Im reading the other reviews and Im very confused because I had the worst experience with these guys, maybe it was just the pair who came to my house. They literally did NOTHING. He said he took a video of my vent but had no stool to even get up into my vent and was only gone for seconds before coming out and showing it to me saying I needed to pay 600 dollars to get it deep cleaned and sanitized. I paid for ducts and vents to be cleaned and the ONLY thing they did was hook a machine that did absolutely nothing and leave for 30 minutes. He kept pretending to call the office and try and get the price down.. he was such a liar, it was pretty sad trying to watch him get one over on me. I wish I could remember his name! But he definitely should give up on being a salesman because it was awful. Super aggressive. I literally cant believe I paid for a service and they didnt even have the decency to DO THE SERVICE before trying to get me to pay 600 more dollars to do absolutely nothing. This company is a SCAM, I highly recommend you going somewhere else.

Omar, Jordan, Tyler, and Cole did a AMAZING job. I have a 5 unit home and they took the time to take me through the process step by step. I was a little skeptical finding the right company to work with but after they showed me a video inspection of how bad my system looked and showed me before and after photos of previous jobs I knew I had a solid company.You really get what you pay for with this company. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Tyler & Chris of Forever Vent as they thoroughly cleaned my homes air duct cleaning. They communicated in a professional, well-trained manner, and super polite. They have indeed brought quality to the air flowing into my house by reducing the dust pollution flying through the Central Air ducting system. The house smelt CLEAN when they left. Thank you!

I feel like I was rushed with the cleaning and I feel like the Groupon was simply a way to scare me and up sell. They guys were great, I just feel like the company is a full scam. I was hoping they could help me identify issues with my ac and the condensation leak, however they didnt know Much about ac in general, and they forgot to turn it back on when they were done cleaning the vents, so my ac was stuck at 85 all night and day. They came back about an hour later and turned it back on.

Purchased a groupon to use this service, only to find out the groupons only work in the Chicago location. Tried calling the corporate office to get a list of locations which did offer the groupon and they just kept trying to set me up for a sales lead instead of answering my question - very unprofessional.

Used a Groupon, but even without it, decently priced.The techs that came were consummate professionals. They showed up within about the first 15 minutes of the window, were polite to the nth degree, and left with a noticeable difference as soon as the a/c was turned back on.Will use again
