This place is unorganized, rude, and a bunch of liars. They claimed they didn’t have my phone number but needed my phone number to look up an order.....also my phone number was on my receipt. Wouldn’t suggest this place at all

So disrespectful and ignorant! Manager and other employees are rude. They make things so hard for the customer it’s ridiculous! Won’t even start on how slow they all are with their service ...... front desk has a sign saying that they will put a smile on your face by making moving easy. They just add to the stress of moving and by the time you leave the lot you’ve lost hours that could be used to pack and get on the road.

We were a frequent at Uhaul throughout PA and NJ. We utilized this location for about two weeks and they made us change our whole perspective on giving U-Haul any more of our business. This was the only location, 7750 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia, PA, where the staff seem to just hate the people that keeps them in business. You come in and try to speak, they’re so ignorant. The manager acts like everyone is begging him for something because he’s always just ignorant. No customer service skills at all. U-Haul needs to rethink the employees they hire at this location. We are now a Home Depot truck rental client. Some people need to get that chip off their shoulders and if they don’t like their job, quit. This Philadelphia Uhaul location is definitely the worst, there are far more businesses out here that appreciates their customers.

Dont do business with uhual. You will get hit with a random citation not once BUT MULTIPLE times and you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO reach customer service... Try calling customer service to see long it will take before signing aagreement

Had everything I needed even for a last minute reservation request!

Horrible horrible horrible service..... employees are so rude as if they dont get paid to work there. Did everything online, the app said that would cut my time there in half. Got there and the lady at the front desk was disrespectful and did extra stuff she didnt have to. Ended up being there for an hour after I had already done everything online.

Ignorant slow and disrespectful even their president Todj Myers dont return any calls everyone should be fired uhaul dont care about their customers at all!

The absolute worst customer service. Person was flirting with the customer ahead of me and the person had no reservation. Low class. Her response was oh I’m all by myself here. Then you should not be flirting. This Uhaul so keep it moving.
