … tell me more about how you do what’s right every time? I’d love to hear it and tell you about the “memorable experience “ you left me with!

I bought a 2021 Ford eco sport with the airbag light on, and some dents in the roof. The salesman, Matias, said they would fix it quickly, but it’s been 4 weeks and nothing has been done. I drive around with my 2 year old from time to time, and it would be nice if they somewhat considered the importance of our safety. But from my point of view, no concern has been shown.

These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back.They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (it’s part of the purchase price). Then when you schedule your service, they don’t bother to tell you they don’t do the Ultra Guard on Saturdays. I drove close to an hour both ways to get this done. I waited to see if I could get a refund on that. They finally said someone would call me. In true Bell Ford fashion, no one called me. More and more lies.BUYER BEWARE These people are shysters.

I got the luck of the draw with Kyle Johnson when I visited Bell Ford recently to check out their Ford Escape hybrid. What was so nice, it was a late Saturday visit just to do a test drive to see if it was a car that would work for me. Kyle was able to get me a fantastic deal so I cut my car hunt short and got the car on the spot. Which sometimes is difficult to do - especially late on a Saturday. I went in with just the mindset of pricing the vehicle I previously owned and just test driving a Ford Escape (I have several friends who own one and was intruiged). Met with Michael K who was very low pressure, and informative about the Escape. It handled well, and seemed roomy enough that I was willing to part with my RAV4. Any dealership is going to try and earn your business and so the pressure was on, and after presenting a monthly payment I was comfortable with, I decided to sign the dotted line. Shout out to Adam D in financing for making that happen as well. The staff there are genuinely friendly, but overall it was an easy process and I have really come to like the Escape. So far I dont have any complaints about Bell Ford and if someone asked me if they are a good dealership, my answer would be yes. Thanks Bell Ford!

Great service. My advisor was Haris and he took care of getting my vehicle checked, letting me know what fixes were needed, had a shuttle drop me off at home, got the issues fixed and even had a shuttle service pick me up when my car was finished. My vehicle drives like new now. Every fix is very noticeable. Great job, great service! I will go to Bell Ford for all of my vehicle needs.

An oil change took almost 4 hours to complete. I was told when I dropped it off it would take 2.5 hours, still an unreasonable time. I may as well do it my self at that point. And was told at the very end that I needed a new drain plug, it was “absolutely” necessary said Robert the service specialist. Won’t be returning.

Dont go here if you expect to get service after your purchase. This morning, I tried to reach Service for 15 minutes to no avail. So then I asked for a manager, once again to no avail. This was at 7:30 this morning. I finally was asked to leave a message with the receptionist and shed have Service call me back when they could. 4 hours later, still no call. I have had nothing but issues every time I try to have work done by these jackholes. Never again. Im taking my business to another Ford dealership. Ford should be ashamed of this outfit!

They Had My Vehicle [ A Fleet Vehicle ] The Fleet Company had to Rent me a cat / Truck for almost 8 Weeks. I Dropped off July 2rd and got the Call she was Ready on 8/30 and I picked up my Filthy car with Grease marks everywhere and Obvious Parts Disturbed in Engine Compartment. EMKAY Fleet Svc received a Bill for Misc. resulting in almost 300 dollars. Poor Communication skills, Terrible Workmanship, overall Very Disappointing. At the Very least the Oil Change they did should have come with Car Washed, Tires and Fluids topped off. Nothing was done. Tire pressure bad and I had to replace a Wiper Blade and top off Wash fluid. Poor service when not having a brand new car. 2nd car taken there for simple quick lube oil change. Taken over 2hrs with a 2wk ahead set appointment. Very disappointed with service. 1st car taken for quick lube oil change and tired rotation with appointment took all day on my 2018 ford mustang and then when picking up the far was told could not do tire rotation due to bad lug nuts yet I didnt get a call nor any notifications that I needed new lug nut that I would have bought. What to inform your customers of work requested not being done. Will not come back will travel across town to go to Sanderson Ford due to the respect and common courtesy from the service department.

His manager Tom Sumner (also a veteran) and he made me feel no pressure; I felt that they really laid out the red carpet treatment for me. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, I never imagined I would be able to purchase a new 2020 Ford F-150! Great purchase experience with Josh Galler at Bell Ford. I made an appointment and met Josh out front. He had the truck that I was interested in ready to go for an extensive test drive. Josh was very knowledgeable of Ford trucks and gave me a thorough indoctrination to the Ranger. Once I decided to buy it, the process was straight forward and stress free. This review is for an employee in your service department by the name of Tony Nguyen. He was kind, pleasant, and nice. Tony and the mechanics took good care of my car. It was a pleasure doing business with Tony. When I bought my car from Bell Ford 3 1/2 ago, it was an awful experience. Taking the car in for service at Bell Ford was always an unpleasant experience until yesterday, Tony made all the difference. I have to say this is the first time dealing with Bell Ford employees, I did not feel like I was being attacked for asking a question. We were buying out-of-state. When we arrived they picked us up at the airport and had prepared the vehicle for us. Robert set us up with Ford Pass and answered a few questions. We were there for a couple of hours and then on our way. We still havent received the front license plate bracket which California requires. Overall, a good experience. EDIT: Now, 12 weeks later, they have not been helpful at all in getting it registered in California. Several phone calls, several people giving us conflicting info. They still have not sent the sales tax or documentation to our state. Another edit: finally registered in California, It took 17 weeks for them to get me a front license plate frame, which they said they owed me, and when I picked it up from my local dealer, I had to pay $61.90 for it!

