I had a great experience living at Circa. Aaron, the Assistant Property Manager, is truly wonderful and goes above and beyond to make each tenant feel at home. In addition, the maintenance staff were prompt, helpful, and easy to work with.

Theres a reason why youre seeing the name Aaron Williams in nearly every review for Circa -- Ive never expected, much less experienced, such excellent customer service from a leasing agent, but Aaron makes it look easy. From my first visit to move-in, Aaron made things as seamless as possible. Ive been at the pool with other tenants and when Aaron walks by, he gets a heros welcome each time. Aaron gets 6/5 stars.Im in a 1B/1B facing 1st St. which means no direct sun after noon. Nice. Something to consider if your unit may face Central instead. The A/C can run loud, but its white noise at this point. If you get any unit with the 2/3 height wall on the bedroom, youll want blackout curtains. Sound-proofing between units is impressive.The grounds are nice. The pool is small but rarely has more than a few people lounging. The bike loft is a great feature. Common areas are kept clean. The stairwells and doors that lead to street level can get a little gnarly.Neighbors are considerate. Maintenance is responsive, punctual, and effective -- shoutout to Ken, always ready to help when needed.I look out over 1st St and really like the view of Camelback Mountain, downtown, a sliver of the roof on Chase Field, etc : ) 1st St. can get loud on occasion.Check out Circa if youre looking in downtown/midtown! Its great! Ask for Aaron!

I have moved a lot in recent years, and never have I had such a great experience as I did with Aaron and the Circa team. Moving is stressful, and not only did Aaron work with me to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, but I have never met any leasing officer who knows the names of ALL the residents and their pets. He is great, and goes out of his way to make this place feel homey. The apartments themselves are lovely, too, and the dog treats/Keurig stand in the lobby is a nice touch. Its been a good experience so far, in no small part due to Aaron.

I have loved living here! Aaron, the leasing agent, has been SUPER helpful, answered any and all questions, and is so sweet. Have not had any problems so far with safety, maintenance, or anything else. As for the apartment itself, it is absolutely stunning and in good shape. The views from each unit are beautiful. Of course, it isnt the cheapest, but nowhere near downtown will be, and this was one of the best options for its value. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

This is truly a beautiful and wonderful complex. The move-in process was very easy and went smoothly. Aaron, the manager who helped me, was the most awesome person I have ever met. He was so kind and helpful during the whole process and made everything so easy. It’s a beautiful complex with gorgeous views and the residents are nice and respectful as well. Close to food, drinks, and downtown. I would give Circa Central 11/10, best complex ever!!

First, my move in experience was smooth. Aaron is one of the nicest people Ive met with wonderful attitude and he ensured that the process and apartment selection went as smoothly as possible coming from out of state. He sent me pictures and was honest about any positives/negatives of each apartment. He went above and beyond, for examole bringing the trolly to my apartment for me to help me move my furniture. Very responsive to his tenants.If you have any issue with the apartment; maintenance is very quick and responsive.The place itself is clean and the area is safe. The residents are friendly. Seems like a very dog friendly place (many dog owners).Overall its five stars from me and would highly recommend it.

When my wife received a job offer in Phoenix, we scrambled to find a place to live near her place of business. Both an online search and a friends recommendation led us to Circa Central Avenue. The location, the apartment layout, the rent, and the amenities seemed to fill the bill. We reached out to Circa and were contacted by Aaron, a leasing agent, to begin the process. Aaron made the whole thing simple and easy. He answered our questions promptly, kept us updated on a regular basis, and even took time to take photos of the view from our new apartment. He was the consummate professional: friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We rented our new home completely online. When we arrived we were delighted to find that Circa Central Avenue exceeded our expectations. Finding this apartment and moving in was the easiest part of our move, and Aaron had everything to do with it.

When I walked into Circa Central apartments I was greeted with a warm welcome from Aaron, the leasing agent. He gave me a tour of the beautiful apartment complex, with its brand new rooms, beautiful lounges, a full gym, a pool, and bikes to take out. It’s located in the arts district of downtown near trendy cafes and various restaurants within walking distance. I’m excited that The Phoenix Art Museum is across the street. Moving is stressful especially from out of state, but Aaron was kind and helpful and he made me feel that I was in good hands. I’ve found my home and I’m grateful to be here.

