I wanted to thank Tricia and Ashley for everything they did to help us throughout the application process. Although we ultimately decided to go with another location, they went above and beyond to help us get through the application process. The apartment complex itself was great and we were looking forward to this opportunity. However, things changed and I am grateful for their understanding. Thank you!
Signed my second lease with this complex. Ive really enjoyed it, they keep the ground clean. The equipment in the gym is really nice. Office staff were replaced and they are great. Not seen any roaches which is a huge plus.Downfall is the motorcycle school across the street. And the ones in the complex. But Im a city girl and kinda use to it.Price is really high even though they constantly said theyd lower it.
Im a newer tenant. This is a great apartment complex! The unit is spacious and beautiful, theres ample parking and the grounds are well-maintained. And the Luxer One package delivery system is a bonus! Ashley made the leasing process seamless. (I think I asked her a thousand questions along the way, and she professionally and promptly answered all of them.) My minor maintenance issues were addressed right away. So far, Im enjoying living here and plan to make the best of it!
Over all, great apartments. Everyone is friendly including the staff and the community is quite and respectful. Trisha in the office is great, you can tell she cares about the tenants and will do as much as she can to help and resolve any issues. The public facility’s like the gym and pool are always clean and well maintained. They allow pets and with their policy for picking up after your dog definitely keeps the grounds looking nice. The staff at ridge gate create a high standard that other apartment complexes should follow!
Wish I could give this place negative stars. The entire staff conspires against you if you make any maintenance requests they feel arent needed. The leasing office is so rude and look down their noses at you. Then if they decide they dont like you watch out because they will make it extremely unpleasant and allow other tenants to do whatever but if you do the same they will issue you a notice. Soon after the lies start and you are accused of damaging things in the apartment, when it was that way moving in and maintenance requests were submitted but ignored. The best one was when you get verbal permission to hang up a picture and then upon move out they call it damage and violating your lease because you didnt get it in writing. I dont understand where all the high reviews come from, probably paid them, but look at all the bad reviews and they all have a common theme and similarities.
Great staff! I just wanted to say that Ashley in the front has been extremely helpful! She keeps a clean environment and is always eager to help if I need it. Would definitely recommend.
Called and spoke with Ashley, they interaction was less than 5 minutes & she was beyond rude and condescending. Maybe the job isn’t for you if you’re going to get annoyed with questions.
I spoke to both Ashley and Trisha over the phone they did a really good job on helping me find a apartment I was interested in. The complex is vary clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend this place.
Ashley made my experience amazing!!! I would recommend her to everyone.
Lived there for 4 years from 2015-2019 which was fine, but moving out process and trying to get a return on my security deposit really unprofessional! Sent me security deposit almost a year later, check was expired, tried to have them reissue it provided my address they sent it to wrong address, now waiting for them to ship to the office but there is no communication :( will have to take this to court to get my security deposit returned. nightmare
Nice Apartments. Clean, nice pool.
I have really enjoyed my time at RidgeGate Apartments! The staff (Gina, Chrissy, and Beckie) are amazing to work with for anything I need! I also love the maintenance staff! I always tell people how efficient the staff is at RidgeGate Apartments. Anytime I have put in a request they are always there within 24 hours. Its so refreshing to be part of a community that works hard to accommodate for the needs of its residents. Not to mention, it feels like youre living in a resort all the time!
Ive been living here almost a year now, aboutTo renewed my lease. Nice spacious apartments. The two bedrooms is perfect for families or roommates. Clean grounds, beautiful pool and gym. Location is perfect, close to freeways and shopping center. I rarely need anything from maintenance but when I do they are usually very prompt and professional. Most of the resident seem nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend.
Just moved in. Great facilities. Conveniently located. Staff is great.
Love this place. The front office is adorable and the girls are so helpful. They also offer a team that lives on site... they are pretty much a second office staff but if you ever want to talk to them about anything you can as well. She runs events for the families here, they just had the game in the clubhouse and served food so I didn’t have to cook.
Love the pool and their amenities. They’re staff gives food and runs random events. Just got an updated two bedroom near the pool and I’m in love with me view. Keep it up!
