The old management was definitely on top of matters and genuinely took the time to care for tenants. Water is turned off about every other week due to something now with new management. Poor sound control of buildings. Can easily hear neighbors often (when they are being loud unnecessarily). It would be your best interest to take your hard earned money else where you truly can live in peace & quiet. Not worth the hassle residing here. The staff does everything they can to make you feel like a part of the community. Love that they are so friendly and personable! It really means a lot when they ask you about your dog! So glad I found this place. Beautiful place to live!

Don’t waste your time! The pictures on the website look nothing like the real apartments. The new management is a nightmare. Water is always shut off for hours on end. Things fall apart inside the apartment. They said we have security onsite but never saw any. Plus the customer service sucks. Management is always rude, was never considerate. Glad I ended my lease months ago. And as I read the previous reviews, sounds like nothing has changed. If anything, it’s worse.

Been here 3 weeks still no hot water, water is shut off a couple times a week probably due to old pipes that havent been updated in decades. Was forced to move in even after i offered to wait a few weeks, odd since the apartment was not move in ready and is still in need of upgrades.They are over charging for renovated apartments that are not even fully upgraded. Painters have been disconnecting internet cables for multiple apartments causing issues. Look elsewhere for a place to live. Not worth it.

I give 1 star because I dont have a choice. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT SEEN THE APARTMENT!!!! The staff showed my daughter the a 1 bedroom apartment picture with a little patio, they have a dog so that was ideal for them. The couldnt see the apartment and they needed to sign the contract in order to secure the rent, on top of that the apartment was not ready on time and when it was it wasnt what she signed for! WRONGFUL MARKETING. SHADY, AND UNHUMAN!! This place is not cheap, and with this pandemic they need every penny, well, THE STAFF told them it was too late and that the they lost their money. I hope you can sleep at night because that is not the way to run a business.

So I just wanted to share my experience with the apartments Im still a resident here I was in kind of a bind and a little behind on my bills and rent and Ive never seen an apartment that go out of their way to actually help you catch up on your rent. Ill be forever grateful for these apartments and the company Gabriella is great and wonderful shes a really sweet manager and I really do like her. I give these apartments a five-star and if I can give them more I would I recommend these apartments to everyone 💞

I paid my application and was told my deposit 2 weeks ago before they switched management. I was told that I would receive a call from new management about finalizing my application and deposit. Not only did I never get a call, I called multiple times and left a voicemail. Never got an email. It has been over a week. I asked for my application fee back but the lady I spoke with wasn’t helpful or couldn’t even offer an apology for the unprofessional handling of my application. I am very disappointed with this new management team and glad I decided not to move here.

I lived at pointe vista for almost 2 years, I recommend living here the apartments are very well insulated resulting on high energy saving during summer time, (I am a drywall contractor). Staff were always efficient on solving any issues I had. Thanks so much!

Had my bike stolen from second story, sprinklers constantly spray the cars, had my car keyed, and they get you when you leave if you dont professionally clean your carpet. MAKE SURE TO DO THIS OTHERWISE ITS $60 OFF YOUR DEPOSIT. No interest in replying if they post something below.

This is a great place to live, quiet, clean, pretty, apartments are nice sized. Im in a 3 bedroom and couldnt be happier! When I have an issue they are prompt to fix it and very nice when I report an issue! Ive been here 6 months and plan to renew my lease! Very Happy!!

I have live in Pointe Vista since 01/2016. The ladies in the office are awesome!!! Any time I’ve had an issue they have made sure that it was taken care of. I am going too miss being here. Thanks Gabby and Tawnie for everything.

Me moved from Prescott valley to the Phoenix area. We started to look for places and they were all terrible. When I came across pointe Vista it was a nice place. When I first talked to Tani she was excellent she proved us with everything we where looking for! She showed us the unit and it was really nice! It was an easy process to get approved! When it came down to moving day she was able to get us is quickly and efficiently! We never had a problem with any of the neighbors! The place has security that walks around and it’s gated witch was a big thing for us. When I had any issues I would let Tani or Gabby know and they would be right on it on sending someone to fix it. The maintenance guy is super nice and very friendly. Always saying good morning and asking if we needed anything. Keeping the place clean when some people don’t know how to throw away the garbage. They just did some major remodels to the pool and they are adding a dog park! This place is very pet friendly. When it came down to the end or our lease Gabby was very nice to let us know what we need to get done before we left. Unfortunately we had to move back to Prescott Valley for personal reasons. But if I didn’t I would stay again here! Pointe vista is a great place to live and the staff very friendly. We never had a issue with bugs or pests. I really recommend to live here!!

