No complaints! Will definitely use them again, we got there at 3am to drop our car off, they had someone ready to take us to the airport. When we came home we paid the extra $14 to have them bring us our car so that we could leave form the airport. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend Pacifico Valet!!

We love this place. We travel a lot, and they are so convenient and professional. They take us to the airport very quickly no matter what time of day we arrive, and pick us up promptly when we return. We love the feature that lets us just take our car from them at the airport and drive directly home. Highly recommend.

I cant believe I used to freeze my butt off waiting for my car to heat up after taking a shuttle back to an off site parking lot. These super cool older dudes pick you up so you can zip away without the hassle. Ive used them about 10 times now with no issue and great service. keep up the great work!!!

Using Winner Valet Parking for many years, I thought I would try Pacifico this time as they were a few dollars cheaper. Im going back to Winner! Our outbound took a few minutes extra, no big deal as Pacifico did a full car inspection. Driver was friendly. Upon our return to Philadelphia on 5/18 at 12:45a, we retrieved our luggage and called at 1:02am to have our car delivered to us. I called back at 1:27am to make sure I didnt miss the driver since we still didnt have our car. The woman who answered the phone was rude and after I told her I talked to a man who took my info earlier started yelling at me stating I didnt call before. Our car arrived about 20 minutes later. I then talked to the driver and showed him the record of my call on my cell phone. Needless to say, the few dollars savings at 1am with my family was not worth it. Im going back to Winner.

My girlfriend and I recently used Pacificos services in an attempt to make air travel out of Philly less of a hassle. Our experience was mixed.We arrived very early in the morning without a reservation and, despite that, were assisted quickly by a friendly employee who walked us through the process. Shortly after, an equally friendly driver dropped us off at the airport. I didnt catch his name, but he was very friendly and professional.For an additional charge you can opt to have the vehicle dropped off at the airport rather than having to return to the location to check out. Because our late return time, we opted for this service for an additional fee. This is where our experience deviated from the previously pleasant service. The driver that dropped off our car was rude and practically extorted my girlfriend for an additional tip. For an additional charge, this behavior is particularly unacceptable.The Pacifico team seems to be a split bag and it depends on who you get. At the very least, the service was punctual.

We have been using this service for a long time however seems things have went way down. Do not use this service if you have small children and don’t want to wait long. It was cold out and the wait time was unacceptable. When I called the manager Chris was rude and acted extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed!!

I found it easier to drive down to Philly International than take chances on Newark. I use Pacifico because they made it even easier. They picked me up when they said they would and returned my car in perfect condition. The driver was polite and very friendly. The extra money I paid for detailing was worth it. A very nice experience.

Pacifico Airport Valet service is poor and the general manager was rude. Never using this service again! (Posting for a friend)The trip to the airport went smoothly. The return trip is where it all fell apart. After standing outside in the rain, heat and humidity for an hour the driver finally pulls up in my car on the street honking the horn. Once it became apparent that he was not going to pick me up at the Enterprise rental car booth, I dragged my luggage and equipment to the street in the pouring rain. I asked the driver for my receipt and he told me that he didn’t have it. I called Pacifico to see if they could send me my receipt electronically, the manager informed me that they did not have my credit card information on file and that I would need to return to Pacifico to get it. This was extremely frustrating because the whole intent of the Sign and Go Valet Service is the convenience of your car being dropped off to you so that you can just get in and drive home. Additionally, I watched the young lady swipe my credit card and ask for my driver’s license when I dropped my car off. When I returned back to Pacifico to get my receipt, I noticed three additional drivers sitting in the waiting room with their feet up watching television. I’m wondering how I could be standing outside in the rain for an hour waiting for a driver and there are three sitting here with nothing to do. I expressed my displeasure with their service to the driver and the manager.I eventually spoke with the General Manager Timmy O’Brien on 7/15/19. I tried to explain the situation to him and he cut me off mid-sentence telling me that I had been talking for 15 minutes (note: our entire conversation was only 10 minutes) and that if I would just be quiet he could say something. I found this to be extremely rude and off-putting. He asked me what business it was of mine that three drivers were sitting with their feet propped up watching tv. I told him that I was a paying customer and it was my business if I had to stand outside in the rain for an hour waiting for my car. If this is the way the General Manager deals with a customer, no wonder their service is so poor. I will never use their service again and will definitely tell my co-workers not to use their service either. If they don’t value customer service, I will happily take my business to someone who does.

