Love this place cars are where they supposed to be and if not security will also help out gate passes are always easy to get printed all you have to do is call before 4:30pm once you do the passes should be with the guards

Has the Worst arbitration department out off all the auctions, rarely answer their phone calls and very shady with their policy. They try to strong arm you into believing you have no right to arb! CR far from accurate. Customer service very nice but it’s almost impossible to get them to answer from the first or second call.

Terrible place. I bought a car here and turns out they had the incorrect Vin-number and now Im waisting my time here so they can fix the issue while being called a liar and being treated poorly. These people have no business getting your business! Now that they are doing the inspection for the mistake THEY made this lady Liz is talking bad about me to the receptionist like I wasnt right behind her! Beware this terrible joke of an auction house!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

One start is too much for this auction. They have the most careless staff, believe it or not it took me 4 days to get a hold of arbitration department. Not to mention that I tried to communicate with the MANAGER, left him 3 voicemails !!! guess what ? Never called back.To Metro Auto Auction staff you are useless and doing business with u is just wasting time. Zero out of 10 !

I bought couple cars green light guaranteed but when I took it for inspection had couple of problems which cost more 700$ to fix them in addition when a green light car fails inspections they charged buyers for failed inspections too which make no sense ! If a buyer buy a car green light that car must be green light if they sale a car under green light lane and in reality it is a red light car who is responsible for inspection fee? In my opinion the seller since he or she offers the green light and buyer just trust the green light lane !!!Long story short, they are asking you for all none sense fees!!!

If youre seeking customer service and how to find your car after youve purchased it, ask security upon your arrival for customer service as long as it matches office hours......they will call customer service and have you wait at whats called, the tree near the entrance....customer service will pick you up as soon as they can after recieving the call.......they will pick you up and bring you to your car using gps trackers....be patient as they may be jumping a car for a customer.....but the van provides A/C and the quickest way to hep you out as a customer

Metro is the only Auto Auction in the Greater Phoenix area to utilize my services. And that tells me that Metro wants to provide quality, operating vehicles when available. Metro Auto Auction is a big place and has a lot vehicles for auction. The staff was good and helpful. We went to Metro Auto Auction a day prior to the GSA Auction. We were able to secure our bidders number, a list and details of the vehicles to be auctioned. We had a chance to check the 100+ vehicles. There were a lot of nice vehicles that we checked, tested and noted that were gonna buy. Most of those Government vehicles look sharp and some have very few miles.Twas my very first to attend an auto auction. I am so amazed with how fast the auctioneer talks. Theyre for sure champions of tongue twisters. I dont understand what theyre saying but they are so entertaining. Good thing they have monitors, at least I can keep up with whats going on.It was a live auction and simultaneous online. My impression was that the online bidders have a lot of money because theyve been outbidding people on the floor. And they were on a disadvantage thought because they dont see the actual vehicles, the flaws, wear and tear, etc.The prices went up too high, I think. We were outbid on the cars that we liked. We went home not getting what we wanted. But it was okay, it was a fun experience for me. And i would like to commend the guy working there giving out the water, seems he really loves his job. Looking to see him there again on the next GSA or just some other auctions.

Purchased a 2007 Silverado from these clowns found out several months later it had a Salvage Title, had already sunk $2000 into it, and all they had was a bunch of excuses, it was simple a basic program could have informed them of the title discrepancy early on, and I could have easily returned the truck, no harm done, instead I feel they just tried to hide it, then when I tried to get some compensation, it was like pulling teeth, and they never fulfilled their end on that neither, they really are bottom feeders at Metro Auto Auction, what a Rip off, their Arbitration Department is the worse Ive ever dealt with and Ive been attending and buying from Auto Auctions for nearly 25 years
