Jay is the best Allstate insurance agent. He is constantly looking to add value by finding discounts and always available to answer questions.

Although no one really wants to pay for insurance--the hope is that you dont have to use it--Jays office always provides excellent service with our auto and homeowners policies. We recently added a homeowner policy and ran into a situation. Jennifer was very helpful and kept on top of the status to keep us advised. Ive enjoyed my experience with AllState. Being a student in my twenties, I ended up getting a ford mustang 2006. While everyone else charged me more than 200.00 for liability (I have no accidents, faults, or tickets, and Ive been driving for seven years), Allstate gave me the lowest and best rate that doesnt dent my pockets. Thank you guys for that.

Jay has one of the best producers in the business working for him. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. I am very impressed with Marc Robinson. Marc takes his time with each client and looks for the best possible coverage for each client. Marc reviewed my insurance information and made some recommendations that had not been made by other agents. I had difficulty one evening after the office was closed. Marc had giving me his personal number and when I called he answered and took care of the problem. You really dont find this kind of service and dedication in the insurance world anymore. I have had some of the worst experiences with Allstate in the past. I was on the brink of dropping the company all together. Then I had the pleasure of working with Jessie Carter. She completely changed my feelings about Allstate and has provided me with the most outstanding customer service Ive ever received. My recent medical ailments have caused so many excess stressors in my life, its hardly bearable. But having someone like Jessie Carter, who truly encompasses Allstates motto, has made every experience the easiest, most stress free, that Ive ever had. I could not be more thankful for having had the pleasure of working with her. I recommend Jessie Carter to everyone. She has more than made up for Allstates previous failures, in every aspect. All state insurance from this company is a scam. I had Allstate for years on autos n home. We had a bad Storm back in 2015 or so. N it hailed rained n the winds were terrible. There was tremendous flooding in the entire city of Phoenix. I got a leak in my two story home. Had insurance adjusters out evaluate my roof . Also had a LYONS roofing evaluate my roof. . The storm shifted the screen fencing I had around my air conditioner but the other anti Pigeon stayed in place there were spikes placed on the facing of the windows and all areas of the home to keep pigeons away n I never had much of a problem till the storm. A pigeon made it way by my AC unit n I was accused by Allstate Adjustors that I allowed pigeons to nest. The roofers said there was no nest n the damage was from wind n needed replaced. I argued the point w Kim Samson n Bryan insurance adjustors n Kimberly Davis .. JAY LASALLE is happy to take your premiums but is NOT there to help customers when you need help the most. They would not even help w the roof at all. I had LYONS roofing replace the roof n stood all the expense. Insurance agents like JayLa Salle n ALLSTATE USE THE PIGEON EXCLUSION. NOT TO PAY. . I had anti pigeon service all along n because those b ————s saw feathers from pigeons landing n leaving. They used that to refuse to help. They even said I had pigeons on my patio cover which is all metal and didn’t sustain any damage. I immediately dropped Allstate after multiple refusals. So be warned this a company of liars n scammers.