Getting transferred from San Diego, CA to work in Phoenix, I was looking for a place that would offer me an easy commute, but most importantly, I could call “Home”. Fortunately, I found Circa Central and I decided to tour the complex; I was greeted by Aaron, who was attentive to all my questions or concerns, since this was my first time getting a place to live on my own, I was a little bit nervous. He showed me the entirety of the building and I fell in love with was going to be my unit. I can’t express how happy and grateful I was with him during the application process up to Move-In Date, he made everything so easy and simple for me. This place is exceeding my expectations....

Circa is our new home and it’s an amazing place to live for so many reasons.Firstly, the people. Every resident that I’ve met is kind and respectful. It’s been difficult to get to know others during quarantine and social distancing, however, each chance I got to say hi or chat briefly, people have been receptive and welcoming.Next, the staff. Aaron, Kami, Andrea, Ken and Gina have been awesome. They’ve helped us get settled in and find solutions to any minor issue. For example, Ken and Gina are the maintenance team, and they are prompt and helpful. They fixed the patio door lock and the loose towel rack quickly. They also put on booties so that they didn’t get our floor dirty while they worked. Aaron goes above and beyond to help us. He printed some documents that my partner needed and he and brought them to our door. I told Kami about one of the fire pits malfunctioning and she stayed beyond her shift to fix the problem.Also, our apartment itself. We have a beautiful, modern, and spacious apartment. All the appliances are new and we love our space. Additionally, the outdoor spaces are amazing. We chill by the fire pit and eat outside on the patio almost everyday.Lastly, the security is solid. At night there are guards who walk the building making sure we are safe. In order to get inside, you need a key fob, and this also makes us feel safer.I could go on about other things that make living at Circa great like: the convenient location downtown, the heated pool, the game lounge, and the complimentary parking spot in the garage, cold nitro brew coffee! But I’m going to end my review and continue enjoying my new community!

We just rented an apartment here at Circa Central. I can’t express enough how pleasant it was working with Aaron. He is an extremely kind and caring person that takes his job there seriously. He treats people with an immense amount of kindness which is rare to find. The process of getting apartment there was a breeze. Aaron is seriously the most pleasant person I have had the pleasure to meet and he made the usually difficult process to get a new apartment a pleasure. Thank you Aaron!

Nice, safe and centrally located building with wonderful views and the finishing touches of home. Wide hallways, stylish seating areas in and outdoors, molding around the entry way light and dimmers, garden boxes, secure garage; these are just some amenities the building has that others in the area dont. Aaron, Andrea, Kami and Ken on the Circa Team have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. And Aaron, in particular, has been a joy to work with and gone above and beyond to make things great. Neighborly encounters are kind and polite, and the building is quiet. Circa on Central is a downtown gem - were thrilled being here!

I made a transition from the suburbs to the city, and wanted to experience living in Phoenix downtown/midtown area. Unfortunately, I decided this during COVID times and finding a place that felt safe, and aesthetics aligned with my own proved to be difficult. I searched as much as I could with having to make appointments to see a property and oftentimes not experiencing great service. That changed when I meet Aaron, the leasing agent at Circa Central. He made my choice not only apparent, but made the transition even easier by always being attentive and being on top of everything. He was kind and very informative. In part of me loving the location, floor plan and the finishes, it was also due to Aaron that I made this transition. You will be in great hands!

Moving in to Circa Central amidst the pandemic has been a breeze thanks to Aaron W! Ever since I expressed interest after my self tour, thanks to their proactive COVID protocols, Aaron has been extremely communicative and helpful through the moving process! He made me feel prioritized and answered all my questions, big and small, with the upmost respect. He even took time outside of his working hours to answer a question I had. Honestly, first in class (and he deserves a raise)! The amenity is following social distancing and safety procedures which would make anyone comfortable. I’m loving the location and amenities and I’m looking forward to explore downtime Phoenix.

