This location always looks and feels very dirty and unkept. Regardless of what time you go there, be prepared to wait 20 minutes to half hour at least before you receive your items. Although there are deals to be had, I will not buy electronics anymore because only half of the stuff Ive ever ordered from them works and many times the stuff that does work I still missing pieces. Customer service isnt the greatest at this location only reason Im giving them two stars is because there are deals to be had if you hunt them right down right.This is a separate visit I have come and the line was out the door .

I found this place through a google search and was excited when I won my first item. I read the reviews AFTER I made my purchase and was concerned that I had made a bad decision. However, everything went well for me. I arrived around 10am on the designated pick up date and was pleasantly surprised (Glendale Airpark). The staff werent very talkative but they brought my item to me within 15 minutes of arriving at the warehouse. My item was as described and I had no issues. I do not think I would buy any electronics because of some of the reviews that I have read, but I will be bidding on other items in the future.

You really have to practice restraint when it comes to these out of this world good prices. The friendly staff there is more than willing to help you throughout the process, as swift as possible. Be strategic when it comes to picking up the items, and youll avoid the melee.

I have bid on items from many of the auction locations around town and have been pretty happy. However the auction location on Bell Road is the worst. Other locations gives you a picture of the item or sometimes an idea if the item is new, slightly used or missing parts. This auction location just takes a picture of the best part of the box or the best looking box and uses the same picture for multiple items. They have also started auctioning a lot of items with the on premise guarantee instead of the 24hr guarantee. Some of the items with the on-sight guarantee just cant be full tested on-sight. Such as a lawn mower or a tiller. You plug it in at the auction site and it works then you take it home and try to use it and discover it doesnt work when you actually use the item in the application. All in all it is a total gamble with this bell road location. The staff has always been great but I have given up on this location. To many items have ended up in the trash. Other auction location seem much better.

I have been buying high end electronic gear from here for over a year. Its hit or miss on quality and I have brought back quite a few things that did not work. They have always accepted my return. BUT, there is an active, open lawsuit against this company for bidder manipulation, which Auction Nation openly states in their reserve notice policy. Theyre breaking the law by doing this and the AZ Attorney General is looking into this. As much as I love buying and reselling gear here, this news has been very sad to see and I have stopped buying as much as I normally would. Prices have continually been rising and its very hard to find good deals now. I really hope they stop bidding against their customers, its bad business practice and I will tell everyone I know who uses this service to stop using it.

I 10000000% agree with Sams review. First time bidding at this location on bell rd and half the stuff I bought was bad. The other half was OK sort of. Becareful also because I won a bid on there website and went there to pick but was told they didnt have the items, I was told that after signing for the items and my mistake I assumed they were going to refund me. I waited a week and then emailed the company who told me there was nothing they could do. Then questioned me as if I lied about what happened. WOW!!!

The box said dji pocket 2 but this is a dji osmo pocket (1). Worth half as much. All you did was buy a new camera, replaced it with the older version and sold it to an unsuspecting person and ripped them off. This is ethically wrong and you should be ashamed of yourself for taking hard earned money from the working class. This makes me sad and I will let everyone one I can know that you take advantage of people and steal their money.

I think the majority of the negative comments are from people who don’t understand how an auction works... in my opinion the best auction house is on bell in north Phoenix. Most of the crew are very friendly and very helpful/ accommodating.I will say that I have had my fair share of items that were defective that I’ve had to return, and have had no problems returning for a full refund. As a responsible bidder, I do my part and make sure to check out all aspects of a listing I’m interested in- ie the guarantee/return policy, the title of the listing, the pictures of the listing, etc. to ensure I know what I’m getting myself into.The worst of the locations is DEFINITELY Mesa Liquidators on Alma school and university, they have great auctions but their customer service is lacking majorly, as well as basic knowledge when it comes to listings. I have black listed this auction location for these reasons.

