Love the tints! Your guy did almost a perfect jobs. This is my second time come back, since you first open. There a little bit mess up on the back windows. No one is perfect, but I can lived with it, over all is good. Price is very reasonable

Bottom of rear window was not even attached to the glass and installed incorrectly. The owner told me because the rear window was not installed correctly from BMW so the film has to be installed like that. What a joke! I got the car new from BMW Devon and its never in an accident. Besides that lots of bubbles are on very single film. I dont believe the owner cleaned the window before installed the films. From all the 1 star reviews on google, facebook, Yelp, you can see the personality of the shop! Plz do yourself a favor to stay away from this place.Updates I went to Car Optics Window Tinting. They removed the tint, put on a new films and problems solved! Now ride looks good again! I highly recommend Car Optics Window Tinting!

Im a returning customer who had to call 3 times for 3 days (voicemail was full) only to be told I need to put down a deposit to make an appt. No thanks! That policy lost you a customer.

Unfortunately, I thought I was getting a good deal paying $150 for windows tinting but it was a big mistake. A week after I got it installed, I went back to see if they could fix the bad installation (sent them pics of lots of bubbles and marks throughout) The young lady, who I guess did the work, said they could not do any better than that, because they are humans and mistakes will happen. Since I had other places doing great quality work before on other cars, (and they are also humans) I asked them to remove it since they couldnt fix it (or didnt want to) and I would take it somewhere else. They did refund my money, however, they also did a bad job removing it and I ended up having to pay extra to the other place to clean the windows before they could install the new tint. To make it worse, they also got the inside the car, (behind the rear seat and around the speakers) all dirty and stained with the product they used to remove the film and I also had to pay someone to clean it professionally and it still has marks on it. Long story, you get what you pay for. At least, the other place did a great job and Im happy with it. If I could give this company some advise it would be to learn from these reviews over here and dont take it personal and all defensive about it. By the way, those girls do need some customer service training. they are far from been nice or sweet.

Really fine job on the tinting for my Camry. Comfortable waiting area and Soraya is really nice and welcoming. Reasonable prices for the tint and includes a 5 year warranty. Most definitely recommend!

As usual, J&J pulled off another perfect tint job for me. Appointments readily available (since John and his staff hustle) and the waiting lounge is nice and quiet. J&J has done all of my cars since I’ve found them ( at least 6 ) and have never had to return for any issues.

One of the worst tinting place in Philadelphia Area. They cracked my car rear window during tinting, and they were not willing to accept this. Instead, they were suggesting me to claim through auto insurance . They argued with me for an hour .They took my car for a tinting, within 10 minutes one lady informed me about the damage to window . I did not know it was because of them or was it like that before as well . I called my car Honda dealer on the spot, he told me to provide a video of damage so he can claim it through car warranty. He mentioned to give the video before putting a tinting.I wanted a video of rear window damage before putting a tinting so I can take it to responsible people(either this guys or used car dealer). No body was available to chat in waiting area for 10-15 minutes .Tried to knock the right side door 5-8 times, shouted many times as well from the waiting area . No one came out . I tried to go to backside where this guys were doing the tinting work, hope to get some help. I was trying to give them my phone so they can capture the video of damage .Instead the lady started blaming me that you can not come to our work area and we can not capture the video of your vehicle. I explained her that I wanted to video of damage of my vehicle so I can show it to appropriate people. She was not ready to listen, and started abusing me in a bad language . She told me that I have many things to do, why should I take a video of your vehicle ? It is not my job . Commented on my physical appearance . U should apologize for your behavior lady .I am lucky that I have a recording of things she said about me . I can show it to owner if he is interested to listen .I will cover the damage using Honda care warranty, and would not like to come back ever at this place. If owner really cares about his business then he should see the video, how many times I knock the door before coming to garage . It is your responsibility to help customer when you are doing the work . You can not say we dont have a time, and we work on many things.If these guys are professional enough then they should know that if there is any damage to vehicle before you do the work, you should take the video and give it to customer, or show the actual damage part to customer before start working on tinting . It voids the warranty of vehicle if you put the tinting to damaging window .They never did this to me instead blaming me for wrong things .Personal advice, head to some other place if you need quality work. Stay far away from this place. You can see on any other 1 or 3 start reviews on this page, owner is trying to argue with the customers who have put the reviews about them. Owner wont accept their mistakes, Save yourself !!

