Great service from the office staff to the repairman.My A/C went out late Friday night. I gave them a call first thing Saturday morning not expecting anyone to get to my house until Monday at the earliest.They said that they would try to get someone out on Saturday, but couldnt make any promises since everyone was already booked for the day. The speed and efficiency of their repair crew was great.They were able to squeeze me in on the same day and fixed my A/C! No problems with the A/C since then. I definitely plan on using them again in the future!

We cannot express our gratitude for the professional, skilled, friendly and honest service we received from Knight Air Conditioning. Chuck Knight, the owner, saved us from replacing our entire system, which would have cost over $25,000. He replaced a failed starter capacitor in one of our two units and charged us $308. He also told us our TRANE units would last us several more years. Days before, another company told us our compressor had failed and we would need a new one for $3500. But because our units were 12 years old, they would advise just to replace the entire unit, and since the second unit was also the same age, we discussed replacing them both. We decided we needed a second opinion. Mr. Knight came out two days after we call, and very quickly located the failed part. Our AC to half the house was immediately restored. (We had been without AC in half the house for over a week at that point). AND the outstanding service by Knight Air Conditioning started with Mr. Knights daughter, Carisa, taking our call - clearly understanding our request to get a second opinion and sending her dad out to us quickly.We cannot thank these folks enough. They are understanding, friendly and honest, AND know what they are doing. Thank you Knight Air Conditioning - you are the best!

In addition, he went above and beyond to seal any air leaks that were found which could reduce the efficiency of my unit. From Georgia in the office to Craig the tech, Knight A/C treats the customer as their highest priority! Left a message on the Memorial Day weekend and received a call back early Tuesday morning! And although their day was booked solid, they sent Craig their tech out that day as requested. Prompt, professional and courteous! Dont waste your time calling any other A/C repair company.

I had not had anyone out to do a annual service on my AC because the other companies I used always claimed I needed a new part. After the last visit I just said no to replacing the part and low and behold it never was a problem. Mauricio showed up ten minutes early. He went up and did the seasonal maintenance on the unit. When he was done no surprises. I will be using Knight Air Conditioning in the future.

Had AC replaced. Good news, AC works, bad news, only living room/kitchen cools because airflow. Also had to endure 2 days of expected construction like noises and 2 dudes in and out, which is ok because its an install, I get it. What was not expected was the leaving of trash (soda cup, sandwich wrappers, energy drink can) and AC mess overnight in the house, all over porch. And then, pulling of wires because 1 of the guys is learning. Which is a likely contributor to a 1 day job turning into 2 full days and night. Not only that, here I am a full 7 days later still with a huge whole in the cilieng because they dont have availability to come repair the dry wall the AC replacement caused. Fact is businesses prioritize work. From my experience, finishing a job from beginning to end in an efficient and reasonably timed manner is not priority with this business. Hopefully this coming Saturday they finish the job (which will be a full 10 days from when they started).

Its been about 5-month since I got a new AC unit from Chuck. He and his team were very helpful. After comparing a few different companies Chuck still had the most to offer. Jesse did our install and was on time and very professional. Very happy our house finally feels cold for the first summer in 5 years.

I love Knight Air Conditioning!! Jesse did a great job on an immensely complicated install job. I would not have trusted anyone else to even attempt it. He solved many problems, worked hard all day, was patient, courteous, answered all my questions very well, gave great suggestions and was just super helpful. I am impressed with the quality of his work as well. He knows what he is doing.Carisa is always so helpful and kind when I call the office. She even reached back to me a month after an install to see if we could try again for an APS rebate due to new requirements, and it worked!Chuck always comes over quickly when I call and is thorough and honest in his assessments of my air conditioning needs. You can tell hes not out to get more money -- he just wants to do whats best for the customer. I feel that attitude with every person I contact at Knight Air Conditioning. I am so glad I found them!!