Without having known about the attorney generals case open against them, I bid on something and won, the cost of the item was a bit high but I wanted it and it was still in my budget I had set, whether I won legitimately the ag case will tell in time.That doesn’t matter as much as the credit card authorization they haven’t refunded yet, they pre authorize an amount to bid on an item, cool that’s pretty standard, it was after I paid in full in person that the credit card authorization was charged anyway, upon calling and speaking with them they said they would issue the refund no problem, I call the next day cause the funds had not been put back on my account, after a bit of a run around I tell the cs rep I’ll be in the office in a few days to collect my $300 if the refund doesn’t go through in 3-5 business days, the rep started laughing and said that will never happen, I called back again spoke with a “manager” and it is supposedly just waiting, that is where I felt obligated to let people know this auction house is shadyBeen watching my dad buy at auctions for years, bought storage locker auction before storage wars got popular, retail arbitrage is my business I’m also good family friends with the owners of Cunningham’s, never have I had an experience like thisWill update with the progress

I won two items and I needed them to be shipped to me since I didnt live in Phoenix, so when I emailed this question to them asking them to Ship my items to me. They responded by saying they had no problem shipping my items to me but that I needed to send a picture or my DL AND the Card that was on file. Well I thought that was a little strange that I had to send a picture of the card that is on file with them especially when I provided my last 4 numbers from the card with the expiration and as well as my picture of my DL. I then explained to them that I wasnt comfortable sending a picture of my card and they said they wouldnt send me my things I won until I did. So I called and spoke to a lady by the name of CHRIS in their corporate office and let her know that I was uncomfortable sending the picture of my card and she then came back with a really nasty attitude telling me that they didnt want customers like myself not trusting them enough to send that kind of information and that they dont want customers like myself and that we should not do business with each other anymore. Due to her nastiness towards me I agreed with her since I dont want a business to not respect my decision not to send personal info like that in order to have the things I paid for shipped to me. Now they suspended my account so I cant even go into it to see my invoices for the items I never recieved that I purchased. I am glad I have all the emails that I sent and recieved from them... This was an absolute joke of a system. We purchased a TV and was sent an email regarding the times we could pick up the object only to be informed we missed our pickup day. Monday- Friday and open sat, but we were told we had to pick up the object Monday-wed. The item was put back up for auction.If this is a requirement then it should be included in the EMAIL to be picked up on these days. This was NOT included. What a complete Rio off and unprofessional way to run an auction.

Do not buy from here!! The pictures shown are of the boxes that the items come in. For example I just won an auction for a Milwaukee multi tool and it showed this nice boxed item. When I got it the item was used and not just used beat to hell like it was on the job site for years and missing key components to make it work. This has happened to me about 5 out of 6 times. The staff is underpaid and could care less about helping you or anyone else.

I have done business with Auction Nation for about 10yrs and was happy until about 1-2 years ago. Many of their auctions are electrinics and most only give an on site guarrantee which is impossible to do for items needing an internet connection or other connections to test it. Youre out of luck if you take it home and it doesnt work. That means i could auction off all my non working electronics and not be held accountable for them not working.I have also discovered Auction Nation can bid on their own items if they arent realizing the prices they want for them. Thats called shill bidding and illegal in many states. You buy auction items hoping to get good deals, not to buy broken items or have the auction house up bid items to make more of a profit if youre getting too good of a price

If you got the cash and time this gives you a way to make great income.

Descriptions are misleading, if not darn right dishonest. This could be because the Auction has grown too fast too quickly? I don’t know? I can just tell you that I’ve bid on items and won many with about a 30% satisfaction rate. So now I will not return. Also this is separate from the company but worth mentioning to a first time participator- please think about how you test your item before you drive away. Personally I feel vulnerable at some locations. Unfortunately I’ve been approached on one occasion that was very unpleasant. This location is terrible. They purposely misrepresent items with different colored photos that they know will bid at a higher price. Other Auction Nation locations are much more reputable and honest.

Created an account, added my credit card, then waited for auction preview. Went to the preview, saw the items and tried to bid.Then they said my CC was invalid. Tried to add it again. Says my address wasnt correct (it is; I should know).I drove 2 hours to look at and bid on these items and wasnt even able to place a single bid before all the items I came to bid on expired at prices lower than I was willing to pay. Youd think they would have told me the week before when they authorized my card that they werent going to accept it.Avoid this scam. Any auctioneer who doesnt let bidders bid (whether its online or in person) should choose another profession.

Used to love Auction Nation a year ago. Now its gotten more popular which is great for the company, but theres no real good deals here. an Too many not so bright people are bidding more than actual retail or close to it people need to learn to check the actual value some products list their retail prices and it doesnt help.