I always held off on getting my windows tinted and i have no clue why. My younger brother went here to get his tint done and recommended it to me and Im more than happy I went with J and J. I’m from NYC moved here and can barely find “REASONABLE” pricing on tints for a lousy civic lol but J&J were EFFICIENT and fast very professional one of my windows had a minor mishap I sent the pictures to Soraya and no If’s, Ands, or But’s she set me up to come in and have it taken care of I highly recommend and she said it was going to take 30mins and it took 25 mins tops!😤🦾

Let me start off by saying the quality of work and customer service that John, the owner, has provided me during this 3rd and final time using their service was absolutely horrendous. My first two cars came out absolutely flawless, I used to recommend J and J to everyone who asked about my previous tinted cars, and always planned on returning whenever I purchased a new car. Well, it was now that time, I scheduled my appointment dropped it off and everything looked great when it was done, until I rolled the windows down almost a week later; immediately after I rolled them down, I noticed my 2 front windows were not lined up right - Neither to the glass, nor each other, so I have 2 very uneven front windows, a bubble on my rear quarter panel glass And on my rear window, there is dirt all under the Top edge of the tint. I called J and J as soon as I noticed these flaws and asked if I could come show them and talk about what can be done about it. When I show up, I’m instantly greeted with an irritated/angry personality “show me your complaints”, not a hello or a let’s check our what’s going on.... anyway after showing John my concerns, he says I’m complaining about minor flaws that any human can make and that my expectations were unrealistic and that he would only fix one front window, after going back and forth trying to explain why I was concerned with these multiple “minor flaws” that I’m going to see the uneven front windows every day and that both flaws in the back are going to spread, the only thing he wanted to offer was a refund and my money back, so I made an appointment to have it removed today, well when I show up we had another conversation which started with my asking if I needed to be concerned with any of the process of removing tint, he instantly took offense to this and got upset still implying that this job is perfect, well when I mentioned it was not nearly as good as the tint jobs I previously got done BY HIM(funny because he set my “unrealistic expectations” so high to begin with) he decided he didn’t want to refund me or remove the tint job that he butchered. You might get a flawless tint job you might get a butchered one, oh and if it is butchered don’t expect him to do much because of “human mistakes”, and in my opinion if you’re going to own a business doing Window Tint every job should come out flawless or be fixed if it isn’t.

Had about five cars tinted here. everyone from the guys in the back to the girls in the front are very nice & professional. they take pride in their work which makes the ride and wait worth it everytime.

Been following these guys on Instagram for a while. They always have nice cars in their shop and I knew I could trust them with my good ole Toyota. Made the appointment yesterday and windows tinted today. Tint looks great and it only took an hour!

Customer service is nonexistent!!! in this place along with horrible attitudes the girl behind the desk did not speak she just ask for my key and disappeared then I ask one simple question, how long will my brow be concerned it would extend too low on my cars windshield and the guy tinting it seemed to be upset his reply was I didnt know and couldnt even give me a point of reference. No problem Ill take my business somewhere else hopefully this was not a race thing.

