I recently switched from another well known insurance company due to constant rate increases with a clean, accident free driving record. I called around for quotes, (the old school way) & couldn’t be happier with the service, response time, availability, I gained by switching to Allstate. The office staff at Sonia Bhushan couldn’t be friendlier & more accommodating. Every time I’ve ever had to call, I always get someone right away, no recording, & get any & all questions answered on the same call. I even got a phone on my birthday just to wish me a happy birthday! Truly that made my day. Allstate beat my current (at the time I was looking to switch) but a reasonable dollar, & you can’t beat the customer service. Definitely recommend this office, & Allstate for your insurance needs...

When I had my first accident, Allstate was their for me. The accident wasnt my fault, but they were there helping me. I was able to get a rental car while mine was being repaired. Thank you for your personal and professional help.

I didnt feel pressured and they got me a good rate. I feel like they listened to me. They helped me with theTelling the other companies to cancel the policy. Sometimes the companies dont listen so always do a follow up call. I would recommend Allstate to friends and family.

I signed up for home owners insurance through this Allstate agent and within days, started receiving an unending deluge of cross promotion spam, which is in violation of the CAN-SPAM act as Ive made repeated attempts to opt out. This review, ironically, is in response to their second email solicitation for a Google review in 48 hours. My advice is look elsewhere.
