Axle snapped in the middle of a major road and I was blocking the entire lane horizontal. The driver turned my car and got it up on the flatbed without any issue or more damage. Definitely impressed. Dude should definitely get a bonus for this one.

I had a brand-new ball joint press new never used that was stolen out of my truck by someone at the company when I brought it to the owner Joes attention he said there was no way yet my tool was gone... then he did say he would buy the tool from harbor freight which was only $130 but never did wat he said Ive called a few time but at this point have given up would never use this place again because of this

I have only positive things to say about this company and Joey himself.I hit a massive Philly pothole this morning on the way to work, and it wrecked my tire. Joey happened to be driving by and saw my car pulled off to the side. He pulled over and offered to help out. He had my spare tire on in less than 5 minutes and I was quickly back on the road to work. I offered to pay, but he did the job free of charge. I later found out, he was actually off-duty - on his way to a tee-time, and was still willing to help out!! This act of kindness was unexpected and a rare thing these days. Joey was a gem.If you need any sort of towing service - this is the company to call.

I just ran over a huge rod and a cop helped me to pull over on a very busy road! Out of nowhere... litterally... a tow truck came and it was Joey..he lifted myCar up and it fell right out ! He told me It was lodged into my coil and I was lucky that it didn’t puncture my gas tank. Joey was very attentive helpful knowledgeable and very sweetAnd patient. He honestly didn’t have to help me out. Little acts of kindness like that go a long way and is very unusual to happen in this kind of world now! I would 100% recommended this Towing company to anyone...thanks again Joey!

Good experience great company,came very quickly n very decent employees

I’m not the type of person to complain about anything because I work around the situation. But today I was treated very dismissive like nobody wanted to hear my concerns or questions. These people had me back and forth almost the whole day . Until finally it was done and tired some. But I will not use this place again. The lack of communication and the back and forth was just too much for what had to get done. And it was super cold. One thing that was done right they got there on time.

Joey C’s provided the best possible service I could ask for and went above and beyond to help me in a very unfortunate situation. I’m truly grateful that my father’s vehicle fell into these professional hands. Honest, fair, and reliable. Most importantly, good people. Highly recommended!

Reckless driver didn’t even slow down at stop signs in a residential neighborhood where children regularly play.

Joey was great it was the first time I was in an accident, he helped me with what I had to do and gave me a ride home. They made it quick and easy.

Joey C goes above and beyond for every customer and has the best service around. He not only makes your car look as good as new, but he provides the service with a smile on his face and comforting words when you just had a horrible day with your car (whether it be an accident, flat tire etc). It’s not everyday you find an HONEST and RELIABLE collision company. I’ve never been so thankful to have found Joey C & his company, I will never trust anyone else with my car.

This towing company employs the most generous and kind people. My boyfriend was in an accident that required him to go to the hospital and not only did they call me to inform me but also picked me and my infant son up so we could be with him....Then called the next day to see how I was doing. I have dealt with plenty of towing companies and these guys are the best! thank you so much for making one of the worst nights of my life a little easier. I hope I never have to call another towing company again but these guys will always be the ones I go with. Thank you so much!

Terrible, call them was told coming 20 min, after wait for an hour was told almost here, 1. Hour and half later call them again phone was not answered ........ after wait for 2 hours . Finally I had to called another towe truck company . They just made my day worse

We got into a major accident on I-95 on the way home from the airport. Joey C was on the scene, helped with traffic (which was incredibly dangerous), had our vehicle towed once the police came and drove us over an hour home at 1:30 in the morning. Literally a lifesaver. We cant thank him enough.
