He is a very rude man, and made up lies to hike my rate only a day after giving me his word. He is not professional, likely just some greedy guy praying off an already terrible auto insurance industry.

Switched from American Family over to State Farm solely because of Chris! He’s professional, experienced, and knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to insurance. Chris was able to quote me a policy with more coverage for the same price I was paying with my previous insurance company. I guess Chris is new to this office, but he is super awesome! I was hit by someone who also had State Farm, and Chris helped me figure out how to do the claim. Im excited to have a nice agent in the area.

Great staff and right to the point. . But I canceled my policy because I found cheaper rates elsewhere and instead of it taking effect right away they still billed me for an additional month and debited my account, by mistake they said. It then caused my account to be over drafted and now I am sitting penny-less until they fix the issue.They will not reverse the payment, instead, I have to sit and wait to receive a check that they mailed to me using USPS.2 days now and still nothing. Imagine not having any money for gas or food because you budgeted you finances and someone comes in and mistakenly debits your account for almost $200 because of some system issues.This is what I have been told.Thank you Mr Wing for assisting me but I am so upset with the State Farm name. Its a shame that a large corporation like this cant reverse their error. Now Im in a bad spot and, of course, they dont have to deal with it.

Really disappointed with the service. My insurance premium is increasing every now and then without any reason. Looks like most expensive insurance in Arizona. If possible, stay out of Statefarm.

Horrible agency! Im a trucker and I dont get my mail but every month. Theyll let your insurance lapse without even giving you a call to let you know. Youll never know whats up. Now Im screwed and tattooed!
