Fabulous prices, but buyer beware. Not every flaw is disclosed. Bought a dining server that had a huge crack in it and a dresser with missing side trim (see pics below). Nothing in listing references these major flaws.

Like fam away from home except I pay them. Ive been going to this auction since 2017 the only one I visit. Ive gotten great things from them. There was one bad apple but the polished it up and made it right so no complaints they earned this five star. Note: if there is an issue bring it up right away.

Purchased 2 pallets that were clearly marked as Amazon. They were far from Amazon. It was Walmart.com items that were broke, missing parts and a lot of trash items. Very misleading. Beware people. The pallets are just trash that they can’t sell.

Date is February 2021.They lie left and right.They do shell bidding. (Their own folks bid just to increase prices on item).Purchased fan, it says Brand new in Box. I opened it and it is used.Beware if you are bidding, they will charge you 23.6% on top of the total auction won price.I would Avoid them !!!

Mostly broken and returned merchandise, sometime sealed back up as new. The only on-line auction house that doesnt post real pictures of the actual items. If you manage to get a great price, then it may be worth the chance.

Its a good auction, but sometimes when you go to pick up your stuff, you got to check your items, because they get you the wrong items once in a while, so dont trust them that theyre gonna give the right items or sometimes they are not complete..

Buyers beware!!!!!!I personally believe in my opinion they are shilling bids.(shilling bids means to artificially raise the bids)They want to get as close to retail value as possible and half of their items are either missing pieces even when noted new in the box or already brokenThey won’t post actual pictures of the items they’re selling because they are already broken and they count on people not showing up to previewInstead of putting damaged in the description they will always put new .I’d recommend doing research about market value for all items and looking in person with their newest 15 percent buyer fee it.

Great deals. Like any auction you have to make sure what youre buying is in good condition. if you are gonna spend time and money I would go look at item before making a bid. If you have any issues the staff is usually on point and friendly.

You can get really nice stuff but you really have to look and touch because some things are not great- looks great but broke in some way. They are honest about that and I have no complaints with them. They have a lot of beautiful furniture.

Worst auction company I have ever dealt with. Not dealt with is more accurate. Have made several attempts through several avenues to contact someone and have never been acknowledged. They have my payment and I have nothing to show for it.

This place is rediculous everything you buy from them is either broken or missing some part. If you try and contact them they never contact you back you have to take the time to drive down there just to speak to someone about your broken product you paid for. Half of the items they list are not even the actual item I’m not talking about the condition I’m talking about them being a completely different product once you open them up.I paid for a GE microwave open the box and it’s a Frigidaire microwave one I go open it up I see it’s used and bent and once I plus it in it doesn’t work.

I was very disappointed in the item I had purchased in the auction when I got home. I bid on the online auction for a chair and when I got it home I seen it was broken and very dirty. I live out of town and was not able to go and look at the items before hand. I was really hoping I would love it and come back to purchase more. That was my mistake. Place was very dirty and the pictures on the website do not match the condition of the items they are selling. Definitely go look before purchasing. No way will we buy anything from them again. We purchased a sofa, got it home got all the wrap off it and it was broken, we could not tell because the plastic wrap was holding it in place.. I have never given a 1 star. I called and was told all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges.. Awesome, I rented a truck to be able to buy this..

Recently participated in my first online auction and when I went to pick up my won items, I had a chance to meet the owner. Great guy! He spent some time explaining the process and took me on a small tour of the warehouse. All of the products are new and name brand and Wednesday night auction is Live and exciting!

I have been shopping the onlineAuctions from Delaneys on Mondays and thursday. I have bid and won numerous items.All items have been really good quality and have saved me at least half price of a regular store.

Ugh I only write this after being disappointed for a while. I won a bid for a beautiful couch back in March but I got sick with Covid shortly. I got a call and explained the situation. Then when I was cleared, the couch was no longer there. With everything going on they should be more understanding. They were nice enough to give a store credit (bonus star) but I have seen their other auctions and no good items or they are bidding near store bought price. Now I am stuck with almost $820 in credit at a store which is has no good or interesting items.

Their online auction is set up so that if you are scrolling through the auction website through your phone you will eventually hit the bid button.

Was very disappointed when we went to pick up merchandise. After we paid for an item ending up spending 47.00 on a used dolly with a missing wheel. Went back in to let them know..they found a replacement that was no better than the 1st. This was a learning experience for us. So I will advice going to look at what you are buying first before bidding online. We could have purchased a brand new for 60.00. Never again...buyer beware!

This is the best kept secret in Phoenix. Look, if youve just bought a new house, or condo, or just deciding to redecorate, Delaneys has it all. And its pennies on the dollar. You can not beat these prices. Ive been back multiple times for all sorts of furniture. 1000% recommend to my family and friends.

I didnt stay for the auction because I didnt see anything I liked. There was scratch and dent furniture and unclaimed salvage items. It is worth taking a look and seeing what they have. You never know what you might find for a bargain.

I really like this place but cannot go there because they do not wear or enforce masks. Too risky.

Shady shady and SHADY!!!!!!UPDATE: Im now on my EIGHTH piece of New in Box item that was defective once i got home and opened it. You definitely need to check your items before leaving the warehouse. Its an extremely long distance for me to travel, due to their lack of inspecting the items theyre selling. Out of 8 chairs purchased, one was broken, one pair were mismatched, one chair had the wrong legs, and one chair must have been a return because the wooden legs were spray painted black! As a business professional, you dont slack on quality just to put a dollar in your pocket. The amount of gas money spent returning broken and damaged items, far surpasses the value. Awful stuff and even worse customer service and horrible owner. They refuse to rectify any situation and care only about making a buck.