The product that I bid for in the action wasnt the product that was in the description or the pictures or the box and they refused a refund at pick up before we left the store then the employees started an argument with me

Their customer service is horrible. Their manager Trevor has no regards for others. I picked up a chest freezer on Thursday and when I brought home left it sitting up because you arent supposed to connect right away and then when I connected the chest freezer left on all day and night and it didnt work. Then when I called them Saturday to return it NO ONE would answer the phone. And online said they were closed. Then I called several different times and no answer I went Monday morning and Trevor said there was nothing he can do. That it was past the 24hr guarantee, I explained how no one answered on Saturday but he didnt care. I told him so I am out 218 bucks that I could use to feed my kids because they sold me something that doesnt work and he simply replied ya. If you buy here check EVERYTHING before you leave their location.

Total scam company. They are frauds. Research the owner. Dont bid on their items. They create fake bidder profiles and bid against legitimate bids to jack the price of items. They are unethical at best, and the owner is a convict.

What a scam, beware of this crooked business you will regret doing business with these people. Totally ripped us off, we bid on an online auction for a vehicle a 1976 Camero and won the auction, They advertised the vehicle as having a clear title. The vehicle was located in Bend Oregon so my wife and I made arrangements to take time off work to go and pick up the vehicle, we rented a car hauler and drove to Bend Oregon to pick up the car which took a great deal of time. We arrived in Bend Oregon a few days later and picked up the vehicle, they gave us a bill of sale and stated that with the bill of sale and my auction receipt there would be no problem securing our title for the vehicle, little did we know. We drove back to Arizona and had to put new tires on the car since we could not get it off the car hauler with flat rotten tires, this cost us over 1700,00 dollars, so now we are into this car for not only the 1000,00 but 1700,00 and the cost of the trip going up to Bend Oregon and the car hauler rental, we calculate that we have over 5000,00 invested in this rip off scam. We attempted to title the vehicle a number of times and the Arizona department of motor vehicles informed us that they should have given us a title at the point of sale. We spoke to numerous people at auction Nation with no resolution, finally we spoke to Gabriel the owner of Auction Nation and this showed us a little promise, he told us that he would get this situation dealt with and so we believed him, but little did we know. Gabriel will not even answer our calls any longer nor will his staff. How can this company get away with ripping people off like this, we have reported this company to the Arizona Attorney General office and we are talking to an attorney about the way we were just ripped off by them. Buyer beware if you think Auction Nation has your best interest in mind you have another thing coming, dont due business with these people they are crooked as the day is long, be aware they will eventually rip you off!!! ***After two years this company finally reimbursed us for the money we paid for the auction, thank you. You can get really good prices for merchandise but make sure you verify the items functionality within the time frame the auction gives you. I have returned several items purchased and always got a refund for the item. If I can I verify the items functionality before leaving the facility. I have purchased numerous items from several different auction locations, and have gotten some really good deals. Their auto action is pretty good as well just verify everything on the vehicle before purchase because they are sold as is.

Many items sold are broken and defective and you only have a very small window (less than 24 hours) to return. I bought a faucet from them for $40 and the faucet was not functionable at all (they said they gaurentee function, but guess they dont). Had a big hole in the tubing. Dont trust them at all.

On 3 separate occasions these guys didnt have multiple items that I paid for and was within the required pickup window. They have wasted both my time and money and I will no longer be buying from their auctions. I do not recommend that you spend your time trying to buy from them, chances are you may not get what you paid for.

The auction site bids on products to increase the bid price. This is not illegal in Arizona. They also use one photo of an item up for bid for similar items instead of taking individual pictures of each item. So the condition of your particular item is unknown. They often title an item incorrectly indicating it is better than what is actually being offered. If this was a simple mistake, then the descriptions would sometimes be in the favor of the bidder and quote an item as less than the actually item up for bid. However, the mistake is always in their favor. They do have good deals, but they are definitely shady.

Be very careful when buying stuff from Auction Nation. There is a reason this stuff was returned to stores. Missing parts or broken.

Great customer service In my opinion and a good place to score deals if your careful. There are some drawbacks like (Fake bidders ) bidding up prices instead of starting with a reserve price. Iv had really good luck with the locations that offer a 24 hour guarantee like the air park location. Then really bad luck ( broken/missing a lot of pieces/or the description of the item being way off) at the locations with a (on-site only guarantee ) like the North Phoenix location. Make sure you test every thing even if it looks new.

