This auction is much better than sierra on surplus items. No broken or missing pieces. Also the whole lot crew is friendly and down to earth. SAM gained a new customer.

I would be carfull dealing with thes guys i took them a food truck they gave me the run around for three mounth then sed it sold for only a few hundred dollers and they still havent paid me 3 years later the funny part is i seen the truck buy my house and i went to ask about it the owner told me who he bought it frome and it was onr of the guys who works there who is not allowed to do that they are shady and will take advantage of you if you give them the chance they never even put the truck up for auction so they did not pay taxes and they stole a vehicle from me i think its crazy that cops arrests people for steeling frome a store but let people steel thousands of dollers if they goof the paperwork so i say fu sam auction

Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. I was quoted $900 for loading and shipping by their subcontractor. The auction charged $965.25 to my credit card. Apparently they believe they have the right to give you a statement in writing, then decide they need to charge sales tax for a service and hit your card without prior notification.
