We took our class C motorhome which is built on a Mercedes sprinter chassis to the Benz shop for scheduled service including an oil change, a transmission fluid change and the windshield wipers needed replacing and fixing. It was a great experience. They got us in on time and were done exactly when they said they would be. Nathaniel was very helpful, answered all of my questions and communicated with me all along the way. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great service, very reasonably priced. Thorough work and attention to detail. They are only performed the oil change but included with that service they also gave me a full inspection of everything in the vehicle including motor, transmission, electrical, muffler, transmission, everything and anything that could go wrong with the vehicle they did a thorough inspection taking pictures and making detailed notes to give me a summary of all the improvements that could be made on the vehicle. And there was absolutely no additional charge for that. In some shops that service alone can run upwards of $250. I will definitely be taking it to them to fix all of the issues that they recommended one or two se w time as my finances can afford. The guys were very friendly and explained everything paying attention to detail. The vehicle I took was the very first Mercedes-Benz that I’ve owned and it has been a dream of mine to own one since I was a little boy 5 or 6 years old watching my old man drive his. I promised myself the time I would own one. Now the that day is here I couldn’t be happier that I found these guys which from now on will be my exclusive shop for everything Mercedes bands. Keep up the good work guys. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I encounter that one’s great quality service for the Mercedes Benz.

Professional and meticulous about their work. Took the time to explain the repairs. Was able to repair my vehicle on short notice. That said, their prices are not far, if not same as the dealer, at least you get a loaner and a free car wash with the dealer.

I’ll start by saying I was the guy that thought buying a depreciating car meant that maintenance was going to be low.. I was wrong. So finding a place that did good work at a good rate was really important to me. I believe I first heard about The Benz Shop through the local AMG Facebook group. That, or Instagram. Whatever the case, I stopped by and Banny (Benny? Banny? I still don’t know tbh) took care of everything. This past visit, my engine had an oil leak somewhere that was causing concern. After presenting the car, I figured I’d mention a few other things that had been driving me nuts. My AC was taking forever to blow cold, my trunk needed some wiring and trim put back on, and (I thought) my engine oil temps were getting kind of high.After getting the quote, I was pleased to see that I wasn’t going to be as broke as my car was. I decided to follow through with the oil leak fix and the trunk work, and man, they did an amazing job! It wasn’t the first time I visited, so I knew they did good work going into it, but I honestly didn’t think everything would turn out so clean. I’m not the most car savvy, so I always dread thinking that mechanics will try and scam me out of money by making up problems, but Benny (Banny?) talks you through everything, keeps everything 100, and helps you understand the problem and impact.No lie - I opted out of the AC fix because that was over my budget, but when I got the car back, the AC was blowing fine and cold! I don’t know what kind of magic they did, or if they just decided to do me a major favor, but damn, how could I not recommend this place after that? Was fortunate enough to run across a “the Benz shop” ad in social media a few months ago and since have been taking my car to Banny. Took my car in the first time for a oil change (half the price of the dealership) and was impressed when I got a text of a free inspection done on my car. Since then I’ve been taking my car back to banny to fix any issues that have come up. Best in town, most professional people and friendly ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Banny is a straight shooter. Answered all questions for first time owner and first service need. Explained differences between mandatory repairs and optional-for now. Also since not a dealer-but having worked for one- he can discern what Mercedes will automatically say should be done vs what is practical

I was fortunate to find Banny and The Benz Shop by way of a referral from members of a Mercedes Facebook group. Even though I am in Mesa and The Benz Shop is in NW Phoenix it was worth the drive to find someone who is so professional and responsive. I had just purchased a used Mercedes (my first) and was told that they are extremely expensive to maintain. I needed someone honest to do a check up to see what needed to be fixed. Banny gave me a complete rundown of the items that he would be concerned with in order of importance. I was SO impressed that I told him to take care of everything on the list.
