Tom has been very helpful over the years in making certain that we have the coverage we need (and no more), at making certain we have the appropriate discounts, and at providing us with options. Hes also very responsive when we have had to make a claim or have a question. Highly recommend!

WORST insurance agent ever. He is NEVER available to reach. Good luck getting any type of response. His demeanor is just plain disrespectful, and he could care less about any of his clients. I have filed a formal complaint with State Farm against Tom Prezkop for his negligence!

I started with Tom in 1995 and have been stable with them since. I have had only one claim I can remember, on my homeowners, when the condensate pan under the AC evaporator in the attic flooded and I had a 10 square foot hole in the ceiling. The agent in Atlanta, Ms. Snow, worked with me and did return my calls. I paid the first $2000 and she provided checks for the balance. I had never made a claim and did not understand the process very well.As for those who complain about response time from the office, i pay every six months by mail to Tempe or Dallas. So I have not needed to call the office very often. I did call for a quote and got a call back in an hour or two. I called to clear up the new location and got an answer immediately. Time did not allow me to stop.I regret that Adam has moved on but I certainly admire the fact that Tom has been hiring capable people, even younger people to expand his practice and provide good service.

Ive been a customer with Tom Prezkops office since 2008. I am very disappointed in their customer service since Adam left this office. I have already changed our Car Insurance and Homeowners Insurance Policies to another agent because I refuse to deal with their less than superior customer service anymore. They rarely answer the phones at this office so plan to leave a voice mail. I am lucky to get a return call and if they take the time to return my call its often right before they close. My monthly payment fluctuates every single month often increasing $20+ a month. When I called to inquire about the ever increasing costs Tom himself surprisingly answered the phone with an abrupt HELLO! When I questioned whether or not I had reached State Farm due to the unprofessional greeting I was given he explained the phones were being wacky...Tom proceeds to explain it is common and normal for my monthly costs to fluctuate and the only way to ensure my cost does not increase is to pay the full 6 month premium upfront. The latest increase on our account is $17.02 which I was fully aware was partially due to a recent accident which totaled the vehicle. However, Tom proceeds to ask me in the most demeaning tone dont you think having a 2012 vehicle at the beginning of this year and changing to a 2016 vehicle might increase the cost? Well, yes I do I understand this. However, it does not answer why the previous 7 MONTHS the cost has fluctuated without any changes made to our account. I personally feel this particular State Farm office is beyond unprofessional and unethical in the way they do business. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

On more than one occasion I rang this agents phone off the wall to make my monthly payment. Out of three people working from this office no one was available to either take my call or return my message in a timely fashion. When my call WAS finally returned it was 15 minutes before end of business day (this has happened twice). This second time I asked Pam directly why my call was put off to the end of the day to be returned? I also asked her what if I had an issue or claim etc? She then replied that those are the calls that take priority. She basically let me know that my call wasnt important enough for her time. So this is what we are calling customer service now a days from one of the nations largest insurance providers? I have switched agents and let Pam know that I am less than impressed with her brand of customer service!

I really gotta give these guys props!! As a 20 year old that just started driving a shaky 1994 Chrysler van for my own survival, I thank state farm and these agents in particular for working with me on insurance which is approx 150 a month and the cheapest rate I could find at any insurance company anywhere!! Theyve helped with claims and just keeping me on my feet in general. Thank you, State Farm!!