I had been using them for parking at PHL since I fly a few times a month. Service has been fair. However tonight my business credit card was declined probably due to the amount of travel I have been doing the last month. When the driver got to the airport he quickly took the keys out of the ignition and told me there was a problem with my credit card. The bill was 60 dollars or less. I told him I would pay cash. He said they dont accept cash. I called the office and gave them another credit card and he gave me MY car keys back. I am fairly certain this practice is 110 illegal. I understand you want to get paid. However holding a persons vehicle as collateral for a 60 dollar bill is not legal. Do not use this company. They have terrible customer service.

We arrived at 12:00 today but waited until we picked up our bags to call for pickup and waited 50 minutes for our car. For the money we paid for valet service, this is unacceptable. The driver did not even offer an apology. And the office blamed that they had flight delays. However, based on the other reviews, I would surmise that this is just poor management. You can be assured that we will not use this service again.

Great Service. Valet drops us off at departures, in my own auto. Upon return, call the cell number and valet arrives with my auto at the airport. No waiting for shuttles. No having to haul you luggage onto shuttle, then having to haul it to my auto. Im simply waiting for a valet to bring me my vehicle. Best value for off site airport parking. I didnt realize they perform auto maintenance and body repair until the night before. Missed opportunity to have a dent fixed on my auto.

Never had a problem until last night when it took 50 minutes to be picked up. The driver understood our frustration and said they were short staffed for the volume which is not our problem.We were told 20-25 minutes...just tell the real time up front.

I have used Pacifico Airport Valet numerous times over the last 5 years but the last 2 times have been horrible. I just flew in last friday from St. Louis and waited almost an hour for my car. I called on my way out of the airport because I only had a carry-on and I was told 20-25 minutes. 30 minutes came and went and I called and was told my car was out and should be there any minute. 2 minutes later I get a phone call from them saying that my car actually didnt go out yet and it was next to go out should be 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went and still no car so I called back a third time and was told again that my car was out and should be there any minute. Finally almost an hour after being off of the plane my car arrived. I spoke with the manager Timmy on Monday to which he did say that that was unacceptable and that he will look into it and call me back.....hours later still no call so I call again and again am told that he will look into it and call me back. I finally talked to him again and he said after looking through everything he did see how long I waited and to make it right they would refund me 50%....looking at my bank account today they refunded me $15 of a $55 bill.....the last time I checked that is not 50%. It is unfortunate that they lost a customer that would have been a long time customer as I travel every year for work. Completely unprofessional the way this whole this was handled....and the office staff definitely did not care last week when I called multiple times for my car. Definite 2 thumbs down.

I was extremely pleased with how quickly my reservation was processed and the professionalism of the staff. My car was returned in the same exact condition it was left in. Definitely liked that a Pacifico driver met me outside of the terminal. I was able to pay and drive home from the terminal which was a very big plus in my book. Also liked that I saved money with their coupon.

It ended up being cheaper to use this short-term parking service than taking a taxi to and from the airport on either side of my trip. Fantastic experience. Quick check in and ride to the airport, and when we called on return, we were told it would be around a 20 minute wait (which was fine as our flight arrive early) but the driver arrived in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend them, as we have used them before.

We have used Pacifico for the last 7+ years and on only 1 occasion have we had any issue. And that was something that was, apparently, out of anyones control (not enough drivers for the volume of cars). Otherwise, and always, perfect. And the drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Let me not sign off without praising the staff behind the desk. ALWAYS friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. Even in the wee hours of the day. The one advantage of going with a valet is to quickly get your car, and we had to wait over half an hour before they arrived with our car and took a while to even find it in their system. With their wait time and price we could have already grabbed or car from a different lot and saved money.

Terrible experience. I used Pacificos service this past December. We waited over an hour in the cold until the driver finally arrived with our car. No one at Pacifico was able to even tell me exactly where my car was, why it was taking so long, or even get in touch with the driver. I had to call 3 or 4 times before they finally showed up. When they did, not only did the driver not apologize for the wait, he didnt even say so much as hello. I will not be using this service again.

We have been using Pacifico for several years now. We started using them when we traveled with my mother who was using a walker. I didnt want to deal with a shuttle. Pacifico uses your own car to get you to and from the airport, so there are no shuttles, no transferring luggage. There is usually no wait for a ride to the airport, and they have always been prompt picking us up from the airport. They are very courteous, the drivers were great. I had tried other services, but since Ive been using Pacifico I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I paid for valet service. I waited an hour for my car because they took in too many cars and couldnt handle the volume. Thats what greed will do. They suck!!! I will never use them again. If you want valet parking at Phila. Airport, use Winner Airport Parking. I called them three times only to be told all tickets are out for delivery. In other words they couldnt tell me where my car was or when I will get it. I spoke to one of their drivers at the airport while waiting for my car and they told me that things were a mess and many customers were pissed off.