Great family environment. They run events for the kids and include dinner for the family about 3 times a month.... they just showed the game in the clubhouse and made nachos. Chrissy and Becky in the front office were very helpful and answers all my questions, they are also very understanding when life happens. What goes around comes around, just be nice and people will be nice back!!!!
While I only have a few weeks left at Ridgegate it has been a pleasant experience! My departure is only due to a new home purchase. The team at the office have always been pleasant to work with. In ten months I have not needed any apartment repairs or service. Im on the second floor and can rarely hear any other tenants. My car is parked within alarm toggle range, which would seem to apply to all tenants as well. My car is a year old and I feel it is very secure where it is. Landscaping is flawless and highly maintained. The pool and gym are kept clean and updated. My experience has truly been flawless and without issue. Highly recommended!!!
Well kept grounds, clean, and quiet. Jacuzzi has been broken for about a month now 😕.
These apartments are beautiful love the complex and everything about it we will hopefully be moving in soon Becky helped us and she was so sweet and helpful we are so happy and excited
Clean, pool is maintain, gym also clean and well keep. Staff is wonderful and helpful. When we do have any issue it’s taken care of in timely manner. Great place to live.
Moved in a few months ago and I love my apartment. It is near the pool which is beautiful and heated. The office gals were super helpful! Thank you guys :)
Hopefully I get a apartment here
I enjoy living here. I like that they are dog friendly. I love going to the gym and the pool. If someone asked me about moving here I’d say talk to Becky. She is my favorite person in the office and is very welcoming. She has helped me and my husband fix our air conditioning along with answer questions for me. Some things that I wish could be better are since we lived in there has been more trash on the grounds and it’s disheartening because for the most part it used to be pretty and clean and nice to walk around. I would like more security on grounds in the evening hours or posted around how to get ahold of security.
I have been living in here from the time I came from India and I can surely say that its a great place to live! This place got a peaceful environment, Spacious apartments, Nice fitness center, Beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Friendly staff, Good maintenance team. And coming to the best part is the Care team! They conduct events like Pizza parties, Monthly Contests (whoever wins gets the gift cards) fun activities and many more. So here it is not just living but playing, enjoying, staying fit and winning!!! What else we want?Thats why Ridgegate apartments is a hidden gem in Phoenix😎
Been living here since April. Office staff is always helpful when weve needed it, prompt maintenance team. Love having electronic package lockers!
I agree with all the 5 star reviews, with one extra thing to keep in mind. If things dont work out perfect, you will see the true customer service come out of Chrissy and Gina in the front office, along with their corporate office. Ive been here for over 2 years, lived through 3 apartment floods because of old polybutylene plumbing. I got no compensation for cleaning my own apt floods, all 3 times. One time the leak came over the master shower, so no big deal. One time it flooded my bed top and one time it flooded my master bedroom, which my oak bed sat in and I was left to move it on my own and vacuum the carpet. 11.5 headboard, with raised bed w/drawers. It takes over 2 hours to move, just to vacuum all the water underneath it. Well, I got over that. Now Im dealing with a/c conditions. The air quality got so bad, I had to move into a hotel for 2 days, while they cleaned the a/c ducts. I bought my own air quality tester because they insist there is no problem with air quality, even though they never have been inside the apartment. Their maintenance guy checked my walls for moister/leaks, but what does that have to do with air quality? I have attached pictures below. One can see the thickness of dirt and dust in the ducts, before they were cleaned. After the ducts were cleaned, the apt is now livable, but they wont pay $177 total for 2 nights stay at a hotel; they act like I stayed in a 5 star hotel. Imagine if you were a young mother with a newborn, trying to live in an apartment that you could not breath in and you report the problem to the front office and they tell you there is nothing wrong with the air. Would you think they lack empathy and compassion also? Would you want your newborn in that hazardous environment? Im sure you would not. Imagine your child sleeping at night and wakes up to go to the bathroom and they step in a flood and gets electrocuted(Heaven forbid). They would rather just keep fixing the leaks, than take care of the actual plumbing problem. Someone is going to get hurt and it seems like they dont care. You will only find this level of uncaring if you have a problem, otherwise you would give a 5 star review, as I would also, along with saying great things. I chose this apartment because of the great reviews. I used these types of reviews to actually bypass other apartments. I hope this helps someone. The poor air quality picture was before the duct cleaning, the other one is after the air duct cleaning. Late entry. My last email from NALS RidgeGate told me to take up the hotel expense with my insurance company. Wow.
