Your installer did not put oil in my AC compressor. Causing it the freeze up and contaminating my whole AC system.The installer said the new system has a electrical short and he could fix it.I took my car to Elliotts Auto Electric they checked the system and found no shorts. Thats when they found no oil in compressor.I know you dont guarantee parts if supplied by car owner.But the system was damaged by your installer. I expect you to reimburse me for the damage system.

I went to the dealership and was pretty much given the answer “I’m not sure what it is” after countless rounds with the ford dealership and realizing I’m not getting anywhere I decided to stop in here on a hunch. Was probably the best decision I’ve made. They got straight to the issue and had my car fixed in a timely manner. Friendly from the get-go. When they found that my car needed more work than the oil change I originally took it in for, they took me out and showed me why (my car was in a bad way, guys). They are also part of a finance system that floats you a loan if your car was hurting and in need of serious repair. And they back their work up with a 3-year, 36,000 mile warranty. I never felt like they were pressuring me to do more work on my car, and they were courteous with me every step of the way. This will be mechanic from here on out. Thanks, guys! My car is running much better than it was before the work you did!

When I called to make the appointment for a simple oil change, they said it would take an hour, so I said Id wait for it. Got there, and they said two hours. Ended up having to get an Uber back home. Told them to call me when it was ready. Two hours passed, and no call, so I called them. They said they were JUST STARTING ON IT. Said it would be about an hour. I asked them to call me when it was actually done. One and a half hours later, still no call, so I called, and they said it was ready. THIS WAS JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Total of 3 1/2 hours. Why ask me to make an appointment, when they didnt even start on it until TWO HOURS later?? Glad I didnt have any other plans! Definitely wont be going back!

I had a seal on my 2005 Yukon replaced last October and it started leaking. I took it in and Chris warrantee repaired it no problem at all. These guys are very fair and do really good work.

I am not one to complain and this will be the first negative review Ive written on Google. I purchased an oil change on Groupon for Joes. Just making an appointment was difficult - the first few times I called they either put me on hold for an inordinate amount of time or only had appointments more than a week out at odd times. The third time I called I was able to get an appointment that worked.My wife brought our car in at the agreed-upon time, but when they saw she was holding a printed-out Groupon, she was told they were too busy to do the oil change today, but they would call her back to reschedule at her convenience. They never called back. When I finally called back, I was told to have her bring it in around 11 and we should be able to get her done. Having no confidence that the car would actually get done, I declined to bring the car in at all and have requested a refund through Groupon.I understand what merchants go through when they issue Groupons, however, I am genuinely looking for a decent mechanic close to my home that was reliable and trustworthy. I wouldve happily continued to give them my business after the Groupons if they were any good. Id rather pay more to a business thats professional and respects its customers time.

I showed up here as a last resort option. I have always been a hands on fix it myself individual- they figured this out really quick about me and were very understanding and pretty much walked me through each step before anything was done. I was very impressed (which is hard to do) with both Scotts customer service and the shop techs experience. I had a hard ordeal in the matter of fixing my truck but they were more than willing to take it step by step with me and see that I was taken care of. A+!

I was impressed by Scott and his team. I wanted an A/C check which seems about free everywhere else, but it is $12 something there, but when I called, Scott never jumped to scheduling an appointment for me, or asking whats my issue, or asked me to hold; instead he asked my how my day was and listened, then he explained honestly why his team and their shop are the right place to get my A/C taken care of. They went above and beyond, and he spoke highly of Joe (the Owner) and Joes Son (the Regional Manager). I chose to get the work done there, and the inspection price came off of the final bill.