Sunday, January 24, 2016, called at 6:17 PM and got my car forty minutes later. Pacifico blamed the weather, but the competition beat them by twenty minutes and delivered clean cars. My car was not clean. Do not park here, I have used them for years and they have slipped. Took way too long for my car today and this is not the first time. They get your name, email, flight numbers, airlines and cell phone and should anticipate arrivals. No luck, no courtesy, no plan. The competition is quicker and better.Today they lost a long time customer who will never go back.

My family has used this service numerous times over the past ten years or more. Until last week we had no problems. We prepaid to be able to leave from the airport instead of returning to Pacifico. That said, it took Pacific 50 minutes to get our car to the airport after we called them. We called four times and were lied to regarding whether or not our driver had left the building three times. The fourth time we called from a different mobile phone as they were clearly using caller ID and purposely putting us on hold. The last time we spoke to a manager named Elaine and our car dispatched immediately. The staff was rude, deceitful and generally obnoxious. We will never use this service again and urge others not to use it. By the way, the airport and roads were empty because it was after 10pm on a Friday night so Pacifico was not busy just despicable.

We have used Pacifico 2-3 times a year for the past few years and have always been happy with their service. On one occasion though the driver arrived with my Vehicle and handed me my key in 3 pieces. I was mad because the guy left and I had trouble getting it started again. The next day I called the office and was told to have a new key cut and programmed and to send them the bill. Tim OBrien addressed the problem quickly with no issues and went above what I expected to make things right. Being a Business owner I know its impossible to be perfect 100% of the time but what makes a difference is what you do to correct a mistake. Thats what separates you from the rest.

Was given a quote of $41.75. When I checked in at 5am at Pacifico, the receptionist asked if I would like to leave right from the airport or if I would like to pay after I got home back at the Pacifico office. Given the 2 options, I chose the option of heading straight home from the airport since wed be getting home after 1am. I gave my credit card and was given a claim ticket and that was that. Upon our arrival home we called to be picked up. There was a 25 minute wait, which wasnt a huge deal. When the driver arrived, he didnt ask for my ID or anything to identify that he was letting me take that car. He said he didnt need my claim ticket either. The only thing we did was wave him over. Good thing no one else tried that first or my car mightve gone to the wrong person! My quote that I signed for at the office before our trip included taxes and fees, and the receipt this guy handed me had an additional $25+ in taxes and fees tacked on to it. The receptionist was not busy at all when she set up my valet before we left, so its not like she forgot to let me know about additional fees for leaving right from the airport or taxes in addition to the taxes Id already signed for. Dishonest and conniving. I will never be back.

Called them as we were on way to airport and had gotten behind. I was about to go straight to airport and park in the expensive lot and the VERY kind and nice lady said hold on, and within 2 seconds was taking my info. We pulled in 10 mins later and I ran in, she had a driver ready for us, he promptly got us to airport and was very nice!!! We landed. Called again and lady said 20 mins max and indeed she was right... to the minute. And honestly they weren’t that expensive! We will be using them every time we fly now. As we all know, traveling can sometime be a hassle especially when it comes to the parking aspect of your trip. Pacifico Airport Valet takes the hassle out of that aspect of traveling. We arrived at their location and was greeted by a courteous and professional attendant. Once the paperwork was completed we were then taken to the airport, in our own car eliminating the hassle of transferring our luggage from one vehicle to another, by a driver who explained to us how the return process would work. Upon our return, we contacted the valet service and our vehicle arrived within 10 minutes and were greeted by another driver who drove us back to the valet service to settle our bill. Pricing was great and competitive with other companies in the area. I will always use this service when traveling by air. Thanks again for making our return home as smooth as possible.

Arrived in at 0600 and called them repeatedly without an answer. I needed to be at work by 0900 so I ended up shelling out MORE money to get an Uber there. When we arrived, front desk staff said we were the ones with the problem and that they’ve had no other issues reported. I’m sure you wouldn’t if your phones don’t work!! DO NOT use this place.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!!! 68 dollars for sign and go valet service and 45 minutes later and still no driver. Desk staff is very unprofessional. The day I flew back home, I called early to get instructions when my plane landed. Well the older sounding unprofessional desk woman yelled at me and said, I had no reason to call them early.I can only call them when my plane lands. LOL. Once I arrived, I was given the wrong directions to find the valet. I quote, please go to ground transportation and follow signs for 1 -8 and go to center aisle. I apparently went to the wrong place and 15 minutes later, unprofessional older sounding desk lady calls back to yell me that I had not followed her directions because the driver does not see me. Irate I passed the phone to my husband to deal with unprofessional old sounding lady because who wants to deal with someone after a long trip. .so older sounding unprofessional lady tells my husband to wait. After 30 minutes under the hot sun I called back hoping not to speak with older sounding unprofessional desk lady and guess what...she answered again!!! Again belittling me and telling me I did not follow directions. I was so irate i told that she is the worst and she must be an owner, volunteer her services for free or must compromising pictures of the owner and that is why they cant rid of her. This is not wor th the money. Next time I will be using their competitors.