Quiet. Nice jacuzzi.
I moved here in June. This complex is great. Everytime I put an order in for maintenance, the maintenance crew is always here the next day. The young ladies in the office are very professional and helpful. The day that I moved in, I met a very nice neighbor. The complex is clean and neat. The only issue that I have is my upstair neighbors sound loud at times. Its only because I can hear them walking. (Not partying) These neighbors are polite and they have to walk! So this is no ones fault.
I’ve recently moved in, and they made the transition so smooth, the apartment is so spacious, and the cost is not outrageous!! I appreciate the staff and if I have any questions, they’re so attentive and helpful!!
My husband and I were very impressed when we went to RidgeGate apartments for our tour. We were impressed by the well-kept grounds, and the quiet atmosphere. The common areas (fitness center, pool, and club house) were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and the whole application process was completely hassle-free. We’re super excited to live there!
Just moved in and couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth the process went and how clean my apartment is. Two thumbs up!
Just moved down here and the area is amazing... moved for work and I was worried I wouldnt find a decent place. Ridge Gate is a little hidden gem in the area, the landscape is actually really pretty.
Very beautiful property. Beckie was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend checking out this community.
My family and I move from California to Arizona in August and we didnt have a chance to come and look at the apartments before moving in. We had to take our relative words that it was a family-dog-friendly place. Our family really like it here and it has great amenities. It is also located near lots of stores and schools which we really appreciate. The staffs are really nice and the maintenance are quick to come and fix things. We had to communicate through emails and they are quick to respond to all of our concerns and questions. Despite our initial worry about our move, the apartment is really nice and comfortable to live in.
Disclaimer: I wrote this review based on the quality of service of the front office. As a result I did not choose to live here. This review isn’t a good review of what it’d be like to live here.Very unorganized office situation. With signs that take you to the wrong place (an apartment that was being used as an office) a gentlemen directed us to the original office and doors were locked with no sign so we waited outside. The office attendant unlocked the door without telling us or the waiting mailman. So we sat outside. Two more people show up, enter and they get seen before us so we wait inside. Then she has to take them on tour first so we have to wait outside again. We’ve been here for over 30minutes just trying to look at a damn apartment. Not the best first impression. We will not be looking at this place as our future home.
I went for a tour late and the staff still opened back up and took the time to show me around and answered all the questions I had. They were super friendly and we even passed a few tenants on the way to the apartment model who were very friendly as well. Great community!
Chrissy Brewer is a excellent person, I loved working with her and she was always very polite and meticulous in assisting me with whatever I needed, great customer service.
This place is so friendly from being smoke free community that’s hard to come by! The girls in the front are really amazing and really nice! They make you feel welcome❤️
My husband and I went to tour Ridgegate today and I must say they didnt disappoint. The office looked great and the young lady that helped us was so pleasant. I walked into the apartment and I was blown away. It was the perfect size for our little family. It was completely upgraded with new stainless steel appliances. We are so in love with it. We are applying as we speak fingers crossed we get in.🤞🤞🤞
Fairly decent complex overall. The complex can be loud at times due to kids or animals, but is usually nice. The complex is actually really nice and although sometimes inconvenient, the management does really try to take care of the residents. Chad is my absolute favorite, because even when my fiance and I dont visit the office for months at a time he always is sure to greet us by name with a smile on his face. Its a good place to live and is close to many shopping places and restaurants!
Great apartment complex, very friendly staff and awesome maintenance. The always get stuff done as soon as possible. Once I reported some problems with my fridge, the maintenance got me a new fridge the next day! I have been living here for more than two year and planning to stay here after my lease ends!