Very happy with my new Orange Fury Mustang GT from Bell Ford. Kevin Richards was great to work with. Go see him and ask to test drive one for yourself. My favorite features are the 460 HP perma-grin and the 420 lb-ft eye-opener. Kevin can introduce you to those if you arent familiar. Had a very bad experience with the dealership and in general with Ford itself. I gave my infamous 2012 Ford Fiesta for a door latch and transmissions recalls. After like 4 days my service advisor called me and said that the door latch was done but the transmission clutch is out of the warrenty period but the transmission computer module is still under warranty but there is a backorder and would take anywhere from 3 to 6 MONTHS. Also wanted $2500 to fix the transmission problem. He asked me to call Ford customer support to see if they could do anything. Called Ford, they said transmission is out of warranty period. Asked about the transmission module they said they would contact Bell Ford to find out the issue. 3 days passed no calls from either. So I called my service advisor, this time he if informs that there is no code for transmission computer module and cant order it. So then I again call Ford and they say that until I get the code no one can help me. I am left with less than 1 year of warranty on the transmission control module and because there is no code they would not fix it. My car has only 80K miles on it and eventually the code would come by then the warrenty would be expired. I went to collect my car after 2 weeks at the dealership, my service advisor was not there that day so talk to someone else. This guy tried to charge me $180 for the transmission diagnostic, I said they just scanned the codes and there was a recall. They he waved off the fee so I got the paperwork and all. Then I asked the guy about the door recall, he said that all the door codes passed and no recall was performed. I was so frustrated and mad with the misinformation I got from my service advisor. I wanted just get my car and go but 2 guys searched for my car and no one was able to locate my car. I finally got back the car after 40 minutes of waiting. This was such a bad experience no one knew what is happening and I as customer was misinformation that the recall was done even though nothing was done, dont know where my car is in the dealership, wait for the warranty to expire for something to be replaced when you guys know it would fail eventually.

Michael was nice and didnt pressure me to buy the first Mustang Mach E that came to Bell Ford. But, I did. The dealership was comfortable. Seemed much nicer than the big box dealerships I have used before. Since this was the first all electric Mustang sold at the dealership they had about as many questions as I did, but Michael called his sorry people in Michigan to find answers as well as searched the internet.... Whats the point of making an oil appointment when you still have to wait 2 hours for them not to even start on the oil change then to be told youll have to wait another hour before they can start? We were not very thrilled with our experience. Started off taking the F150 to get repaired. Had an appointment but took days and still no diagnosis. Then received a call about potentially trading. At the dealership, they said the service manager (who just told us they had no clue still what was wrong and had not had any time to do the diagnostics) said it was would cost the dealership at least $2,000-$3,000 to fix which meant way more for us. We decided to trade it. They gave us $5,000 less than what we were just quoted the week before (at another Ford dealership) because of it being in repair. Low and behold a few weeks later and they are selling the truck for MORE THAN DOUBLE what they gave us in our trade. I understand getting your costs back in repairs, detailing, etc. But $12,000 to selling for S25,000.Not happy about our experience. Obviously we could not just jump over to another dealership at the time, our truck was in their shop! Very disappointed. We felt manipulated for sure about the status of our truck in the shop. How can the service department not share the status with the owner because they need more time, but yet the sales departmentFinally, looking over the finance paper, which were signed a second time (to get a better interest rate - that I thank Zac at Financing for) I noticed the cost of the vehicle was MORE than we agreed upon. Not the OTD price but the actual price of the car. WHY? The first financing papers had one sale price and the second one had a HIGHER price! Howd we end up paying a little more just to resign papers?

I bought my car from a second hand dealership and haven’t paid these kind souls a penny for the vehicle i have. I do have a ford tho and my car got capped at 80mph and 15 on volume through a “my key” setting and the folks over here helped me undo it all in a heart beat. Lovely customer service

Talked to paul suazo as I was looking to see a f150 lariat and king ranch was told both were in stock and ready to see. When I got there they found another salesman to “help” me, who says “so what are you looking for” you are kidding me? You just wasted 45 mins of my time each way when you had neither to show me. Yes, inventory is tight currently but lying is not acceptable.What did they think that they were going to sweet talk me into buying 70k truck by starting out lying to me to get me in the door? Living up to the typical car sales reputation. Avoid.