I have lived here a little over 2 months. Personally, it’s the right location (walking/biking to the Roosevelt district & downtown) & the apartment itself is part of what sold me. I do have neighbors on all sides of me. The price was a little bit over my comfort level, but so were all the other good places around here. So what was different? This place was clean*, the leasing team was professional but clearly caring & the apartment itself was updated to my liking.*They do a pretty good job at keeping the common areas clean! But also remember, you’re living among a hundred other people who might not pick up/clean up like you, so that’s a thing.The other drawing factor for me was the opportunity to feel part of a community. The management team has gone above and beyond to make my first 2.5 months favorable. Clay gave me ideas to make the most out of my space, Andrea has had all the answers! :) & Aaron genuinely cares about all of his tenants. Aaron has made me feel at home, included & cared for at Circa. He follows up, asks questions & genuinely cares about my life! Plus he’s a total blast of a personality! 💁🏼‍♀️I’ve lived in probably 10 (or more) different apartment complexes over the years and each one has its drawbacks. When you’re living in a big building with lots of other people, there are just certain things no one can fix. You’re probably going to hear noise occasionally, you might have to wait to get something fixed, and your neighbors... you have no choice in the matter. You’ve chosen an apartment.I’ll look to make an update at some point in the future, good, bad or neutral. And as for the 4 stars... it’s just too soon to give 5.

Aaron has been a great help, and extremely hospitable. I dont know how he does it but he knows every tenants name and will recognize you even if youve got a mask on. He has been excellent at making me feel at home here. I honestly couldnt ask for a better leasing manager.Edit after 6 months: Still a 5 star place. I face East and its always very quiet. This is a really good location, its within walking distance of so many good places to grab a drink and some food. Or you can go to Margret Hance park for a nice walk or to just hang out. Plus, this place is only a 15 minute drive from the Phoenix Mountains. Not to mention, the staff does a phenomenal job of keeping the place clean and safe. If youre looking to stay in downtown Phoenix, this is the place to be.

Our last lease was ending in July and we decided to head downtown for all the hype! Our last apartment was a townhome and was hoping to find something similar downtown.Do remember that we moved during a pandemic and at that point, moving into a larger complex was the last thing we wanted. But after viewing Circa and meeting with our leasing agent Aaron all that went away.My spouse had originally went on a tour alone and absolutely raved about how clean and nice Aaron (leasing consultant) was. She loved it so much we called that day to make another tour together.I had a great experience with Aaron as well. He is very enthusiastic, informative and just all around a great person. He helped us find the right apartment that fitted our needs and really made this process easy!

Would have given 5 stars if they could play classical music or something more calm with no lyrics in the biz centre instead of rave/party music which can be really distracting when studying.

I have enjoyed living in Circa Central Avenue. The building is very well maintained have taken extra precautions during the Coviod crisis that have really set the building apart. I rented here because after researching all of my options downtown, Circa was the best value and the staff in the leasing office were attentive and thorough. There has been a few changes in the office staff, but Clay, the property manager, takes great pride in keeping the building beautiful and the tenants happy--a year later Im still receiving the same high quality service as I did when I was a potential tenant. Any maintenance or repairs requests Ive had have been completed in a timely professional manner--including a minor problem with my window shade to a replacement of my toilet.I would highly recommend Circa. The location coupled with the sharp modern design, coffee bar in the morning, patio and pool space and amazing staff has made this the best experience for downtown living.

I have been living here since August and it has been nothing short of great! My unit is equipped with great appliances and modern design. Circa has awesome amenities. The lobby has a full coffee bar with both a keurig and cold brew on tap. The sports lounge is awesome this time of year, with basketball and baseball just ended, football still going on, etc. The fitness center has a decent amount of equipment. The pool, patio, and grill areas are relaxing, clean, and active. The management has been great with their response to COVID, encouraging people to be clean and wear masks. And finally, the management is responsive, kind, and polite (shout out to Aaron)!I really recommend Circa for those looking for a modern and clean apartment situated in downtown Phoenix. The location is fantastic and located near CVS, Safeway, and a ton of restaurants and several bars.

After months of searching downtown apartments I came across Circa aka my new home! Its a brand new establishment that is located in a perfect spot. Love the layout that I chose, the amenities are great and best of all the staff are amazing! Super friendly and are involved with the getting together with resident events which makes it feel more like a community and also helps to get to know your neighbors if youre new to the area. Havent regretted my choice one bit! Keep up the good work Circa!