I was pretty happy living here, until my new upstairs neighbors and their kids moved in last October. Since then, I have been treated to 24 hour gymnastics, clogging competitions, WWE, MIDNIGHT picture hanging, screaming, stomping, children pounding up the stairs, and whatever else someone on the second floor could possibly do to be an unearthly nuisance to their neighbors below. My son and I have been awoken more nights than I can count. I have talked to the office management on three separate occasions, and the best they can offer me is a “courtesy call” which actually made their noise WORSE, and that I call the security patrol for anything after 10pm. If you’re searching this place, DON’T MOVE INTO THE FIRST FLOOR OF BUILDING 19 IN APRIL!
Great complex. not a fan of all the pets. seems like there is always a dog barking, day or night. cheap windows stink because you can hear absolutely everything through them, especially the people working with leaf blowers and such at six in the morning. great gym and pool. convenient location.
The community is nice and the maintenance issues we have had were fixed on time. Staff is friendly. However, be prepared to hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor makes. I heard the previous tenants and hear the new ones all day. New ones also have a toddler that enjoys running from 7 am until she passes out at about 8:30 pm. Sadly have to be on the first floor due to medical reasons. I do not hear my next door neighbors. I vacuumed the carpets right after setting up furniture and wish I had done so beforehand. Picked up 2 canisters of dirt. Garbage disposal shakes the entire counter and is super loud. Honestly thought it was broken on move in, but maintenance said thats how it is. Bath tub was just painted in reg paint which has long peeled off. Kept ended up with white paint bits on my feet. We opened the main air vent to see if the filter was clean at move in. All that is up there is what looks to be a green fleece blanket. Front gate to enter has been broken and stuck open for a few days to a week about 4-6 times since I moved here in April. Parking spots are a bit of a hassle to get in and out of. Having a Sorento in an covered spot with part of the pole to hold up the roof taking some of the spot is a tight fit. Parking neighbor has to park near the line too because of the pole on her passenger side. Pulling up all the way into the rocks in order to open the driver door damaged my boyfriends car. Would recommend based on the price and it being bug-less, but unsure about renewing lease.
Just moved in, love the property and the girls up front are so sweet and helpful. Heated pool and 24 hr fitness center.
Maintenance staff is amazing. They are so sweet and always willing to help!!
Convenient location being by both freeways, their upgraded two bedrooms are really pretty and great for families. Thank you guys for being so helpful!
Living here was okay. You can definitely hear kids through the outside walls and people coming in on their motorcycles. They actually have decent amenities, and the complex is mostly well maintained. I wouldn’t say I was displeased living here (stayed here for 2 years), but I don’t think I would live here again.Fair warning, if you break a lease, you have to pay 2 months rent, plus the month you are currently in. So if you break the lease at the beginning of the month, you have to pay 3 months rent to break your lease. If possible, don’t break your lease.
I love living here. There is a really nice gym on the premises, a state-of-the-art poolside grilling area, and easy access to the I-17. Community is quiet, in a nice location. Any matters are quickly resolved by staff and maintenance. Very glad I chose Ridge Gate.Sandi D.
The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating! The apartments are excellent condition and the neighbors are friendly and respectful! The only thing I could even begin to complain about would be the layout of the living room in the 2x2 units, but thats not exactly something you can change. I would absolutely recommend RidgeGate to anyone!
I really enjoy living here its very close to my job and also stores the pool is really nice! and my favorite is the gym everything is new and its quite a big gym also its always empty and open 24/7 the management team is very cool and extremely nice never lived in apartment before but so far these apartments are 10/10
Terrible experience. Make sure to check your emails to see if the complex sends you a move out bill after you leave. (and make sure to check your spam folder) They dont mail you a statement like all other companies. Then within 2 weeks they send your bill right over to collections. They wont send anything to you via mail or call you. It gets better...they wont send you proof (pics) of why they are charging you for a move out balance. The collections company they use called me and absolutely harassed me. After I paid what they wanted they still sent the account to collections and they wont update my credit report! The collections agency said to me maybe you should pay your bills on time and you wouldnt be in this mess. Most degrading call of my life. Had I known of a balance I would have paid it. I filed a BBB claim against this apt complex and the collections agency. Beware and be proactive if you plan to live here. Ask questions.
Tour was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful!
My wife and I really enjoyed our tour of Ridgegate apartments. The grounds were well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and didn’t pressure us to apply. The complex seemed generally quiet. The fitness center was large and had wipes to clean the equipment when finished. Perhaps our favorite thing about Ridgegate is the non smoking community. Overall, we are very excited to move here!
