WSM used to be the best auction in the phoenix area. I would buy 6 to ten vehicles at every action and they all ran great. But then WSM got greedy and not only charged the seller a fee, WSM started charging what they call a buyers premium on top of the purchase price you already were paying. And on top of that you have to pay sales tax on the buyers premium they charge you. The buyers premium along with the poor quality of some of the vehicles and the crazy prices I quit buying from WSM.

When you need something different, they probably have it available for auction. I actually bought an airport walk through metal detector. I have also bought cars and equipment there. They have great staff.

Good stuff if you can find a auction not packed full of rich dudes buying everything.

Awesome group of employees . Very professional and straight forward business. They really have their auctions well oiled and on point. The follow up on purchases is outstanding with the ladys at the pay office to the gentlemen that helps you pick up your purchases.

Auctions have been online since the covid start. Older generation enjoys going out there and bid in person and look at what there actually bidding on

I love coming here every chance I get, they have a few great auctioneers with awesome personality. I started coming with my dad when I was 14 and it has always been our talk about spot when it comes to auctions.

The best auctions in town wish it would be live again but all in time they still keep it going online good stuff all kinds of goodies what ever you need auto building big and small . Great bunch of people that make it all happen from beginning to end once the Pandemic is over we can get back in there on the live auctions

The Ladies registering and helping you pay for your purchases are beyond nice and helpful. This helps all your customers. The men in the yard never hesitated to jump a vehicle or load my truck with a forklift. Being a woman buyer for our diesel company- I was treated with respect in this sea of men buying. A plus on the title registration people. All in all when I started buying, I had no clue what to do. Now because of your employees- I can purchase big sale items with confidence.

This auction company are only conscious of charging consumers with high prices, auction at 13% premium charges, this is ridiculous, it is better going to a dealer to buying cars than coming to WSM auction. Charging 13% premium fees is very exorbitant and a rip off on consumers

Weird place. I came there with my friend who won a car here. Its a big lot with many cars. The cashier was friendly and so were all of the employees. The one thing my friend wished was offered was a 3-day permit to drive the car off of the lot, but otherwise she was happy! Jump starts are given if needed.

The two women in the office are super nice and generous. As far as the car I come here once a week. And I was tons of awesome stuff for auction. Lots of miscellenious like tractors, crash bars,old soda, golf carts just to name a few and TONS of cars

Recently purchased two vehicles from this place. One stated it was a four wheel drive but the front differential had internal damage and no axels to the wheels. The a/c had a hole in it. It ended up costing me more to repair it than if i had just bought one from the street. The second vehicle had paint damage and rust that was not in the pictures. It also had a transmission problem the carpet was black and rotted out and a/c problems stay away from this place not worth it other auctions at least let you drive around the place to ensure the vehicle is running.

Not all auctions are honest and reliable sellers but I have come to trust WSM. They give accurate info for the items being sold. They have become a great source of equipment and materials that we needed.

Cars were nice & clean easy to find and free parking & viewing .

I love this place! Hoping to get another car soon. It is an auction and you get what you get. Use your best judgement. I got a great car here two years ago. Was good to me and I dont regret it. I love the selection as it changes month to month. I love that you can come by during the week and take a look. Another thing I like is they try to put everything they think the car needs. Also the VIN numbers posted helps a lot. I could go on and on why I love this place. Only one I recommend.

Ive been dealing with WSM for about 19years now... Ive never had a single issue that they havent made right on.Payment is always quick and pleasant, load out is usually right on point.i do prefer they go back to live auctions ASAP.

I love this auction and WSM personnel are very friendly. Since they have begun advertising last year, pedestrian traffic has severely increased making the deals harder to find. But, they still are there. Great place to spend the day.

This is not as good a place to sell equipment, vehicles as I thought. Put a perfectly good working 15kw diesel generator in and Only got 170 bucks . Could have got more at a Fkn metal recycler. It should have pulled 3 to 4k .To buy used Equipment,vehicles and raw materials for building is decent place as long as people dont run bids up.

YEP DEALER DUMPING GROUNDS HERE..... I purchased a can that had already been worked on (transmission) and it could not be repaired so the check engine light was disabled and I purchased it thinking I was going to be good to go, the transmission was $1500.00 to get and install!!!! NO SAVINGS HERE..... RUN do not walk away from this place.

We buy a lot here for our company, can usually find a decent deal on old work trucks, but not much shade and boy dose it get hot waiting.

Bought a truck last month and right after I left parking lot down the street Egr cooler went bad on the motor, it’s was already bad went I left the parking lot, when motor temperature got at at high temperature the egr cooler show sign it was bad with coolant and white smoke coming from exhaust pipe, was a diesel truck . Bad experience, prevent owner probably knew more had issues . That reason it was at auction . I would the hope they would warm the buyers about it .

Agreed this is a dumping ground for dealers for cars they KNOW have issues!!!!!!I purchased 4 cars and everyone started but that was it.... 2 had the wiring changed around so they would start but when we started working on them, we had to fix the wiring and had to buy more parts they bypassed to get them to run properly.One had a new transmission pan gasket and the transmission had been cleaned Ford 500 but the transmission was bad and 3 of the 4 needed emissions which is required by law to be done prior to a sale by the dealer. Now WSM may say that they are not the dealer but, they may have liability (I am working to see who should be help accountable for the emissions and then yes if possible, I am going to file a lawsuit) so if you have been thru this with WSM please contact me so we can file this as a class action again if possible. Thx

All I can say is that WSM Auctioneers is about as unethical and dishonest as they come. They are selling cars that they know are in bad shape and are selling them to the unsuspecting public. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I bought a vehicle that was just described as a 2012 Ram 1500 with 111k miles. They did not disclose that the vehicle was likely in a flood, had a broken front axle, had dented in fuel tank, and numberless other issues (some visible, some not). I reached out to discuss my recourse with them and they basically told me they didnt care, and gave me some lame line about how they only sell vehicles and they dont know the status of them and just sell as is and that even the owner has purchased vehicles from the auction and had to do transmission repairs that were expensive. To sell a vehicle that has been under water and not disclose it is unethical and to not buy the vehicle back after you knowingly sold it is bad business practice. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!

Ok I am one of the lucky ones who also got scammed by WSM... YES YES they are the auction house but as I ask around all the mechanic I talk to tell me that the dealers know as long as the car run they can dump them here and WSM does not care.... Beware if it runs that DONES not mean it drives! DEALER SCAM PARTNER

I wouldnt recommend this auction for the purchase of a vehicle, as unlike most auctions that sell vehicles, on inspection days there is no access to the interior or engine compartment for inspection, and you cannot start the vehicles, as the vehicles are locked up.