We take our vehicles here for maintenance.... They are very friendly honest explain everything to detail.. I trust them a 100%.. I will continue to bring my vehicles here to Andy and Dennis great guys

DO NOT go here!!! I went to Joes to have a headlamp assembly installed. After they installed it it did not work and they told me they guaranteed me, that one hundred percent certain the headlamp assembly was not working correctly and was broken. It was new in a box. They wanted me to repurchase a new headlamp assembly and pay to have it uninstalled and reinstalled. I went to Munich motirs who by the way are excellent, and they told me that Jose improperly installed it Munich Motors correctly installed it and it worked just fine. I then went back to Joes to ask for my money back where they guarantee their work, they would not. 2 Days Later the owner called me and asked me if I would remove the review I left on Google and that he would refund my money and even offered me a free oil change in addition to it for the inconvenience and troubles they had caused me. I agreed to remove my review upon the refund of my money but have never taken them up on their oil change. Now they have rebuild my credit card stating that they offered no refunds so not only is this shop inept, they are liars and deceitful!! Stay charged as much as any dealership so why waste your time going to a place where they cant even install a headlamp assembly and then argue, fight and draw it out into a three-month ordeal!!! I am now going to take them to small claims courts and teach them a lesson in bad faith!! Maybe theyll understand what the words guarantee their work really means. And just one more thing they never even checked to see if it worked. I literally drove out of the shop assuming that it worked turned on my blinker that didnt works and the headlamps never worked and they just let me drive away-- who does that???

Im contacting the police, filing a report and pursuing legal counsel. We took our vehicle in for a $600+ brake job and noted body damage that was not present when we left our vehicle there (late Saturday evening my fiancé picked up the vehicle and parked it in our garage for the night—I saw the damage in the morning). The vehicle inspection sheet does not indicate any damage when we left our vehicle yet their response is, it couldnt have happened here. Im talking identical pinch marks on both sides of the hood/top quarter panels. It looks like someone tried to pry the pinch back in place to cover up the damage. Im absolutely furious and I plan to get this matter taken care of. If I were you Id beware. We are not very happy about this experience at all. Update: Still no call from the owner as the manager promised. I really should of called the police and filed a report. But word of mouth will take care of it.

I took my car to joe’s in the beginning of March for a water pump that was bad and to have a timing service done. My car wasn’t having any timing issues. They told me the job would take 2 days. They blamed the parts they got from Volkswagen were bad but they weren’t. They didn’t get the timing right and blew my engine. Took them 18 days of stringing me along to finally get the engine rebuilt and back to me. After 5 days of driving the car and trying to recover lost wages joe’s auto caused me, my car ended up back at their shop because of their bad work. The engine jumped timing and they yet again had my car for almost 25 more days. After trying to rebuild the engine a third time they told me “we don’t know what’s wrong with your car, you are responsible for getting this car towed out of here and taking it somewhere else, we’re done working on it, we’ve put enough money in this car and we’re done”. They even mentioned installing a new engine at no cost to me...because that doesn’t scream “we know we are at fault”.I took my car to Volkswagen and they fixed my car in a timely fashion for another 3 thousand dollars...On June 1st they offered to refund my money if took down my negative social media reviews, I went in and the shadiness continued with these guys and didn’t end up refunding me. Don’t ever use these guys. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable. Save your time and money and go else where. You’ve been warned.

Spent 1200 for an emissions fix and didnt even get home before the check engine light came back on!!! Chris didnt listen, I told him everything lead to the fuel Injectors and he replaced the spark plugs... how does this novice know better???? (I replaced my injectors and bam, fixed DIY)

Why on Earth anyone would go here after seeing the bad reviews is beyond me, and I wont speak for my experience which was a friends car they had me drop off.Most folks that leave the good ones dont know any better. I highly recommend Crawfords in Mesa, or the Brake Shop on Country Club, also in Mesa. . Crawfords prices are a little more skewed now, but at least theyre honest. Caution to the wise, if I see even one bad review where a mechanic shop has very easily screwed a customer over, I wont even remotely go there. Youve been warned. The review of the timing belt person........if you can read that and take your vehicle there, youre insane. As an owner, if you can read that and sleep at night, you may be lacking in integrity.

I took my car to Grease Monkey after having my oil changed at Joes Auto. I paid extra to get tires rotated and fluids topped off. When I drove off, realized that they didnt tighten my lugs, top off fluids, or reset the oil gauge. They gave me an estimate for additional work costing over 400.00. Grease Monkey did the same job for 55.00. They are honest, knowledgable, and friendly. I do not recommend Joes.