The owner came out and greeted us personally. He explained where the furniture comes from and how we will save. We need to thoroughly check the merchandise BEFORE bidding and buying. All sales are final.

Purchased a medicine cabinet, was placed in my car directly and got home opened it while it was still in the back of my SUV. GLASS is now in the back of my car as the glass was shattered on the side. One thing to take your chances on an item working but putting something in my vehicle with broken glass is not acceptable.

I’ve been going there for a few months now. The owners Charles and his son Charles Jr have always been extremely accommodating, I got a chair that was broken that was marked as new in box, they replaced it without a hassle. They are all about making a good business, would most definitely recommend!

I bought 4 chairs through the online auction that were listed as new in box. When i picked up the chairs, two were in open boxes and one had minor damage to the legs. Walking around the warehouse, i saw several other items that also had minor damage (though I dont know how they were represented in the auction). I would be very careful before buying anything else here or would buy with the expectation it will have minor issues.

Be carefull what you buy from this place. When you call in to ask what auction- you get grief

Good experience overall, definitely good deals but buy with caution! I made two purchases through their online auction, basically blind because retail snapshots are posted not actual photos of merch. Compare your prices at the time of bid also, photos are outdated. One of the two purchases, both items were damaged-one set only cosmetic that I purchased nearly 50% off retail & the other damage hindered the use of it, 1 of the 2 compartments wouldnt function.The nitty gritty? Check it out, Charles is proud of his business & seems like a family affair. They were kind when picking my items up, while waiting for your items you can also walk their showroom for their live auction on Wednesdays. I saved over $300+ on my purchases.

I have been following Delaney auction for over a year now, telling all my friends about it and I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing a couple of small things through the Monday night online auction. My first experience was not a great one, unfortunately. Staff was really nice but the floor fan I bought was missing the remote that it was advertised to have (which I dont care too much about, my fans always stay on high here in Arizona lol). But it was also missing the hardware to assemble the base and attach the fan to the base. I live in the east valley so it’s honestly not worth driving back over there. I had to get creative with my hot glue gun and made it work in the end.

Purchase at your own risk! The last several purchases have been made through the online auction and unbeknownst to us we were purchasing damaged items that were marked new in box.

Just want to mention that I have bought several items here ranging from tv, furniture, house decor but it has been in several visits it could be a hit or miss depending on season and especially in tax season where people get their refunds people tend to bid higher.

Great Auction house. BUT DO YOUR RESEARCH. They are a company that needs to make money.. Lots of items on their online auction, and even the live Wednesday auctions, have outdated retail prices on them. Examples - a 9 piece patio set they claim to be 5,000 - $9,000 retail is currently being sold for $2,400-$2,600 depending on the vendor. (Modway Convene Collection) Chairs for a patio table that they claim sell for $158.00 for one is actually $158.00 for 2!(Menards Windon Park Spring Action Dining Patio Chair) A cabinet that they show is $529 is really $339. (Forestmin Multi Accent Cabinet). So by making people think the retail value is higher, they are able to get a higher ending bid. I suggest taking the images from their listings and dropping them into google images search to get the actual current retail price so that you are 100% confident in what you decide to bid.Bottom Line, you are going to get your pieces for less than retail, but dont forget you need to add 10% premium and 8.6% taxes....

Be warned! Questionable auction in a not so great part of town. Home page of website advertises they accept all major credit cards. How it works page indicates a $100 deposit is required, but doesnt indicate it must be cash. Only in the fine print under Auction Rules does it finally indicate the deposit to bid must be cash, and will be used toward any purchases.I show up to have fun and buy some new furniture. Only to learn about the fine print, and no flexibility. I rarely carry cash and tonight was no exception. Had I known, had they told me when I called, had it been more obvious on their website, I would have stopped at the bank. They wouldnt take case from my debit card, or from any credit card I own. They claimed I could dispute the purchase. This makes no sense, since I could spend $1000, and put $900 on a card and dispute the next day just as easily.I just didnt feel safe in that area trying to find an ATM at night. It was obvious theyve had problems in the past since they felt a need to hire an off duty police order to dress in uniform and stand guard at the front door.It was a wasted a trip. Id rather by new from a reputable store or used from Craigslist. I think Id feel safer with less hassle. What a shame.

What people need to understand is most auctions are either store returns or damaged items probably repaired or fixed. Also that there is a 10% auction fee and 8% tax, so whatever you buy, you will end up paying almost 20% on top. I saw a lady buy a bedroom set for $1200 and when she got to the counter her total was around 1500 after auction fees and tax, which she obviously didnt think of and her card got declined so keep the fees in mind.They do get decent stuff but what i dont like is when there are not enough people bidding on an item they stall it longer and throw these fake high numbers and waste time so other people bid on that item. Thats not how auctions work. They are suppose to happen and finish in a timely manner.

I won a carpet cleaner for the online auction. Plugged it in, doesn’t work. The online auction showed the box and the picture of the item as listed on amazon, not the actual item or it’s condition. I’m out money on a broken used carpet cleaner that doesn’t work.

DeLaneys is great and the deal is impressive! I got a new living room set for $600. It looks great and really updated our room. The people there were helpful and honest. They answer questions so you dont feel uneasy about the process and the things you buy. The furnature is high-quality. I have never purchased furnature at an auction before, but it was exciting and we are happy with the result.

Auctions are fun. This place has SOME nice people. Bathrooms are gross.