North Phoenix auction nation is the worst place to buy items, I’ve only bought from here a few times and all items were trash! They purposely use a low quality camera and hide any imperfections. Then, they don’t offer refunds because that’s based on “functionality” only. Bad business ethics, beware of north Phoenix, just avoid it entirely.

Falsely described items (dont worry, some of them have a warranty...you just have to spend time driving and waiting in line to get it, and then driving back to return it within 24hrs), shill bidding by the company (they hide it in the fine print), fake reviews...all sorts of fun. they banned me for telling the truth...but thats OK. there was a time this was a decent auction, but it has been many many years.

So first they change there site to be difficult to work with. Cant zoom in to look at items. On a phone it is super small and I am am using mobile view. Now I go in to find out I have to open every item on site instead of 24 hours. Auction nation you are no longer customer friendly. I usually spend a lot of money starting now to christmas but I am probably not. This is not convenient nor pleasant to open everything in front of everyone struggling to figure out items that have to be put together. So you have probably lost a long time customer!

I thought based on some of the negative feeds I have read that the wait for pick up would of been long..... but youll must not have much patience.When we went in to claim items there was about 20 people waiting...... but 10 mins. of a wait for winning items at action that saved me at least $300 of retail prices. For years I have been bidding on items at Auction Nation. The people that work there (especially Eddie) are always kind and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about the company.However, the new app stinks! I actually hate it. I takes way too long to scroll through the items; too much type on each item listed. Hopefully you can fix the app.😘. It should be streamlined... it’s an app! Not a legal document!!

Ive been to a couple pick up sites, some Auction Nation, some others... none take as long to pick up as this location. If you are getting something here be prepared to stand around for at least 30 minutes -- if not closer to an hour.

Great deals, lots to choose from, friendly staff! Ive gotten several items and been happy with the deals and the customer service. Docking one star for the occasional item flaw, so make sure you look at the listing closely and understand that the item is most likely a return or overstock so dont bid more than the item is worth to you considering it may be less than store quality.

Today I watched Doug the manager talk so bad to a customer, that it made me sick to my stomach. They charged his card without asking, and all he wanted them to do was return it to the card they took it from. He told the customer they dont do that, and that the customer was making things difficult. The man was a foreigner, and I feel like he treated and talked to him badly because of it. I have been ordering from this place for over a year, and the last 6 month has gotten worse and worse. Last Friday, 10/3 we showed up at 10:10am, they open at 10 am. We checked in, they informed us they had everything and was loading it up. We waited an hour, for them to say we missed places some things in the back, but we have it now. Then another hour went by, only for them to say, that they gave all of our stuff to another lady on accident, as we where Sitting in the lobby. Melissa & April where super Helpful, they even issued me a $50 credit. But I was heartbroken, by the things that where taken.. And heartbroken on how Doug thinks its ok to treat people.

Unfortunately this is not really a company I can trust anymore. One of the last items I purchased (a desk) had so many missing parts that there was absolutely no way it could be assembled. The entire glass top for the desk was missing. I called and they said since I did not contact them within 24 hours there was nothing they can do about it. They said they have to treat everybody fairly and since I did not contact right away, there was nothing they can do. If you are thinking with all of the great prices it seemed too good to be true! You are correct, it is.

If you follow the procedures you can get some really good deals at Auction Nation.Their return policy is excellent and they ask no questions if you have a valid return due to misrepresentation or inoperable merchandise. Returns are accepted easily at each location.At the Bell Road location Kyersten and the girls in customer service go out of their way to help whichever issue arrises at any of the auction locations. They are very helpful and always smiling and congenial.I recommend Auction Nation for great deals.

I give a 3 star for now and will change my review or update it after tomorrow when I visit the north Phoenix location again. Today I went to pick up a few items for my mother. First, positive notes: They are allowing me to pick up the items due to my mother living 5 hours away, they also claim they still have the items but the lady who has them locked in her office left for the day already. I know they stated they would ship the items to my mother at her cost of course but failed to respond back on shipping status until the forfeit day was up. They are still allowing me to pick up the items after forfeit day due to the events that all took place. Tomorrow I am able to pick up these locked up in office items.Reading so many reviews the particular ones that concerns me, I see a pattern of lost items, and the bidding of the company to succeed in a higher bid to profit the company. More power to you if its legal but My mothers items are coins and if one thought they could have sold for more than that would explain the noncommunication, the items not being shipped, the convenience of being lost.I give the benefit of the doubt for now and hope this review ends up on the 5 stars instead of a 1. By the way, its really great to see feedback from management/employees on the negative reviews! The lady I dealt with today was very friendly also.