I took two tours of Circa - one pre-COVID, one during COVID - and both times had a pretty wonderful experience. I believed I met with Clay the first time (at least, thats whos card I came away with!) and just recently worked with Aaron. Clay met and exceeded all expectations and showed me a few different units, but Aaron (especially given current circumstances) really went above and beyond in ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding life at Circa, the whole time being positive and providing quick answers to any questions I had regarding the unit he walked me through via phone. Based on the level of service alone Id recommend (and have!) this complex to friends, and the beautiful grounds and apartment units say just as much. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

My wife and I are glad we chose Circa. The amenities are top notch. This location makes the work and school commute to downtown very convenient. It is also in close proximity to grocers, entertainment, and restaurants. Life is nice here.

Honestly, this place is really awesome. Ive lived here for almost a year and I am about to resign. Ive never really had any major issues. Any issues Ive ever had, the management or maintenance team took care of it quickly. The property has a security team that rounds every couple of hours after the office closes and they respond quickly too. The place is actually really pretty and the residents are always nice. Pre-covid, the management team would host events for the guests and they would even provide us with complementary breakfast or lunch. This place is great for young professionals looking to live in the nice part of the city. So many things to do, and if youre a foody, youll really enjoy all the great restaurants around here.

Its hypocritical for Circa Central to ban residents guests from using amenities when Circa Central is renting out at least one unit of the apartment complex on Airbnb.Not to mention, an individual/individuals renting this unit could be travelling in from anywhere, and this inherently puts residents at potential COVID-19 risk.-Circa Central residents received an email on 5/14/2020 restricting us from bringing guests to amenities, which includes the pool (see attached email screenshot).-Circa Central rents out at least one unit to Airbnb (see attached screenshot of the Airbnb unit listed: The timestamp shows this image was taken on the day of this review, 7/19/2020).

It’s been 2 months since I have not received my deposit back for a unit I never moved into. I have called multiple time and each time a person has told me a different date the check was cut. I called days before memorial weekend and was informed by the manager that there was going to be a check reissued and sent to my new address. It has now been 13 days since that call and I still don’t have my deposit back. I’m so tired of following up.

OMG never have I ever had such a great experience touring an apartment community the apartments are brand new and gorgeous I saw 3 places on tour and the views are amazing the windows bring in great natural lighting. The staff were so nice and very informative on the city and there are lots of things to do in the area for all demographics very great place to be. I have definitely applied.

Not a great experience. So many people are here from Airbnb, theres no cameras or security. Homeless people everywhere, the building was just bought by another company and they restaffed and they suck. I highly do not recommend this place and I will not be extending my lease.

I have lived at this property for about 5 months now. It is always clean and quiet. Clay and Tina are also very easy to work with.

Where do I start. I had to relocate for work and these guys made me feel like a celebrity. From the application process to selecting a unit, amenities, these guys took care of any and every question/issue I had. They even measured the size of the bedroom in the unit I got so I would be able to know what size bed to order. The building is brand new, amazing views, appliances, friendly staff, clean and just all round amazing. I cant say enough about leasing consultant Tina Henderson, she guided me through the whole process and is just amazing. Made my cross country move feel as seamless and possible and when I arrived consultants Aztryd Logu and Marc were just the right faces to meet after such a long flight. I cant say enough about this place and the folks that work here. If you are looking to move to the downtown area, look no further. You will not regret it, from the location to the serenity of the environment, Circa Central Avenue is the place to call home..

Went to inquire about pricing for an apartment. Literally didnt make it in the building without a gentleman that works there by the name of Aaron approach my vehicle and ask why I was parking in the future residents parking lot. He threatened that they were towing vehicles after I told him I did not schedule a tour. Not professional and a way to approach a potential sale in a parking garage before walking in the building.

We are among a group of the regretful tenants who are living here and thinking of breaking the lease.This community is only secure for uncleaned air only-- they do not have vent system in the enclosed hallway and the smoking smell reeks all the time.Its not secured on anything else since many units are used for Airbnb secretly and many strangers from Airbnb come in and out of the building freely. No security cameras are in use.Trash is not been taken care of on the stairway and there is cigarettes ashes.Personnel mobility is another big issue for the management team-- we see new faces come and go every several weeks.All in all, this is a luxury looking and priced building without any professional service.

Clay is the best. Gave me the best tour, I have been to other places and it just was not as personal.