This place is awful. I had to break my lease and move. The manager didnt do a walkthrough with me. there was water damage. the water leaks caused mold, and me and my kids have asthma. the carpet hadnt been cleaned before I moved in. A complete nightmare. Dont waste your time or money.

This is a great apartment community and you definitely receive a bargain for your buck here. My apartment was very reasonably priced and I also had a washer and dryer which was a plus for me! The maintenance always fixed anything I asked in a timely manner. Shortly before moving out they added a gym which is really cool and the pool is always well taken care of.

I am so thankful that I found this place. The office staff went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I got settled. Gabby is GOD sent. They have a deposit program that made moving in very affordable. ALL other apartment communities can learn from Pointe Vista. Youre expected to pay rent where you currently live, then turn around and pay first month, last month, deposits, utilities deposits, Uhaul, boxes and tape, movers, time off work. Note to Apartment communities....WERE IN A RECESSION!! Thank you Pointe Vista Community for understanding that. ❤❤❤❤❤

I just wanted to thank the staff at pointe vista for making me feel at home. I relocated from Chicago and I have no family in Arizona. Start to finish they were able to help make this move as smoothly as possible. from the first phone call to the day of my move in. I’ve been living at Pointe Vista now for a few months and I love living here, it’s clean, very close to the freeway, the grocery stores are just around the corner. It’s a very cozy apartment complex and so far I have no complaints. I truly appreciate the office staff and I am very pleased to be living here.SincerelyMonic P

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ITS A LIE!!! Worst service ever, been trying to get in contact with them, they set you aside and say theyll call you back and dont(3x). Its like $150 holding fee, if application gets denied u get back your money. Its a lie they change the story to keep it. Dont get stolen from like I did.

Its okay. I haved lived here for almost 7 months. Its not too bad considering that theres no drug or crime activity and its quiet at night. However, the apt is dated, way too expensive, not big enough for the price, and theres no parking. There has been known to have a bed bug issue in some units but mine was checked and no sign (but they act on it immediately). The new manager is very nice and responsive. Their maintenance is not too bad either. But for what Im paying, I should be living in a house. This place is not worth what I pay.

Not sure what the deal is with these other reviews but, in the two years Ive been here, I think its a wonderful community! Gabriela has really turned the property around and made great changes to what used to be a lack luster complex. Dont pay attention to all these haters, most of them were probably trash that was cleaned out for good reason. 5-stars MEB. You guys rock!

My bathroom door fell off like weeks ago I made a complaint w. The leasing office telling them i needed ANOTHER work order for THE SAME door fell out of no where due to their maintenance team reinstalling it with the same broken door. Dispite me leaving the office a voicemail indicating that the door is broken and just needs to be REPLACED. But what really leaves me SHOOK and so disappointed with this place is that litterly 3 am THIS morning MARCH 1ST, 2019 my roommate was coming home when she got into a car accident in this area. My poor roommate JUST got into this accident I wasnt even aware until now today March 1st at 3pm because I got home from work when I see outside her car in our parking space with 2 flat tires and the front a mess. With A STICKER FROM OUR CARING community saying they will have her car towed by tomorrow if it isnt fixed or REMOVED. The airbag really did some damage to her (my roommates) body shes is pain (obviously). I know shell be okay but damn I dont think she should deal with that right now she couldve died keep in mind my friend stands 51 shes very hurt at the moment. I really did like it here for a little but with time it really does show how much in my case how little they care. I used to be so happy with this place just like that lady who left such a remarkable review below me.

High price for a smaller apartment, maintenance doesnt fill work orders, office staff doesnt work well with tenants, never react to complaints about damage to property or noise violations. (it took 2 months to fix a fence that someone broke through), Offers online rent payment but wont acknowledge when you ask about it, never provided gate code, do not clean community grills, did not repair the apartment as promised before move in date. I would not only not recommend this place, but I would refer to have the management changed again.