Beware! 3rd party sellers and Auction Nation accepts NO responsibility. Customer service is horrible, if you are lucky enough to get ahold of anyone. Slow shipping and no response when inquiring about shipping or tracking.

Decent auction company. They are straight up front about their offerings and offer a 24 inspection period to return if the product is not as described. A little patience and research leads to some good deals.

When I looked on the website about my 2011 Nissan I bought, I seen the inspection paper and it was not true. It says it has no problems and that everything works. But this was not the case. When I received the car it had a flat tire. Thought it was the only thing that was wrong but there was more. It did no pass smog on a couple of tries. I took it to the dealer to see what was the problem. It turns out it needed $400 worth of fixes just to get it smoged. After 2 weeks the wheels started squeaking. I thought it was the brakes so i changed them but the problem continued. Took it in to see what was going on. The dealer listed a whole page of things wrong with the Nissan Rouge . The price of all the fixes was $1300. All these problems were major problems like bearings steering shfts and alarm systems. If the auction site would have told the truth this could have been avoided. They lied just to sell the car and hide all the problems under the car. This is not right. I will be talking to my lawyer about this fraud of the company.

I used to love it but now the pick up times at the 107 ave, Glendale Airpark Location are so short that it makes it impossible to pick your stuff up. If you are not there by 3pm then they resell it. There is no way to call them either. The hours are 9-3, if you have a job it makes it impossible to pick up your stuff!!

I love this place, everyone is very friendly there staff is very cool people there always welcome me with a big smile Melissa, Cynthia, Nohemi, Doug, Barbara and Cathy she is really very nice. I really recommend this auction to anyone to like to buy and find good deals on everything and for very low prices.

Watch for dates to change due to seller availability or not getting high enough bids. Pay close attention to your invoices.The Premium seems to make up for what the seller or host/ auction nation doesnt make. This site use to have good deals.

Dont buy stuff at this company because they do fraud and i was a customer who would shop here but when i won something for a low price and when i went to pick it up they said it was lost and later they relist the item. This happens especially at north phoenix auction nation and also there are many problems when getting a refund.

Their customer service has really improved in the past few months. Use to have to wait in line - now I’m in and out real quick. As far as the merchandise- everything is pictured and discribed. Yes some things are used, some are not. It’s up to the bidder to READ and research prices. For the huge inventory they have, they do a great job. I mainly frequent the north Phoenix branch. Whom ever is in charge has done a great job.

Decent people, but good god, you need to streamline the checkout, (edit) pro tip, dont go on Tuesday, its their busy day, and great deals can be found if you look! EDIT-that have worked on the check in procedure and it is much smoother THANKS GUYS!

I have had nothing but a perfect experience here. Follow their return rules and there will bo NO ISSUES! Every item I have purchased that was not complete or broken I have had a complete refund, no questions asked..The people that help you at the store are nothing but nice and appreciative.I have sace a whole lot of money shopping herd, highly recommend!!!

90 percent of the time the items are broken returns from walmart or other big box stores that they can no longer sell, so auction nation gets them at a good price. Make sure you read the terms and conditions before bidding. Azcentral did a story a while back that proved that auction nation has its own in house bidders that will drive up prices of certain merchandise usually on ht elast day of the auction. BIDDERS: Check retail prices before deciding how much you bid! Lots of items go for very close to retail price (sometimes even higher than retail once you factor in the 15% premium they add and taxes).Now that this company is advertising and expanding their reach, too many people bid without realizing they are paying too much for something they could have bought at any store without the aggravation! Yes, their customer service sucks, items are often incomplete or missing parts, come used, dirty, boxes are smashed, packaging and contents damaged ... I can go on and on. If Im going to take the risk of purchasing something in these conditions it better be for half the price, but with new bidders focused on playing an outbid game more than getting a good deal, only the owner of this company benefits. Just a reminder to quickly Google the item youre bidding on so buying from an auction actually makes sense for everyone!

