Great customer service. Received a prompt call back at the time I requested. I had question/wanted to make changes to my auto policy. Courtney was the associated who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and easily explained what my options were. I have had other insurance companies where the customer service is just impersonal and I had assumed that is just what insurance companies are like. I had been with Progressive for 12 years and maxed out all the discounts I possibly could. David Root called me out of the blue and was able to get me a better rate and with more coverage! I called Progressive to see if they could match it and I was on hold for 20 minute, was transferred twice, then told their computers were down and they couldnt give me a quote or cancel my policy. David was prompt in his responses, personable, authentic, and truly cared about making sure I had a good experience. Its so nice to have great customer service thats personable and one on one, verses the randomness and corporate feel of a call center. So glad David called me!

I love State Farm! I have been with them for many many years and at one point was told I could get a cheaper policy with a different company. I brought my State Farm Policy to this new company and they assured me they could provide me with everything State Farm had on their policy at quite a savings.I called Judd and told him what I was doing and he asked me to bring the policy in so he could make sure I was covered 100%. After reading and comparing both policies he found that this other company had failed to include MEDICAL! I feel very taken care of with Judd and Courtney in his office.

I don’t appreciate being lied to or manipulated by your staff or you as the agent. The question, can you provide a notary bond… a very simple question, however you chose to lie and say that you’re only able to provide a bond to a client who has an auto policy. Please show me on printed State Farm documents about that policy, I’m sure the Department of Insurance would like to see that along with my complaint. Odds are Judd; you can’t provide that fictional policy. Are you so hard up on obtaining new business that you have to resort to lying and manipulation? Over the past five years other State Farm agents in your area have provided such bonds to my friends and colleagues without forcing them for quotes or policies. Ethics much?