My family and I moved here March 2017. Our unit was a very dated, derelict lower 2 bedroom with den/2 bath that they market as 3 bedrooms. The master is spacious for a king size bed, desk, dresser, nightstands. My place was very clean when I moved in minus the dead roach coming from the sewer. The manager, Gabriela was and is very helpful but, very busy and her new leasing assistant and maintenance staff are great! Most of the open area is kept clean despite the laziness of some filthy tenants and their children.My biggest and most disappointing experience living here was my neighbors! The upstairs family moved in April 2018 and they were the loudest, nastiest people Ive ever lived under. Until Summer 2019, we had no roaches. They poured frying oil down the drain after cooking fish almost every day for over a month which, caused so many plumbing issues. Then, they let the bathroom tub overflow 3x. It was such a nightmare to us that my husband and I had a shared dream that it was raining from the ceiling AGAIN and months later it happened for real. Our rent went up $90 in 2019 and $158 in 2020. The smart German roaches wouldnt die no matter how much the pest control guy sprayed, put out glue traps and bait. The stupid people let the baby fall out of bed several times The banging became disturbong when at all hours of the night. The children play loudly, outside with no supervision.Maintenance is great but, very busy.A few things could be better but, not for managements lack of trying. The pool is newly remodeled to look exactly the same. The whirlpool does not get very hot and the pressure in one of the jets is so powerful that it can hurt someone elderly. People stole the cords for the fitness room and I dont know if they replaced them. There used to be a basketball court in the back of the complex that is being remodeled as a dog park. Theres nowhere for children to play. They give you one parking space and one of each key. Additional copies for a fee. The gate is broken 70% of the time due to idiots altering or damaging locks. The problem is so bad that they put up a camera up to see who is doing it.SRP charges around $70-90 in the Winter and $125-180 in the Summer. Door and window leakage raises cost.Side patio made a great storage area. The two patios are a bit small. Smoking is only allowed inside your unit.Theft in this area is high. They do have security in the evening here as a result. Occasionally, you will hear gunshots and PPD choppers. People speed on Butler drive and have hit a car fleeing the scene. Security and police patrol around here at night.Complex is walking distance from 3 grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Royal Palm Middle School (Washington Elementary and Glendale Union H. S. Districts) and other schools, multiple barbershops and so many other places in the area. Everything you could need is within a mile. New Silver Dragon is my favorite Chinese but, they dont deliver.I gave my experience 3 stars because, this place is high for the size, small washer and dryer, dated, derelict and very small kitchen and bathrooms, cracking, uneven foundation, decent storage, basic fitness area, nice landscaping and great location. They put covers over switches and outlets so plugs fall out of sockets easily. If your lucky, you wont have horrible people around your unit. Overall, this is an okay apartment community while you get to know Phoenix.

Horrible horrible horrible. Got the run around about my application for 10 days. After being told that I would get a call today or tomorrow for 3 days, I finally went up there. I was told my application wasnt ran and my credit also wasnt ran yet. Once again I was told they would have it by today or tomorrow. With only 7 days before my move in date, you could imagine very stressful. Wouldnt recommend it unless you prefer a headache.

Love this place, great staff! The price is right, the light rail is right out front, big bedrooms.

5 months ago under the old management, I would have told anyone to sign a lease here. It was one of the last nice gated communities in the area. DO NOT sign a lease here now though. Ever since MEB Management took over, this place is a complete joke. The management cares about absolutely nothing. She is signing leases to people that allow FELONS to live on site (CRIME FREE COMMUNITY??????). The police are in the complex nightly, for numerous reasons. There are tweakers that allow people not on their lease to live with them and then fights break out at all hours of the day and night. Homeless people sleep on the balconies of those that face the abandoned golf course. The kids around the complex destroy the property and instead of issuing notices to tenants about their kids, it gets swept under the rug. They arent replacing the carpet in previously rented units but instead just having them shampooed by some shotty no name company. TONS of sketchy people coming and going through the complex at night. I had bikes stolen off my SECOND STORY balcony. “Security” is a complete joke as well. They are never on site when needed and when you call them, it takes up to 2 hrs sometimes before they can get someone there to address concerns. The new management hasn’t fixed the gates that do provide what little protection the tenants do have with them. The units are poorly built so if you have rude or inconsiderate neighbors that blast their music at night, don’t expect to get any sleep or reprieve from management. I have someone that lives below me, blasting music in their bedroom but because we are an end unit and their room is in the back corner, it doesn’t bother anyone but me…so I was told by management that I am RACIST and taking things PERSONAL! Completely poor management and she wonders why other property management companies fired her, she runs everything she gets her hands on into the ground! The only saving grace this lady has is her maintenance staff. They are both so nice and do a great job trying to keep the place clean. I never had maintenance issues that I needed them to handle because most of the time we just fixed it ourselves. Our unit didn’t have bug issues but we have several friends around the poor area that complain of cock roaches. MEB is running this property into the ground just like everything else in the area.