Last summer I received a call from my tenant that the AC had stopped working. I knew I needed to get someone out right away, as the temperatures were well over 100 degrees. My friend highly recommended Knight Air Conditioning, a small family run business that she had been using for years. Georgia and Carisa were fantastic in arranging for a technician to come out quickly. The AC unit was getting up in age so I fully expected a big ticket repair (like a compressor) and just hoping I wouldnt have to replace the whole thing. The technician was prompt and I was overjoyed to learn that there was only some bad wiring that needed to be repaired and a couple small parts replaced. Everything done for under $300.This year, as the temperatures climbed into the 90s, we switched on the AC at my mother-in-laws home only to get hot air blowing. I called Knight Air Conditioning again. They were fully booked out for a couple days, but when I explained that it was my 90 yr old mother-in-laws home, they assured me that they would fit it in. They jiggled around their schedule and got someone out later that morning. Again, I anticipated the worst (this unit being even older). Again, the technician was right on time. He got to work and found a bad wire, fixed it up and was out the door for about $135.I am completely impressed with the service provided by Knight Air Conditioning- both in the office and in the field. They will now be my HVAC provider of choice for all my properties!

I loved working with Chuck Knight. He was responsive and helpful. However, watch out for Carisa in the office. I had several mistakes with her over the past 6 months that cost me over $1,000. Needless to say I do not recommend this company and I will certainly not be using them again.

Chuck Knight and the Knight Air Conditioning team have been providing excellent/trusted service on my Air Conditioning (Heat Pump) units for over eleven years.After two other major valley AC repair contractors told me that I needed to replace my downstairs unit, I contacted Chuck based on a referral from “Rosie on the House” certified contractors for another opinion. Chuck checked out the unit and advised: 1. Sure we could replace the unit and he would be glad to do so; OR 2. another option would be to replace a capacitor and add a starter assistant device and see how things go. It has been over 11 years that Chuck and team have been servicing the unit until it started leaking the R-22 refrigerant. Based on a discussion with Chuck and the options provided I decided it was time to replace the unit. I gave Chuck the go ahead to replace the unit and would not even consider another contractor based on the service and trust Chuck and team have consistently provided.The Knight Air Conditioning team did a very professional installation, they were a pleasure to work with and provided great explanations for all of my questions. So a big thank you to Chuck, Carisa, Maurice, Jesse and Librado.

Great experience dealing with Librado V. My family and I were referreed to Kinight Air Conditioning by our realtor. Upon contacting them we were able to get an appointment ASAP. Very professional and punctual. Actually showed up earlier than the window of arrival that I was quoted. I even was given some extra advice that will go a long way in making sure my AC unit works efficiently and will have somee longevity. Overall, very pleased with quick response and the professional work done. Would highly recommend.

Update: Chuck came a little after the time slot he gave me. He was very cordial and kind and personable. I am upping the company’s ratings from a one to a three just based on that one interaction. I am still disappointed that the company wasted my time initially, but he was very professional when he actually came.My landlord chose this company for routine maintenance on the A/C unit at the house were renting. The first tech that came was timely and professional, but informed me that the unit was old and cracked. A day after this my landlord said the owner of the company was going to come and look at the unit. I got a last minute message on a Saturday evening saying that he would be by shortly. I rushed home from work but he never came. This was before a holiday weekend. I didnt hear back until the following Tuesday that apparently some sort of communication issue happened. ??? The company scheduled a follow up the following Tuesday. I waited the entire 4 hour time slot and (of course) no one came. I didnt hear from my landlord until late (while I was in class at night) that someone was running late and would show up eventually. Unsurprisingly, no one came. I just heard back from my landlord that someone (lol) will be coming NEXT Tuesday.... we shall see.... If the company was as quick with their communication to their customers as they are with replying to their bad Google reviews maybe they wouldnt be getting a bad review?

Got duct cleaning and AC tuneup on our house AC. Office person was friendly, the technicians did a great job. Would use them again!

We purchased a new unit from Knight in December 2018. Unfortunately, we just keep having problems despite multiple visits from this company and all the great reviews this company gets. We paid more than $10,000 for a new air conditioner and now we sit with no a/c on Labor Day Weekend.

Fair price and quick service

From first talking to Jordan to set a convenient appointment to having Maurice show up on time, the scheduling and execution of the schedule was perfect.When Maurice arrived, he listened closely to the mild concerns I had about one if the units which will rattle a bit when it starts up. I had another company contracted up until 6 months ago to come and inspect the 3+ year old Trane units on my roof. Maurice found that one of the panels was missing 3 screws. It may have been the noise culprit, and likely from the previous company that last inspected the units, but in any case, he went ahead and replaced the screws. He gave me a full verbal report and within minutes of his departure, I had emails with reports of the A/C’s health. To be sure I will be calling Knight A/C in the future!