Horrible office staff- I decided not to move in here after how I was treated by the office staff. They were extremely rude and could not understand that my year to date income was not my true income because I had just gotten promoted to manager. They had absolutely no common sense and lacked all sense of customer service and 5th grade math skills. With how many apartments are available in Phoenix, I think I’d rather go to someone who treats me with respect because at the end of the day I pay their wages.
I love it, all the amenities are taken care of and clean. The staff gets work orders put in and completed in a timely manner. No complaints. Love the fact that is animal friendly.
We are eagerly waiting to start our stay in Ridgegate. We had toured almost all the communities in this area and I must say Ridgegate is the best in terms of cost, amenities, location, leasing office staff, etc. We had a very nice experience with Chrissy and Beckie. Both were very helpful and kind, quick to answer the queries via email and phone. Apartments size and floor plans are perfect.Edited my review as below -Staying since 3 months, I would say Amazing place to stay, maintenance work order is quick, parking lot is big enough.Thank you
Good community, people, appliances, cleanliness. Motorcyclists across the street can be loud until midnight. Got earplugs? no problem. Very helpful and accommodating staff.
Just moved in and I love it so far. Really close to my work. Little loud in the mornings because of the motorcycles but it doesnt bother me. Management is awesome
RideGate is a wonderful apartment complex to live at, the apartments are clean and well maintained, if something does need fixed the maintenance team is very prompt, friendly and will get the job done. The office staff is always accommodating and friendly and there is a CARES team who puts on multiple free community events every month! We quickly got to know our neighbors and make friends, and although at times it can be loud, it is an apartment complex and thats to be expected. Its placed in a wonderful location close to shopping centers and has very easy and quick access to I-17 and the 101 but is far enough away to not have all the traffic, overall, we loved living here and Id definitely recommend it in a heartbeat!
I enjoy living here - the office staff is always friendly and courteous - and the location is great - right along the 101 and i17. I chose this as my home because of good reviews and its proximity yo my work, and I have not been dissapointed. There are always monthly events for residents to enjoy and get to know their neighbors. Also the gym is at least 3X the size of my previous apartment complex. Thanks also to the office staff (Michelle, Chad and Gina) for being professional and friendly!
Went there the same time as two other couples. 6 people total. No one at the office for over an hour. 3 leases you won’t aign. Outstanding customer service.
Great apartments. Great access to the 17. Close to good shopping and entertainment areas. Friendly, professional staff/maintenance. Pool area clean, great place to relax, two great grills and a tv. Maybe our upstairs neighbors were unusually noisy, but heard their tv/music a lot and weekend parties, part of apartment living though. Very clean units, never had any bug problems whatsoever. CARES team has monthly events. My family and I made some great friends through these community events.Lots of long time residents here, feels like a homey community.
Staff was friendly and prompt. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Thanks Becky.
I have lived here for 3 years now and am getting ready to renew my lease again. Great location, great staff, and maintenance is really fast. I put in a work order and they come the next business day. I highly recommend Ridgegate Apartments.
Beautiful property, Good prices, and very friendly staff!
Office staff was very friendly. The tour was informative. We got all the information we needed.
Excellent service
Staff was super helpful answered all of our questions. Looks really great ! Super pleased!
Very friendly staff, super easy and very nice apartments! we went in today and liked what we saw and got everything done and signed our lease super fast. Ali, which i was informed is new to the apartment staff was SUPER friendly and very fast. she definently cares about her tendants. excited to live here.
Great place to live! The apartments are nice, great price, and friendly community. One of the best apartments Ive been at.
Beautiful property :) Lots of trees!
The apartment is good and maintenance is also good but the thing is they have a board refer a friend and get 250$ in front of leasing office. that is fake. they wont give the money. i have refered my friend on july still now i didnt get any amount if i ask them they are not responding properly.
