I brought my car in for window tinting to my entire car. The place is very busy, and its up to a 2 week wait for an appointment. I dont know if its like that year round, but probably all of summer and the months surrounding it. You can go on Saturday for first come, first serve, but the sign in sheet starts at 6am. I was 4th and I got seen around 12:30. They opened at 8:30.The quality is excellent. The woman at the front desk and Romeo are very nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely take it back for a future car.This is the first car I tinted, so I didnt really know what percent I would like. I originally did 20% to the front side windows, 35% on front windshield, and 15% on the back window and back side windows. The back had factory tint on it already, so with the 15%, it gave a more 5% look. Once I got did the back windows, I realized I liked the privacy it gave better than the 20% on the front side windows. I ended up going back, and they added 20% on top the existing 20% to give it more of a darker look I was looking for.With 20%, you can still see through it from the outside. Not so much on cloudy raining days, but days with sunlight, you can definitely see through it. Also because I have 35% for the front windshield, the front of the car lets in more light, so that affects the front side windows. I got it done the first time on a cloudy day, so it surprised me when I saw the car on a sunny day and saw the difference. Thats why I went back and got the front side windows darker. Im not sure how see through it would have been if the front windshield was darker than 35%. I assume the 20% on the front side windows would have been less see through because the front windshield let in less light.They dont recommend darker than 35% on the front windshield because it gets hard to see at night. I took their recommendation. They suggested a visor tint on the top, and it helps. I dont mind the darker look in the back because I have a backup camera and its very clear.I am adding a pic of my of my car the way I bought it at the dealership, and a pic of it with the front side windows as 20%, the back as 15% on top of the factory tint. I did not take a pic of my car now, but basically now my front side windows look like the back side windows because I went back and they added 20% on top of the existing 20% to give it a more darker look. You can see in the second pic, with the 20% on the front side windows, you can through it. Someone standing outside would be able to see inside it pretty clearly on bright days.

5 cars of mine tinted with Romeos. Their quality and customer service is amazing! Suggest making an appointment as they are very busy. Sat are open but its first come first serve, only about 4 cars serviced and that fills up very quickly I tried it and there were 4 cars listed by 607am haha.

Excellent tint job.I had the windows of 2 of my cars tinted here.I called around to different shops in the area and this one offered the best price plus they offer different choices of tint (3 types of film: Prime CS, HP and XR).The Receptionist and Romeo were both very personable and polite. They are down to earth, helpful and easy to speak with. They have a little waiting room where you can sit and watch netflix.If your in the NE area and want an excellent tinting service; Romeos Tint on State rd is the place to go.

Just got my 3rd car tinted. These guys are professional and their work is terrific. One time I had the film peeling off my car after 3 months installing it. Thanks to their lifetime warranty, I was able to get it replaced for free. The girl at the front desk is really professional and welcoming. These guys care about small details, their tint is perfect, bubble free, and protects your car from the heat, they did an amazing job and Im definitely going back.

So they had good customer service. I was there for maybe an hour. Its been maybe 2 months since I got my tints. They are good. But, I tried to register my car for the lifetime warranty that they offer online and it didnt work. The tints so far are holding up very well. Just a few minor flaws with them. My driver side rear doors window has a cut or scratch on it that wasnt there before. And i see a little bit of bubbling on my rear windshield that isnt much of a big deal yet, but I feel could get worse after time. But luckily I have my receipt still. And if worst comes to worse I can hopefully get it fixed from them.

This guy has been tinting my cars along with friends for the past 12yrs never had an issue and the quality and service is good..

I would have given it 1 star because of the conversation today, but giving it 2 because they were nice before.I called in on Saturday to make an appointment for Tuesday. I was late and called them to make sure they would still get me in. The lady said “yes”. I came in and she offered me 3 kinds of film. I was quoted $180 but the other two were $240 and $400 - for the ceramic one.I called other places for quotes on the ceramic tint and another place had Llumar for $380 with lifetime transferable warranty. I asked the lady if they would match the price and Romeo said he wouldn’t. The lady started arguing that they have the best film versus the other place and that other place doesn’t have nationwide transferable warranty 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️I walked out and made an appointment at another place for next week. I really needed my windows tinted because it’s getting hot and I drive a lot, I would have possibly paid $400 was I told about it politely. It is quite frustrating and upsetting that this place would rather lose a customer over $20 and argue

Did a great job at a great price

Me and my husband took our car to have it tinted this past Saturday. The place was off the beaten path and we were a little concerned until we saw that several people were waiting, as Saturdays are 1st come 1st serve. We have very high end cars and have used car optics in the past. Since car optics were booked, we took a chance. It was the best chance we ever took. The owner is very professional and patient. We wanted the best tint available and he helped on the color. The work was the best we have ever gotten on our high end vehicles. By far the best! The waiting area is not good for waiting, so bring a friend or another car to get away while waiting. Well we didnt come there to sit in a plush environment, we came to get our plush car tinted. I would give 10 stars if could.

This is the spot. The employees care about you. I had to get my old tint from 8 years ago removed on my Nissan Maxima. If you were going to apply tint, it should be a one and done deal unless something serious happens. Romeo actually called to tell me the procedure he needed to take in order to ensure the new tint, and thats without needing to buy his 10y warranty tint/film.Pricing wise. I got 3 windows done on my car and all 5 on a separate car. For my car I would say maybe an additional $20-50. But its worth.?
