Don walk.... Run away!.... First off Id like to give my opinion as a seller, and as a buyer.Fidelity estate services charges a 15% Buyers Premium. So if you come to a sale whatever you want to buy, add 15%... I also learned that they do also take commission from the sellers as well. Which mean they are robbing from their clients by getting lower prices for items so they can make %15 coming AND Going. I have also had the unpleasant experience of purchasing from an online auction of theirs. I was not aware or misread that the buyers premium for online auctions is as high as 25%!!!!!! If you cant see how that hurts not only their clients, but also the patrons of the auction then you must be just as crooked. It is clear this Estate services company cares only about their own profits and absolutely no one else. Not their clients and certainly not the patrons of the auction. No matter how nice the sale they will not be getting any more of my money!

Bo and his crew at Fidelity Estate Sales strive to offer great, quality products for their customers. They offer great customer service and I highly recommend them as I have been very satisfied with the items that I have been fortunate enough to win when bidding. Bo worked with me when a purchase had a hidden flaw that was not noticeable until taken home. They are wonderful and would not hesitate making purchases from them.

Bo and Kelsee are absolute FIRE as a team. Their focused attention and care for each individual client/estate is something that is unmatched by any other business in their field. The first time I found Fidelity Estate Services was probably about two or three years ago. I saw an auction of theirs that had some items that I was interested in. From the very first auction I attended I thought they were very well put together and not only professional but very personable. At the beginning of their auctions they Raise the American flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance. They also recognized people who have served in our Armed Forces which I think says a lot about their character. They’re very upfront, honest and explain the process very clearly. They are very careful to ensure a good overall experience. I have continued to attend their Auctions ever since. I have purchased everything from Art to automobiles and Bo Patrick and Fidelity Estate Services have been great. Not only is it a great place for buyers to get good deals but I also have to say I think they do a really great job for their clients. Compared to other auctions I have been to (and I’ve been to a lot)I think they advertise, display, and overall take great care to do the best for their clients. They’ve been doing this a very long time and it shows. My nine-year-old son and I have hit almost every auction we can get to and I’d say on an auction level we’ve gotten to kind of be friends with Bo and the crew. All in all it’s always a good time. There are some great deals to be had and they really have the best quality auction items. I definitely recommend Bo Patrick and the Fidelity Estate Services team not only as a buyer but if you are looking to sell an estate or get an appraisal don’t hesitate to give them a call. I have worked with Fidelity Estate Services on a few occasions, both as a buyer and a seller, and I have been pleased with each experience. Their sales are run professionally and handled respectfully, and as a seller, I can say they are obtaining great prices for their product. Bo and Kelsee are clear and concise and and have kept me well informed throughout the process and theres no hidden surprises with them. Their sales are fun to attend, and full of great product. When I have sold with them, Im paid almost immediately after the sale concludes, and Id definitely hire them again if need be. Id highly recommend working with Fidelity, you wont be disappointed!

I have been to Many Different auctions in this state of Arizona and going to a Fidelity Estate Services auction is an enjoyment that I look forward to always. Bo and Kelsee are always looking out for their client’s best interest and that shows when they get the highest price on items auctioned. As a buyer the experience is very simple you show up at the auction get a number recite the pledge of Allegiance then bid until you get the item you want then pay very simple. Remember these are no reserve auctions and prices go to the highest bidder regardless of their perceived value.

I got into estate auctions through Fidelity Estates, and its been a rewarding experience in every sense on the word. Bo is highly entertaining and knows his stuff - NEVER has he oversold a piece or portrayed it as something that it wasnt, unless in jest. He doesnt aggrandize clunkers but will go to bat for his clients if the bidding is falling short on high value items...despite the auctions being no reserve, he will not just give things away, and has thus actually steered me towards some fairly valuable purchases over the years where I entered the bidding based almost purely on him standing on the table (often literally) for a particular piece. I also love Brad and Kelsee, and all the other folks who make the operation go and checkout a breeze - good people all. Highly recommend!

