Rude customer service, the dark fat lady with green eyes with tattoos was so rude! She thinks she is the owner. She doesnt attend the customers like she should. She discriminates and is very racist. I stopped my services with access and going to tell everyone that I have recommended to go somewhere else! When Cindy was there, great customer service, with respect. Cant believe that the company hires people with no manners and no customer service skills!