Bell Ford always gives good service. In the last 5 years Ive purchased at least 3 vehicles from them (personal and business). They arent pushy. Theres no pressure and I think thats a really good strategy. I like buying in person and they make it a pleasant experience.

If I could give a negative rating I would. My daughters car had an A/C leak. I live 2000 miles away. My wife flew out there to visit her and help her the car in for a Scheduled a service date. she brought the car in and worked with a Rick in the service dept. He said after they diagnose the problem he would let me know and my warranty would take care of it. 3 days later I cannot get a call back from them. My wife is leaving and my daughter will not have a car to drive to work. She cannot rent one because she is only 20. The service dept knew what our constraints were at the very start. Even called the Customer support rep Kimberly and she has yet to call me back. over 3 days now they call me back and say they are still waiting on the tech to tell them whats wrong. This shop is not like any other Ford dealership I have visited. They are inept. They do not care about their customers. If you dont care about having your car held hostage and not get fixed go ahead. If you expect to get any quality service go somewhere else.

I dropped my car off over a week ago. I was told by Rick in the service dept that it would take a week to diagnose my car (I have a focus which the transmissions have issues from the factory). Here it is a week later, I have called several times trying to talk to a service manager. Rick told me yesterday he would have some news by the end of the day, and nothing. He has been rude to my girlfriend when she has called. This place is horrible and if they treat everyone this way I would recommend buying your next new or used Ford from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. This one, has rude and incompetent people who make promises they refuse to keep

Bought my first car(first new car) here and had a wonderful experience. My salesman calls and checks in on me and my car regularly and have had no issues getting service/maintenance. It was a long drive for me to come here and continues to be a long drive when I need service but I am happy to do so for the quality I recieve.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for a recall, missed an hour of work to drop it off and they DID NOT DO THE WORK!!! NO EXPLANATION. Just didnt get to it!!! Then why did I have an appointment???!!! And they were rude!!! It was a horrible experience! And I lost money from work!!!

My experience has been quite acceptable. The sales man Travis was not pushed. He was quite pleasant to negotiate with. The experience was delightful. Perhaps getting a lifted truck makes everthing delightful. None the less I was able to get in get out and with a very succesful business venture.

Very good branch and nice people. I wanted to know details about Mustang Mach e, but staff here has limited technical knowledge about the EV. It is understandable as the mach e is new to market, but Ford should provide better training to the Sales team on EV.

Changed my Five Star review to One Star because their service department is inept. No one in service will answer the phone. Receptionists is condescending and keeps spewing lie about how busy they are. Hire some more people to answer the phone then. Brand new truck 2021 is creeking and popping from both pillars. Like an old POS. Had to just take in due to fact no one in service will pick up the phone. Tried for days and at different times. Was approached by first service advisor who quickly punted me to a brand new guy. Says they will have to keep truck for couple days to see if they have parts to even fix. That is reassuring. Today is second day no one has contacted me. Will be picking up truck and taking it somewhere else who appreciates me spending $45,000 on a vehicle. My third I have purchased from Bell Ford and my last.

Other dealerships simply tried to get me into a truck with high rebates to help my financial situation. However, Kevin never tried that tactic and worked a deal out in my favor! I was in the market looking for a 2021 Ford Bronco, but wanted to try to handle it mostly online or remotely due to Covid-19 concerns. I was able to get reserve a Bronco, and fill out pre-qualification over the phone and online respectively. I was then informed when the Bronco was in stock a week or so later. Online and remote the people were nice and very willing to work with me remotely as much as possible. I was only asked to come in to sign the final papers.When I got to the dealership I met with Kyle Johnson who guided the rest of the process to completion with me. He offered me external seating to sign the papers, as to not be in an enclosed space which I very much appreciated. He was very concious of my Covid-19 concerns the whole time through, and provided me with excellent service. We had a few laughs, signed some papers, chatted a little while waiting in the wide open cafe, and then after signing finance papers, showed me all the features of the car. Kyle was great, and my visit was smooth and quick. Great experience overall!

Bought a brand new truck, had two warranty issues with it, service department refused to offer a loaner, which I accepted, scheduled a service day, so I rented a car at my own expense, now service advisor tells me it’s going to take two to three days to diagnose and make sure it’s a warranty issue though, I bought the truck from same dealer, then I asked him to have someone drop me off at enterprise rental so I can go to my work and make a living, his answer was you have to wait hour and a half for your turn because there are other people waiting to be dropped off, that’s when I gave up and knew this dealership is not capable of serving people, as if their service was free, with no respect for people time, the least they could have done was offering an Uber like all other dealerships in the valley, so I left upset for good, you be the judge.