Frustrating experience. After a family member recommended this business, my wife scheduled an appointment a week out for all windows + front windshield strip for my Sedan. $150 for windows, $50 for strip. This was my Fathers Day Gift.Upon arrival, I confirmed the appointment and then the preferred tint %. One woman behind the counter seemed eager to help, while a man who later took my keys seemed annoyed that I arrived in the first place. I confirmed what I wanted and was told they could do my front windshield strip if they had time. Shocked, I reiterated I did want it completed as thats why we scheduled the appointment.They offered to have me wait in their lounge area but I declined and ran some errands. After only an hour - they called to say the car was finished. I was impressed with how quickly the work was completed.I arrived and noticed the windshield strip was not tinted. The woman said there werent notes on file to do the strip! Then, they suggested I come back, but they couldnt do it right then because another car was late dropping their car off. I was shocked at such a business practice.I also did not appreciate them completely disconnecting the base of my infant daughters car seat. This was placed in the middle of the back seat. If they couldnt maneuver around the seat to properly tint the rear windshield, the least they could do is tell the customer it was disconnected.Overall, the tint is good, price is fair, but the customer service is poor.

Place is amazing they did a full paint correction and ceramic on my gtr I couldn’t be more happy with it ! Also tinted the windows on it and a few other vehicles of mine highly recommend them

Had my 2014 Maxima tinted if I remember correctly back in early 2015. This Guy did a amazing job! I had that car for almost 4 years and never ever had a problem with the tint. Not a bubble, scratch, or anything. Seatbelts hit the window plenty of times with no problem. I got another Maxima and decided to check out if they were still doing it. So I read the reviews out of curiosity and had to leave one to counteract the negative ones because I had a great experience. I’m hoping they can do an amazing job again in my new one!

I walked in to get some pricing on window tinting but the young ladies behind the desk are extremely rude and Im sure that type of attitude will hurt their business. Furthermore, after talking to 2 different people regarding their work quality, nobody recommends them. They may be buying google reviews online. Def. stay clear from them.

The employees were very knowledgeable & helpful. I had a 4pm appt on a Sunday, and was in and out in 1 hour! This was my 1st experience with tinted windows and I absolutely love it!

Would not recommend!! I had one window that after getting tint done my window kept making a squeaking noise when I put it up or down shortly after I noticed the tint was scratched directly in the middle of the window. I called J&J and they advised me to get the window looked at I did and nothing was wrong with operations of my window, I advised them at this point I just wanted to the window tint fixed based on the warranty they offered. I was told that although when I got my tint done I was given a paper advising there was a warranty, they would not honor that warranty and I had to pay to have that window redone. Would not recommend go somewhere who cares about their customers.

Took my car to Car Play detailing to get my windows tinted for $100, and they destroyed my car. All the windows had bubbles, and the windshield was peeling off. Some guy on IG referred me to J and J, and they fix it for me for a reasonable price. I couldnt be happier! Dont fall for the cheap tint, come here and get the real deal!!!

I came here today bc I thought their prices were reasonable. The ladies in the front was nice however it cost 150 to get 5 windows tinted. However my car was tinted from previous owners. So I was told that my back window will be an extra 100 dollars to get detinted and tinted again. Which is fine but I was told that I couldn’t get it done today bc they would need my car for an entire day. So I ask her if I come back will I just have to pay the extra 100 dollars and she states no you have to pay 175 Bc is 100 dollars to detint the windows and 75 to get tinted. So basically their trying to get an extra 75 dollars out of me for them not being able to complete the job today. Which I find ridiculous not only that but they didn’t inform me if I bring cash I wouldn’t have had to pay the 8 percent tax the only good thing about this is the 5 year warranty. But I wouldn’t recommend.Maybe you should reread what I wrote before you get on here and being sassy I never had a problem paying 100 dollars for a detint it’s the extra 75 and I didn’t choose anything or had any option you told me it was 175 if I came back so don’t get on here and lie!!!!! Why would I choose the expensive route? When it should only be 100 because your 150 price includes 5 windows. Any other shop I went to would charge me that bc I didn’t go there to get the work done. Does that make sense to you or do I need to come back up there to make it clear? The fact that you go back and forth with customers for honest reviews proves that y’all need to be put out of business. DO NOT COME HERE!
