Dealer would have been a better and more affordable route to remove and replace a window motor. OEM part was cheaper than the aftermarket(after-markup) they installed. Plus manufacturer placed the work time as 1 hrs and got charged for 3 hrs. Bill was about $170 more than average. Do avoid and save your money.

Front bushings were gone and had Knudsens replace the upper control arms and the tie rods. They had everything repaired in a day and aligned the wheels as best they could. The front tires were worn to hell because of the bad bushings and I was surprised to see they moved the good tires to the front (this is important for emergency braking and steering).After getting new tires the alignment they did was nearly perfect and they still offered to make final adjustments so the alignment was perfect. Its now perfect.Knudsens isnt a cheap place if thats what youre looking for, but for this job I feel their price was fair for the work done and the extra attention to detail. I will be going back.

FINALLY, an honest business!!! My car had been previously misdiagnosed. I went to Knudsen:s due to the convenience of my kid being located across the street. I am so glad I did. Im the type of guy that would rather do it myself to save on ridiculous price markups and labor charges but found myself without the time and proper tools. I brought the parts necessary for repair, not only did they inform me that the previous diagnosis from another shop was incorrect but he seen my frustration as I have been trying to get it fixed for a couple of weeks he let me know that the problem was a minor issue very easily solved. I would very highly recommend this shop to any of my friends and relatives!! And would happily go out of my way to use their services if needed again!!! Cant thank you enough Knudsens!! Please keep up the good honest and friendly services!!! Just fyi, i dont usually do these reviews but people need to know that there are still honest and fair businesses out there!!!

My family and I have used this place for 25 years. This company has always helped me out as well as my fafamily. Sadly, the new owner needs to do things differently which is fine, and can no longer help do to others taking advantage of the kindness. Wish we could have continued to use their services for another 25, sadly nothing stays the same. Anyone know of another shop for recommendation?

This place was awesome. Tried to go to another vehicle maintenance place and they would not see us sue to they were heavily booked.Knudsen, fit us into their busy schedule. Very bad service. Took my car to get checked because it was not running. First quote was little over $1800 to get fixed. The manager came back and changed it to over 4K. Wanted my car back and he wouldn’t release my car unless I paid $150 for service fee even though they couldn’t fix my car. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend them!!

Lorenzo and his crew came in above and beyond with the short notice repair of my truck.I found I had a coolant leak that I could not find the source of and called Knudsens. Lorenzo told me to come in late Thursday afternoon,I needed my truck Monday for a road trip.they diagnosed,located parts and had my truck done at a fair price and a quality job by Friday afternoon. Tough job but they got it done! I would recommend them for anything automotive you need. I have used them before for a/c work in the dead of summer and never disappointed.

What terrific service! I pulled in with my battery on its last legs and within 30 minutes I was on the road again with a new reliable battery! The waiting area is very clean, I was very well received and treated very well. I highly recommend Knudsen’s!

Just needed a brake job, but it was long over due. Turns out my rears were in good shape and the fronts had to have new rotors and pads. They got me squared away and even gave me a couple days to pay my balance. Knudsens is my new shop. I knew it was my shop based on the reviews. Good work!

Knudsens always does a great job for me. They are courteous and polite, knowledgable and I never feel like they are trying to get more business our of me. Scammed, went their for check engine light. He should have just tightened the gas cap instead he charged for new gas cap. The gas cap they put on was wrong cap. So had to buy new gas cap.

We have been to this shop many years ago for a car that had issues with powering steering. They did an amazing job fixing our car and in a timely manner. Now here we are in 2020 and again they have taken care of us we’re completely honest with us. We knew our truck wasn’t in good shape and they gave their honest opinion on how they felt we should go about it. Unfortunately our truck is done for and that’s ok. They offered to help us out with finding a new car also which is amazing. We plan to always use Knudsen’s for any future services.

Took my car in because it was overheating. Dropped it off on Thursday they said they would check it out on Friday. I never got a call back. They were closed Saturday and Sunday. I had to call them on Monday to see what was up. He said it could cost 2,000 and didn’t know exactly what it was. So I basically paid them to check nothing.

The shop guys do a really good job checking everything out on your car. I have recommended other customers to go there. They have a great manager name Lorenzo Foster.

I took my vehicle there to have the struts replaced, I was able to drop off my vehicle and take their shop rental to work until my vehicle was completed. This had to be scheduled in order to ensure their vehicle would be there, I love that about this shop, they always keep the customer in mind. They know that we (as customers) have jobs to go to as well and typically cant sit and wait for extended periods of time. Lorenzo and Monty were both great. Lorenzo uses the technology he has at hand to keep you informed about where they are with you vehicle, I prefer text and he was able to accommodate me in that aspect. I would highly recommend Knudsens to anyone with automotive repairs or basic maintenance in mind.

Took my 2013 chevy cruze because the driver window stop rowing up they fixed it but my driver door would not lock it took it back and they fixed it right away i have never had a bad experience there

I went to Knudsens for an oil change and an alignment yesterday. They were very professional, offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop. Then they looked at my car and told me I didn’t need an alignment! Saved a couple of hours and about $90? Great place 10/10 will be using Knudsens again.

I recently moved to the area and was not familiar with any of the businesses. Received their mailer in the mail. I needed new tires, they were able to give me the best price for tires. Came after work and tires were installed within 30 minutes. Very polite and proessional. I highly recommend them.

I go here for the quolity n the guy lorenzo seems honest always calls his customer back before proceeding with work and to inform of other issues. The price seems high but i feel its worth it.

Knudsens has gone through many changes over the years but it still takes not just great care of its clients but AWESOME care day in and day out pandemic or not. If you need basic maintenance care or serious re-build or project work done on collectibles, they do it all. The price is always right for those struggling with day to day hardships. I have been going there close to 25 years going back maybe four or five cars and my exs car and as well friends I suggested over the years. May God continue to bless them and protect them always.

Had a major repair on my Subaru. Lorenzo was up front about how expensive it would be and helped me decide if it was worth doing. I appreciated him looking out for the best interest of his customers instead of just trying to drum up business. He even offered to give me his beans and potatoes recipe since well need to make budget cuts to pay for it. :)

I honestly couldn’t believe how fast it was to get my oil changed, fluids checked and they even told me about my rear tire as well as wipers I need to replace. My car ran like I was on the NASCAR track when they finished. PURE MAGIC!!! Professional, friendly and most important thorough! Would highly recommend!

My car needed some scheduled maintenance and I was looking for a good auto shop. My uncle said to get this shop a try. They did some work on his classic truck and he was very satisfied. I called to make an appointment and the front desk was friendly and efficient. When I showed up for the appointment they remember my name, car and service I wanted completed. They went over the quote and gave me some options to help on my budget. They gave a time frame for the work to be completed. Right on time they called saying work was completed. Again they remembered who I was and the car. Time to pay. Quote they gave was the same down to the penny.These guys got my business, and I would feel good about referring friends and family.AAA discounts also saved me some money.
