The two employees that worked there the day I have an appointment were extremely unhelpful. They were disrepectfull and rude and made me wait outside for an extra half an hour without no reason before on of them started working on the service. Then they said that our car will be done within two hours but we waited four hours in total. In the end, they even dared to try to lie to my husband and said that it was my fault because I arrived the facility an hour late!!!! Last but not least, they removed a tail light screw cover on the drivers side while working and never put back. A complete desaster! Well never be back to that place.

Alex, the wiring guy is the man. He checked out my car and found the part I needed at the correct u haul location. I got it hooked up and he explained the entire process while he was OFF THE CLOCK! This dude is the man, I could not have found this part with out him. Management material all day.

I rented a van for my most recent move, Ive got no complaints. Staff is friendly & respectful.

Made an appointment for a Sunday on a Saturday, went in a few moments later to confirm. I was told they didnt have the part and the guy who does the install wasnt going to be in. Whats the point of a reservation. Awful place awful business.

Here was by far the best service I could get around all the stores in Philly, Alex the manager was just amazing. 100% recommended

They were not able to install a hitch at the time I made an appointment for and Alex the manager suggested that I come back and drop it off first thing the next morning. I came back the next morning and Alex was not there and no one there could help me adequately, and fumbled around with the computer. I went to a company in NJ and they installed a hitch that day for about the same price. Further more they charged my credit card for an installation.

I usually dont come to this one but the customer service guy Mr.Antonio he gave me and my folks the best customer service help 💯 stars then the other u haul spots he should get a promotion this is the 4 time I was service by Mr.Antonio its been nothing but love hes a people person I dont know him personally but I can say hes a helpful giving thrill employee 💯 stars for my homie Antonio Tim holmes

I call this place and was on the phone with Joshua a entry-level employee. I ask him a question about talking to this manager, he gave me his opinion which was not needed and when I told him that your opinion wasn’t needed I need to speak to your manager he felt some type away about expressing how he felt with me telling him to get his manager which I originally asked him. This guy is the worst employee at uhaul over the phone. And need to be re train ASAP. 5/16/18 he work.

Super slow on Sunday’s

Took about 45 mins to get my truck which was supposed to be speedy using the 24/7 pick up. The truck was disgusting, smelled like zoo, trash, old beverages splattered all over the cup holders and boxes all over. The gas was less then a 1/8 of a tank i had to fill it up before i even got to my destination. The check engine light was one. The oil change light was on. There where lights in the back of the truck hanging which interfered with the whole move.While waiting to get my key, there was a homeless person found in one of the trucks that another customer just payed to rent for the day. Only one of the supplies I ordered were there for me and the other weren’t available for me to use at all. Everything is supposed to be in the back of the truck, nothing. I had to ask about the supplies to a response “ oh, you ordered supplies” “we dont have those” I had this reservation booked for almost 2 weeks beforehand and in that time i could have gotten the supplies if i knew they werent going to be available for me. I had to sped my time finding a mattress bag, furniture pads. The only thing they did have was a furniture dolly and it wasnt even the correct one. They gave me a huge appliance hand truck. When I returned the truck there was a line almost out the door with one person working with customers. I finished my order on the Uhaul app and left the keys on the counter never again will i use this location.

Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here with horrible employeesU-haul needs to train their employees or they will keep loosing customers

Under very poor management with no consideration for the customers time nor does the general manager, Miguel Rivera, show any respect nor condolences for the failure of him running a professional business poorly.. I would not suggest using this location. Especially after learning it is not an official uhaul center, theyre only a private vendor paying royalties. If you have any problems with the level of quality or service here, Uhaul cannot do much to help or make it up for customer satisfaction. Id highly suggest going somewhere where the company can guarantee their work.

Stay away from this location, crook and thieves. They charge you lot of extra money and cleaning fee even if the truck is clean. They charged me cleanibg fee even the truck is cleaner than i got, and while at shop when i was trying to explain them and talking to u haul customer servive they charged me for extra day. Stay away from this location. They are crook and thieves. Absolutely no respect for customers time. They are not the official u haul dealers, just private venders.They waste my whole day when I had a very busy schedule. Front desk and manager was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. They refused to returned truck stating that truck was not clean. I already mopped, sweep truck multiple times and used floor covers. They insist I go to car wash place and wash whole truck, that make no senseI go to car wash places and all the places are close. I request front desk and manager to give me mop so I can clean one more time. They had mop and they refused to give me mop.I requested multiple times, they refused and absolutely show no respect for my time and requests. Then they charged me for another day when I was desperately trying to find a car wash place. This is insaneThey are not official u haul dealers, this was just a nightmare. They drive their trucks on others property and have no respect for said property. I am a board member who raised money for a play yard for the dogs at the city shelter, Acct PhillyThe day we installed the roof of the play yard for the dogs, their trucks hit our fence and roof, causing the first dent, since then several incidents of subsequent damage has occurred. Yesterday, the play yard was rendered totally useless by your carelessness, and although you have been contacted numerous times you do not respond. How do you feel knowing that the dogs cant spend outdoor time and have to sit in their kennels 24 hours a day. We are very disappointed, and will not rent anything front Uhaul ever again. You are not a good neighbor!
