I cannot thank Steve enough from Advocate Towing for coming to winch my car off of a snow mound in front of my house. I called my insurance company but after two hours of waiting they never showed up. I started calling different tow truck companies that I found on Google but they all said the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours. When I called Advocate Towing no one picked up at first, but after 2 minutes I received a callback asking if I needed a town truck?! Of course I said yes and Steve was at my house within 15 minutes. He pulled my car off that snow mound in less than 10 minutes and also showed my a feature on my car in case I ever needed to be towed or winched again, and after that I was on my way. I highly recommend this company! Very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Thanks again!!

The guy who pick me from I-76 East bound after my car broke down was punctual he said he would pick me up in 30 mins and he was there within that time. He also took care of my car, I have no complaints. I would use this towing service again if I need them in the future

Got locked out of my car with the key in the car. requested service at 9:53 pm on a Tuesday. Steve came out by 10:25. My car was very tricky to get the door unlocked due to my alarm. But Steve really worked hard and I was back in my car by 10:40. Way faster than AAA. Definitely recommend.Good price and services.

After I locked my keys in the car and called AAA only to find out that you need a member to get any services and I found this company. They said they would be at my location in 30 minutes and they were they in 25 and it only took all of two minutes to get the job done.