One time user. No issues and happy with sevice.Things to know: valet sevice (anywhere for that matter) is limited by availability of drivers. Plane arrived at 2 am along with many others following airport closure and delays. Pacifico couldnt give a time as to how long a wait it would be. Ended up only 10 min and they called to let us know they were on way. Shuttle sevice from another venue might have been quicker... if there were room on the shuttle. Would have saved $14 and might have been able to get a cup of coffee at 2 am if we had taken the ride back to the office to pay. Oh well, life is a gamble. Was totally fine with a 10 min wait given the midnight chaos. No complaints.

This evening around 7:30pm January 7th, I had a very very poor experience as a customer of Pacifico Airport Valet Parking. One of the ladies at the customer service (African American wearing pink baseball cap) was the most nastiest and disrespectful individual that I have dealt with in a very long time. This was my first time using the service, as referred to me by one of my employees. I was told that the service is very convenient- the company takes your car and drop you off to the airport, upon return, you call them and the driver will pick you up using your own car and drop you off to the office settle the payment and off you go.The issue was the gentleman who dropped me off indicated that upon your return, as soon as your plane landed, pick up your luggage and call us as it will take 15 to 20 minutes. Per instruction, after the plane landed, taxed to the terminal, and passengers getting off the plane, I called Pacifico to advised them to pick me up. The lady asked if I am still on the plane I said yes but the door is open and passengers are getting off. Nastily, she said call back when you are off the plane and then hang up the phone with a negative attitude. A minute or so later, I called back and said that I am already out of the plane. The nasty lady asked for my last 4 digits of the card. So I said, I did not realize that I need that (again this was my first time). The lady made rumbling noise and sounded very disrespectful.When I called back for the 3rd time, another lady answered my call. She was nice, helpful and sent for the driver. The driver was also nice so I shared my bad experience with the nasty lady that I spoke earlier. The driver shared that there have been issues with this particular employee in the past. However, the ladies tend to protect each other and all complaints do not reach the management. The driver also advised that I speak to the cashier who served as the supervisor during the shift and request for the managers business card. So upon arrival to the office, I settled my payment and requested for the managers business card. The cashier gave me Timmy OBriens card. I started sharing my bad experience as I felt disrespected by one of their employees. The supervisor replied in a very defensive manner. This validated what the driver indicated earlier. So I said, you know I am just going to reach out to Mr. Timmy OBrien and file a formal complaint. The cashier replied Go and do whatever You want. As I am leaving the office, the nasty lady that I was dealing earlier smirked and laughed with so much rudeness and unprofessionalism.This will be the first and the last time using this company. So please beware that we do have many choices, and we do not deserve to be treated in a very negative fashion such as this. Mr. Timmy OBrien, I challenge you to do something about the negative behavior of your nasty employee. I work at a hospital and have a large network of professional team that use PHL. I am not afraid to share this bad experience to all. In doing so, I hope to help your company to improve the service that you provide to your customers. Many thanks for your time and attention.

Dont even think about it....RUN FOR THE DOOR. These guys are liers and are downright dishonest. Damaged vehicle and even though dropoff checklist noted no damage...outright lied and would not give me a copy of checkin form. The manager is a lier and knows it. BEWARE.....THIS ORGANIZATION IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR YOUR VALUABLES. Run for the door and do not look back. NOTE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ...THEY ARE 100% VALID. As a business professional of 30 years, I can assure you the practices are unethical and do not take customer satisfaction into account. IT IS NOT WORTH RETURNING FROM YOUR HARD EARNED TRIP TO DEAL WITH THESE BOZOS. I am convinced any positive reviews must come from their employees. These jokers are in it for the short term...worst business I have encountered in YEARS

I have used Pacifico for many years and now I am done. I returned to the airport on Wed 2/15/17 and it took longer to get my car than the actual flight back from Boston - 55 minutes. This has been an ongoing problem, and when leaving you often sit in your car outside their trailer office waiting for a driver. They are horrible and expensive to boot.

NEVER again. Valet service? Kept us waiting for our car for a whole hour. Part of it, outside, in a 25 degrees weather. Repeatedly, gave us false information about the status of things and unconvincing excused after the fact.