Always check your purchase before leaving. I live an hour away, so when i got home to realize my trampoline was just a net, i was not happy i just spent two hours in traffic. Not to mention there were some non disclosed fees tack on to my purchase. I won the trampoline for 160 and some how got charged 212. So i dont think i can trust this site or the store employees. When ever i go in it seems like one big chaotic gathering, where all the employees are goofing around rather than doing their jobs. No wonder i didnt get my complete package. Needless to say Im waiting on my refund, hopefully its the whole 212, and they dont try to pull some dumb processing fee. When in all reality i should have got a coupon or voucher for all my time and gas wasted going back and forth twice, and receive nothing, no purchased item, no explanation, no apology. Just a piece of paper. She could have at least told me when to expect my refund instead of just starring at me and saying next.

Ive been waiting for a week to pick up my purchase. Order was marked as ready for pick up (total of three purchased) and the item I was excited for is now missing. Great employees and great deals to be had on many items! Most the bad posts on here are from people who dont win the item they were bidding on. But this place has tons of items and lots to choose from so stop whining and try again youll get those smoking deals.

Most items are missing parts, damaged, or none functional real trash. You lose your money if you dont check it within 24 hours. I tried to return bad items, but auction nations refused to return them. Also, when I won a good item, for a low price. I was told they lost the item and will refund my money. Few days later, the item was relisted at a higher price. I figured Auction Nation bid on their items against the customer to sell it at a higher price.If Auction Nation wins the item, they will relist it the following days, and try selling it again. My recommendation dont bid on an item if the item is already high. dont bid again if someone is bidding against you, because it would be Auction Nation bidding against you to get more money out of you.

Buyer beware. Inspect everything as soon as you pick it up. I purchased a powerwheel for my son for Christmas. Upon receiving it the box looked new and sealed. I had stored the gift in my garage until now. When I went to assemble it the powerwheel was used and pretty beat up and just stuffed in the box. Upon further inspectionI realized it was completely stripped of all components and battery. It is my fault for not inspecting it when I picked it up but now Im out $200 and my son was left with no powerwheel.Just wanted to do a follow up. I received a call the next day from Auction Nation apologizing for what had happened and asked me to bring the powerwheel back to get a refund. The lady that had called (sorry for not remembering her name) was very helpful and sympathetic. I wanted to make sure I posted a follow up because I appreciated that they took the time to do this. Like I had said in my previous post it was my responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item upon pick up but it was such a big box that I only opened the top and looked in and thought it was ok and didnt realize it was used and gutted until I went to assemble it for Christmas. I want to Thank Auction Nation for making things right.

Worst company ever. Their estimates and the check I received was off by thousands of dollars. Thats right THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Would not recommend this company to anyone selling anything. And they still have an item to return to me. They seemed to have lost it. No payment offered.

Good deals if you like waiting. 3 days on wait list, then 15 minutes wait in line, then another 15 to pull my order. Refunds another wait in line 15 minutes later your told 7 to 10 days for your refund. Oddly when you win money is pulled from your account instantly. Before you even get your invoice, saying you won...

It is not worthed the aggravation.....In the last period: I bid in one small carpet and when I went to pick it up they could not find it, I bid in one entry cabinet and when I went to pick it up they could not find it, again I bid in a second entry cabinet and again they could not find it. For these cabinets, In both cases, they presented me a box with something completely different that what I bid on......You think you make a deal but if you put a price to your time and car usage (without considering the aggravation) you really do not make a deal AT ALL.Think about it

Amber is the manger in the office... I got a call from her questioned, why I wrote my review the way I did. Not only the call questions my personal opinion. Now my account has been closed. Ive never had such disrespect from a manger in a customer based business. What kind a business allows managers to use their power in a disrespectful way. I will post a negative postings until I get an official apology from Amber herself. To bad u dont have a mangers program to train ur staff better.2 weeks after I started using ur business. Now I wont be back and Im letting all FB KNOW

So in the past I wrote a very bad review due to a customer service issue, fast forward about 3 months, nothing but outstanding customer service. Yes there are still some small issues, a misplaced item or new employee that could not find an item, nothing out of the ordinary. I believe the turnaround in the customer service aspect is due to Eddie the manager in the North Phoenix location, always friendly, takes care of issues right away, I believe his positive attitude and leadership has rubbed off on everyone. I am also a seller so I work with the local auction office who are always very professional and friendly.