After the first appointment, 5 stars but by the end 1 star. This was my experience: Seller Beware. What should have been a huge success was a giant failure, at least for us and I will have to bare that burden on behalf of four estates the rest of my life.Lesson 1 we were told Fidelity Estates clients would pay more than spot for silver and gold coins and bars; for the most part that is NOT the case and then you have to pay the commission. I advise going to your local Gold and Silver exchange; a lot less commission and youll get spot price.Lesson 2 we were told to give Fidelity Estate everything, which we did, BUT then they only sold part of it and gave the rest to another auction house without letting them know it was from 4 estates. We were told only less valuable items would be sent to the other auction house but this was NOT the case as even four antique pieces of furniture Fidelity Estate specifically said to include were forwarded to the other auction house.Lesson 3 make sure things are correctly labeled before Fidelity Estate lists the items Online. We tried to get it corrected but were told it was too late; thus affecting sales price in our opinion.Also, we NEVER received an inventory list as promised. To this day, were not sure what Fidelity Estate had in spite of an extensive spreadsheet of a lot of our items that I already had made for my personal use.Lesson 4 look at sample pictures for the Online auction. The background cloth they used was terribly wrinkled and some of the pieces werent fully dusted thus making for very poor quality pictures.Lesson 5 if you think your items are going to be in YOUR auction, thats not necessarily the case as Fidelity Estate mixed in other items from other clients into our auction items.There were several other things that happened but let me end with: if you have a choice, and you do, use someone else to sell your prized possessions. I can tell you, my deceased parents and brother cant be happy with me.

Always a great experience going to their auctions. You never know what you will find. Some amazing high end furniture, jewelry, art or collectibles but sometimes you get to buy an entire room at a great price. Very well run and Bo is pretty entertaining sometimes!BoBkeentertaining

BO PATRICK Swindled my family, Blatantly lied to our face and did not abide to anything that was promised to us. We have enough of his broken promises in writing AND his verbal abuse on RECORDING!Not only did he take our items without an inventory list( thank GOD we did our own!) He sent many items to another auction... Sold items in a different auction than promised and due to the lack of marketing most sold for FAR FAR FAR less than even HALF of what auction value should be.My family has been heartbroken with the loss of my father, grandmother and grandfather all in a short time. BO took advantage of that stress and tried to take us for all we had....HIS employees have even Left him and started their own auction (who we highly trust and recommend!)When I confronted Bo, he broke items that were to be returned to me! Very valuable items and I have a recording of him PHYSICALLY SHOVING ME out the door.THIS man is NOT to be trusted and I hope and pray you all find that out before he hurts more people. I would love to provide recordings and proof of all of his lies!I dont know how many other clients he HARASSES after a bad review with inappropriate calls, texts and Kissy faces??? Ive only purchased with fidelity. ive had mostly good experiences with them, and gotten some deals. Checkout has always been efficient, loadout has always been ok.There arent a lot of live auctions anymore, fidelity is one of them though and bo does a good job calling the auctions and the sales are typically enjoyable.I did have one negative experience and it was quite negative...i was sold a stolen car...landing me in cuff’s for a short period when i went to had it inspected...(the only time ive ever experienced that), so itll always stay in my mind. bo did refund me for the car but that doesnt take away from the humiliation, the 4hrs that they detained me, the fuel, etc... always run the vin’s through the nicb database, fidelity!

We hired this company to sell an extensive estate from our parent’s home. This was not an ordinary sale—Our parents previously owned an antique store and were lifelong collectors of fine items. Every day prior to the auction, We were promised a detailed lot review and visibility into the actual auction. No information was ever received. I can’t overstate that we requested this information on a daily basis. After the auction, we were promised a detailed auction breakdown for each lot nor was it received. We were charged $12,000 for a one day move to relocate the auction items less than 40 miles. This was ridiculous! Prior to signing a contract with this company, we were told to expect net receipts of $35,000-$45,000. Our final take on gross receipts of $34,000 was $10,000. This company is a scam!

Do not use this auction/estate services. Bo put a number of my expensive items in an online auction for someone else. He admitted he was in error but refused to pay me for the items. Diamond pinky ring, four omega watches, gold watches, gold necklace, gold rings, silver certificate money...the list goes on. Very dishonest!!

If you are only going to read one review on Fidelity Estate Services this is it. First, I want to say I almost NEVER write reviews and I only do so when it is so incredible I feel it would be a disservice for others not to know about the company or product. I am a real estate professional in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and have been a part of the buying and selling over 100 homes in the past 3.5 years. In this process I have had clients who needed help in handling loved ones estates, personal property, jewelry, appraisals, and even moving after a loved one has died or moves out of state. I have referred Bo and his team several times and without a hitch it turns a hard process into a seamless one. He is there every step of the way, his appraisals are quick and accurate, and he has put my clients and their families at ease. I have  gone to his auctions and I was BLOWN AWAY  by the hundreds of people who show up and how much money he gets for his clients belongings. From heavy machinery, cars, artwork, guns, and jewelry. He puts on an unbelievable event together that attracts both the regular joe and professional auction hunter to his events. He is honest, and fair and I would highly suggest using him for any and all upcoming estate or auction needs.

Ive been to a few of Fidelitys auctions. I love how he starts his auctions with the National Anthem. He does his research on the items. Everything is presented and handled in a very professional matter. A very enjoyable auction experience. I plan on attending future auctions.
