When I travel into Philly I dont change my plans based on what company is valeting at the restaurant or event Im attending, however I can say of the last 3 times I ventured in, it was Park Ops and all three experiences have been too notch. Quick and professional to receive my car and just as good returning it. I feel like this is probably a pretty tough industry and Ive had mixed experiences with valets from varying companies from AC to Philly and what I can say is that this company seems more legitimate than some of the less reputable companies/employees Ive dealt with over the years.

The best valet company in Baltimore city. They pulled my car out of the harbor after my bosss gps told him to make a left turn into the water. Would give them 10 stars if I could

Perfect opportunity to grow with a self made company. Multiple accounts ranging from restaurants to dealerships with flexible hours, perfect for anyone working another job or is currently attending college. Management and staff are professional and friendly 5/5 would valet again.

I was instructed to request my vehicle 15 minutes before departure; however Ive been waiting close to an hour. I was told that the parking garage for valet is 25 minutes away. Had I known Id be waiting for such a very long time I wouldnt have done valet parking at the Fogo in center city Philadelphia. This experience completely defeats the purpose of valet parking. I will be requesting a full refund.

Management is poor. Took over a 2 months to handle a situation, due to a management vacation. Hourly rate Is poor $10 with no rasies. If you like being a Yes man perfect job for you. On positive side they are flexible with hours . I would not recommend any working for this company.

Just last week I used ParkOps. After my car was parked I was sitting down at a restaurant next to a window which had a view of the valet parking service. I noticed my car going in the wrong direction on a one way street. This isnt unusual for a valet I guess, however, what I saw next is unacceptable. After they moved my car-- against traffic-- I see the driver open the hood of my car to jump start another vehicle. I immediately left and ran towards my car. I asked for an explanation as to why this was done. I was informed that management gave authorization to perform this action. I was not contacted to ask if they could use my car; without my authorization this is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager and he was not helpful. He offered a refund for the valet services which I chose not to accept. I left furious at the situation. Their lack of professionalism ruined what shouldve been a joyous celebration. The folks at the restaurant came to our table and gave me the contact information for Park Ops office. They were helpful and tried to make our dining experience as positive as they could. I sent an email that same day and also called the very next day, to ensure my complaint was received since I had not received a response. When I called Park Ops office it went to a cell phone voicemail. Later their staff was rude and dismissive.

I live at Presidential City Apartments in Philadelphia. My building is under construction, so property management has provided ParkOps as a service for the residents while construction of the parking garage is taking place. Recently, I have broken my foot & torn a few tendons, making it very hard for me to walk. The guys who work at ParkOps know about my injury, and go out of their way to accommodate me. I am blown away by the customer service that I have received by them. They go out of their way to bring my car to my door every morning, 3 buildings down, and even offering to help me get in the car, etc . Overall, super impressed with their politeness, and professionalism.

More like Park OPPSRecently I attended the Philadelphia Auto Show – Black Tie Tailgate. The drop off was flawless; the gentleman who took my car told me to text in with my ticket number 15 mins before I wanted to depart. Not only did it take OVER AN HOUR for my car to be pulled up, I saw a valet on the OTHER SIDE OF BROAD STREET, recklessly driving my car. When I asked the Park Ops employee at the valet counter why my car was not brought to the booth and was being driven on the opposite side of the road, he told me that the valet must be lost…. If you value your time, or your vehicle, this may not be the company for you.

The Valet stole a $300.00 vape from my car and their customer service rep gave me a hard time about filing a claim and ruined what should have been a beautiful night out to eat with my loved ones. After filling the claim they only reimbursed me for a fraction of the valued item stolen. This company sucks and I personally will never utilize the services of this company again.

No Love Here. One of the worst valet parking companies EVER!!!! So many issues I did not even know where to start. THANK god the management threw them out.1. Cars were damaged and they took no responsibility what so ever.2. Workers stole from cars and they denied it.3. The turn over of employment was a total joke.4. Management was never seen when they had a problem and would not get back to you.Why even bother to list 5 to 10 !!! JUST STAY AWAY at all cost.

I was a frequent customer to Fogo de Chao where ParkOps did valet, I am no longer because of the valet service. To begin the workers greet you with an expression of let’s get this over with then the ticket stub guy comes and throws your ticket on the dash(extremely rude). The small red head guy and Dan(had a name tag) are always unprofessional, speaking in ways you would not expect from such a great restaurant. Next the sometimes open your passengers doors depending on the car I guess. One evening I leave approximately $300 in my glove compartment to get my car back and it is gone. I’m furious and the red head tells me we are not responsible for any missing items as it says on the ticket and brushes me off. You would think this is the end!!.... so I attend Power Plant Live one Saturday night and see the red head with what I could only guess to be a group of employees sniffing a white powder out of a small baggie. Now I realize why they act so high and unprofessional. I say “ Looks like my money went to good use huh ?” . He laughs I guess because he did not recognize me and continues to pass the powder around in the Tin Roof Bar bathroom. His buddy then says “ Hey man you want buy some dude, I got a little more?”. By this time i feel like I am in a dream. Please do not give ParkOps your business unless you don’t mind drug abusers driving your car. The last time I left a negative review they gave me a gift card and asked me to take it down. I will not be returning to Fogo de Chao any time soon with the current valet service. Trust me you should not either

Very poor experience, I went to an event and my car was serviced by these guys. However, when I got it after the event it had massive scratches on the drivers door. Not only that, when I tried to claim the damage, I was constantly redirected to talk with different people. In the end, after few months efforts, I gave up - overall incredibly poor experience!