Our family moved into Ridgegate in 2016 - the apartments are very nice, but being a family of 4 a two bedroom/two bath with only 952 square feet of space becomes unbearable after 2 years - my kids are ages 11 and 15. If only they had a 3 bedroom option (which I did suggest on multiple occasions to the front office).Positives: Nice grounds/Pool/Gym area. Office/Maintenance workers are very nice and professional. Apartments are nice (except for size).Drawbacks: If you live facing Deer Valley Road be aware that at 6:30 am, 12 pm (noon) 6:00 pm and 11:30 pm you will have to deal with the noise of the motorcycle race that happens every time the MotorCycle Mechanics Institute lets out/in. I work from home and our apartment faced Deer Valley Road (2nd floor) and even my boss on the phone commented to the loudness of them! I had to buy a noise maker (white noise) to drown out the sound at night so I could sleep (as my day started at 4:45 am) every day. Also, If you try to pull into the apartments coming from I-17 at lunchtime, be aware, the motorcycles and cars use the turn lane to get ahead of anyone going in the opposite direction (heading toward I-17). In the 2 years I lived at Ridgegate I have witnessed 1 accident and many almost accidents!*Move out was a little confusing. We gave our 60 day notice and turned our key in on time. I was expecting a final bill as I did not clean the apartment to move in ready status. I was told when i turned my keys in that I would be receiving a final bill (either by way of email or an actual bill in the mail). I did give a forwarding address to the office and I also did a forward at the post office. After 2 weeks with no bill (either by mail or email) I decided to check my account online (where I paid my monthly rent), sure enough there was my final bill (showing a billing date of the day after I moved out). Needless to say I very disappointed in this. If our account had been written off to collections due to us waiting for an actual bill or email I would have been livid. However, we paid the bill in full and have closed that chapter of our apartment living.
Moved in a couple weeks ago and it was easy and the neighbors are super friendly! Planning on staying a couple years! It is very dog friendly!
The Good: Good size apartment (2 bed 1 bath), functional layout, close to highways, hospitals, and shopping. The Bad: No piece and quiet. Motorcycle noise at all hours, high school marching band practicing until 10 or 11 pm, you will hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. Literally everything - from walking around to opening and closing cabinets to more intimate sounds, you will hear it all. Worst of all is the management staff. They are unhelpful and will charge you for normal wear and tear. They will also refuse to provide proof that repairs they are charging you for were completed (which is illegal, by the way). Best to keep looking, unless you dont mind constant noise or having everything you do being heard by your neighbors.
Wow! Do not even waste a minute of your time trying to look at this place. The management is a complete joke and I have not heard one intelligent comment made from any staff on a reason why a small 35 pound dog that is not a restricted breed cannot live there. If you speak with a Gina you may as well hang the phone up immediately as this waste of a human will not return or even have the courage herself to tell you that they wont accept my pet with a valid reason.
The move in process was easy . They were flexible and gave us the best rate possibe. Michele our leasing agent was awesome.
CHRISSY IS SO AMAZING!
Great amenities, personable staff and efficient maintenance. Apartments have a well designed floor plan and are quite spacious relative to price and location.
I recently reviewed this apartment a few months ago and gave them a 5 star rating. Well I have to say after we moved in I have to say this is the worst place I have ever lived. We have only been here a few months and maintance has had to come out at least twice a month because something is leaking or broken. Our fridge has leaked two times now and they are saying that the fridge keeps getting clogged. Also our water heater broke and it took them two weeks to fix and this happen two weeks after we moved in. Now you washer is leaking. Blinds were missing when we moved in. Cabinets were all beat up and some were painted over. We even paid for an upgraded apartment. Dont waste your money because what you get is not worth it. Especially when your cAbinets are different colors and they are falling apart. We are so unhappy here and we dont recommend anyone moving in. I pray that nothing else breaks moving forward but so far Im not going to hold my breath!
Lived here for almost a month now the staff is great and professional maintenance and beautiful community. :)
Daughter just moved into complex, I go to visit and carpet in bedroom disgusting, stains and all. They didn’t even change out from old tenants. Who does that?
Great property, great management.
We had a tour on Saturday and decided to rent. Very helpful staff and beautiful location!
Office closed and sign clearly says should be open till 5. I wasted my time coming all the way down here. The central office says break or showing. But, there is nobody around for long period of time.
