Our 25+ year old unit died during monsoon season and they were quick to come out, provide a quote, give their expert opinion AND provide us with a brand new unit in under a week during their peak season.Of course, the salesman was nice (duh, you wont sell many units if youre mean). But, the true test of the company is their installation/repair crew. Each technician I have met has been extremely knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions), friendly, and seems to genuinely care about what theyre doing.I highly recommend and will continue working with Benefit for my AC needs!

My parents were using home warranty to insure their air conditioning units. A few weeks ago, they went on vacation and both of their air conditioners went down. Home warranty left my elderly parents without air conditioning for three days before telling them they could not get the evaporator coil for one and it needed replacement. The other machine also had a crack in the evaporator coil and had a bad motor. Home warranty did not authorize the technicians that came out to fix these problems. My parents were at their wits end as it was 115 outside that whole week.Upon calling Benefit AC, Chuck came out, assessed the situation, sized the machine requirements, and was able to give them a very reasonable price for replacing both units with a warranty for parts and labor. The units were installed quickly and efficiently two days later. Chuck and Kyle worked in the blistering heat all day to ensure we had cooling over the weekend to come.Another week would pass and the monsoons came. Our roof began to leak. Even though we knew it was most likely not related to the new units, Benefit AC sent Chuck out to assess the situation again. Their roof needs work and the leak was unrelated to the new machines. Chuck took the time to clear the roof of debris and cleared the gutters that were clogged with debris as well. My family cannot begin to tell you how thrilled we are with Benefit AC service department for their care and professionalism. Thank you!

I have 6 AC units for this big house. Kole was here for several hours chemically cleaning all the coils as well as checking all parts, adding refrigerant where needed etc. He worked efficiently and left everything the way he found it. He explained exactly what he did and discussed taking a yearly contract to maintain the units in order to keep both heat and cold working efficiently. I agreed to take the yearly service for biannual tune ups and any problems any of the units experience. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received from Benefit Air from Anthony on the phone in the office to Kole and past service representatives.

The repairman came out on a Saturday and repaired the unit so we could cool off and we ordered a new unit. It was installed today by two of the nicest guys (our repairman was amazing as well) We couldn’t be happier and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Benefit scheduled an appt for us the same-day when our a/c stopped working, and Juan was great - he called 20 min before arrival, quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, was friendly, happily explained everything, and was extremely helpful!

Our 20+ year old American Standard (Trane) was still cooling the house but was overextended after 30+ days of continuous heat wave operation and developed a condensate leak. That condition was repaired by a well known local company for $300. The technician then presented reasons for replacement of our 5 ton split gas system, and later emailed us a quote with the choice of a single or two stage York system. The company not able to deduct the $300 repair from the quoted prices. Two weeks later, our system developed a loud howling noise. Having noticed their recent Best of Phoenix award, we called BenefitAir. The technician, Kyle, solved the problem by replacing the blower motor for $1052. Before leaving the home, he presented us with system replacement options which included a Trane variable stage system at a competitive price, coupled with a 60 month 0% interest bank financing option and extended warranty. His offer to deduct the $1052 repair bill from the price of the system closed the deal. The new system was expertly installed by Scott and Nicolai a week later. Every customer service detail was handled perfectly by Anthony, all the paperwork was professionally prepared and there were no loose ends. Thanks to its build quality, variable stage operation and digital controls, the system cools the house completely and runs almost silently. We are glad we chose Benefit Air for this investment.

We have used these guys for years. They were the ones we called when the companies our home warranty used caused serious damage. They are reasonably priced and have truly competent guys that have provided great service.Update. I had these guys out again for my seasonal tune-up. I forgot to schedule around my toddlers nap time and our air handler intake vent is in my kids room. I let them know when they called before they came and they were PERFECT! They didnt ring the door bell, but instead knocked quietly. They didnt make peep the whole time they were here and my son slept soundly. After having worked with companies that heavily advertise here in the valley, I finally went with the manufacturers recommendation and called Benefit Air. These guys know the product (Trane) and theyre small enough so that you even recognise the technicians after awhile, who also at least ACT like they remember you too. I have never been steered in a wrong direction by this company, sold stuff I didnt need or had to pay for fixes that didnt work. As long as I own a Trane, Benefit Air will do the maintenance.

Love Benefit Air! Cole came out yesterday morning to inspect and do scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. He called 25 minutes prior to showing to give me a heads up. He performed the service and asked more than once if the system was working well and if I needed him to check anything else (thermostat). I also want to give a big thank you to the tech that repaired my unit on Christmas Eve last year. It was acting “funny” for a couple of weeks and he was able to acquire a special replacement part and get it working properly before Christmas. I whole heartedly recommend Benefit Air!

We were originally set up with another company but when we went for a second opinion Chuck came over did the assessment and he was able to break everything down to us to where we could understand it. He informed us that they would be here at 7:30 the next morning and they were. Our techs were Chuck and Jeremy, absolutely polite, clean and professional they jumped right in to get the job done. The Crane was to be here 10 oclock it was actually a little bit early so everything went really fast but they took their time. They practiced safety with everything. The tech called 30min stating he was on his way. After his arrival, he engaged me conversation to better learn what issues I had been experiencing. Then he went to work diagnosing my two units on the side of the house. He was very competent and explained what he was checking and gave me a brief explanation of the inter-working of my system. After that, he moved inside with a plethora of sensors and probes to test temp and flow through my house. He made a few suggestions on my filters and how to manage replacement schedules on a regular basis.I felt I was in very good hands with Benefit AC. I will have them out once a year going forward for my annual maintenance or any heating/cooling issues I experience in the meantime. Don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Ive used Benefit air for many years and habe always been more than satisfied with their service. Recently my A.C. unit started to do a less than adequate job of cooling down my house. It was 106 outside and the best my unit could do was cool the inside down to 88. I called Benefit Air and made an appointment for them to come out. They stated up front that the service call would be $84 minimum. After finding that my unit was low on refrigerant the technician told me there was a leak in the system. The good news was the leak was in a weld where they had replaced the compressor nearly two years ago. The even better news was the labor was still under the two year labor warranty by 10 days. Yes, 10 days! The technician was on the roof for nearly 4 hours fixing the leak. Near the end it was over 104 degrees with no shade on the roof. When he finished, I asked him what I owed him and he said, Nothing. He could have easily said the leak was some where other than the compressor and I would have had to believe him. Ive always had this type of honest service from Benefit Air and I have recommended them to others many times. I think their motto could be, Benefit Air, where you benefit from our honesty. This is my second installation of new equipment with Benefit, and they did a great job again. Benefit was $800 cheaper than the other company also. Their salesman, Paul, was great to work with, providing answered to my many questions.

We bought a new home and the builder undersized the air conditioning resulting in a home that was not comfortable in the Phoenix summers. We had done some research and wanted to replace the original system with a Trane system and started looking for authorized installers in our area. Benefit Air had great reviews and came personally recommended by someone I work with. They did a great job and we are looking forward to our first summer with the new system.