The staff has been nice, and every request i have made for repair or service have been taken care of. The move in was easy. For a first apartment dweller its been a easy experience so far. The neighbors are friendly and not a lot of noise when the sun goes down. I have no complaints so far at all. I have even reccomended a few friends check it out as a place too. Conviently located near two major freeways. no hesitations in recomending this place to others.
Its not really a review, I just want to know did they run a credit check?
After a lot of research on the apartments available in Deer Valley, my spreadsheets pointed me to RidgeGate. Close to work, washer/dryer in each unit, gated community, good reviews, and affordable rent for the quality of the apartment and community. I was moving from out of state to Phoenix for a job and had to do most of the leasing arrangements over email. Throughout the whole process, the staff was very friendly and happy to work with me and moving in was a very smooth process. The community itself is pretty quiet and well maintained. Doggie bags are available for dog owners around the area and I see maintenance actively working around the community. Whenever I have had a problem with repairs, its very easy to let the staff know about my problem (either in person or through an online submission form) and I dont really have to wait more than a couple days for them to address a non-emergency issue. When I first moved in, I was informed that during the day, a privately contracted company patrols the area as security. Since I work during the day, Ive never personally seen them but I was given their contact information in case I needed them for things like being locked-out or to tow someone out of my assigned covered parking space, so Im going to trust that they patrol around. The community takes pest control very seriously and has pest control come by regularly to spray. Outside the odd fly here and there and a single tiny lizard, Ive never seen any worrying pests. Mail is in a mass unit just outside the gate and packages are kept in the front office to be picked up with a package notification in your mailbox.Location-wise, it is nearby to a shopping center with Target and an AMC theatre, although that is the closest thing to a grocery store for about ten minutes. However, (un?)fortunately, there are quite a few fast food/drive thru places in the surrounding area, so easy and lazy access to food isnt a problem. Across the street from the community is a motorcycle mechanic academy, however I havent found any noise issues. Behind the complex is a high school, and when school is in session, you can hear the evening games and band play while youre outside.Ive only been in my apartment, so I am not sure how it is with others. My 1br has hardwood flooring and carpet in the bedroom. I live on the bottom floor and noise-wise, the sound from the apartment above is not very intrusive. I can hear some footsteps, washer/dryer, and the occasional loud television or alarm clock, but its hardly a problem and pretty normal. I never hear any sound from the other units my apartment shares a wall with.Ive only lived here for a few months, but I intend to renew my lease here. The residents I have come across are friendly, and the staff has never been anything less than delightful. I felt like my research paid off well when I settled in RidgeGate and am very pleased to be living here!
Welcome to the complex from HELL! The apartments are nice but thats where that stops. The staff is the most extremely dishonest, deceptive, lying people I could imagine! I own a business & work with the public & people every day, if i I treated people the way this staff does id be out of business!! It completely blows me away how bad they actually are, one will do or say one thing lie about it the rest of the staff will just play stupid & over charge you for it! Not only will I not recommend this place to anyone but would & will WARN everyone to stay clear at all cost ---- FUTURE RENTER BEWARE!!!!!! Lived here for just over a year. Great place, awesome staff.
Just a general question are prior evictions an automatic denial?
Worst place I have ever lived. Upstairs tenant, noise everyday, excessive, management promised to do something about it, never did. I ended up having to move because I could not relax and enjoy the apt. Every time the upstairs used the toilet or shower, I could hear it. (not to mention when there were getting busy in the bedroom, I could hear every noise) It was HORRIBLE. Cost me almost 2000.00 to break my lease. They would ruin my credit if I didnt pay it. They have no sense of responsibility, management is a joke. Owners of the company (NALS) dont care either. I sent a letter and got a response back from a person in Risk Management, meaning they dont care about anything or anyone as long as they get paid. They see dollar signs not people. I would not move in here, there are plenty of apartments in the area that are much better and management that actually manages. I am not out to give a black eye to Ridgegate, Im looking out for those people who will move in here and then get screwed. Its not worth the risk... Its really not.
Best staff!
You can hear people speaking through the walls. Very noisy at times.
Beautiful property.
Gina is the best, YES YES YES!!
I called to ask some questions and that woman that answered the phone was very kind and helpful!
Great place to live.
