I had a fantastic experience using North Central Towing and Recovery. I was in an accident late on a Sunday night and they came to the rescue within 5 minutes. They calmed everyone down at the scene and followed up multiple times after the accident to offer assistance in any way they could. These men truly care and I highly recommend their services!

Super nice North Philly boys took care of me at the right price. Ill be using North Central from now on. Other quotes were $50 to $138 more expensive for an in city tow.

Someone from this business stole my husband’s Harley about a year ago. The owner “helped” get it back, but by then it was chopped beyond repair. I held off on reviewing them because I was told not too, but I just started seeing them in my area again. Beware of these people, especially if you have a motorcycle!

Owner is very nice and friendly, but living across from their business on Dauphin Street is a nightmare, as men they don’t know the meaning of cleaning up the debris they leave behind, they think as long as the big pieces of debris is pick up, the rest doesn’t matter, before they establish their business on 2600 W. Dauphin Street, the block of 2600 W Dauphin Street was free from rock, dirt, and small and large car parts, they’ve took up half the block to do their business, on top of that, they have tooken over other lots which they probably don’t own or rent or pay taxes on, these are young men who doesn’t have any respect for our residential streets, as I continue to clean up my side of the street with the best of my ability, them leaving their debris makes my cleaning looks like I haven’t clean at all, but is learning step by step what actions to take, no matter how long it takes. Just keeping the block they use as their place of work, is it even legal to have a tow truck company on a residential street, there is already one now there’s two, hope their neglegents doesn’t affect the other two company, if so then oh well, it will be their fault because I refuse to back down.

Driver displaying poor driving habits and not paying proper attention to the painted street lines while towing. Was not paying attention to his lane properly and roadraged and stood on his horn for myself and my passenger, for no reason.I roadraged him in return........ deservedly so

Never come when I call them

Had a car accident in an unfamiliar area. 22nd and Cecil b Moore. I was having a terrible day. Bad accident. Slightly disoriented and not sure of what to do. North Central was first in the scene checking on me. The 2 brothers who work here..(tay and i forget the other ones name) truely came through for me and set my mind at ease which was worth its weight in gold at that moment. Big shout out to these guys. Ive never had my car towed before so naturally I was apprehensive. Im happy to say that my first time experience was a positive one. Eroc showed up and scooped up my car and had a great conversation in the truck on the way to my car dealership. Great service, and Id definitely recommend this company again!

Could not ask for better help I googled a 24 hour tire and repair shop and NCT popped up great customer service after I had a blow out on 76 they towed my car and had a tire ready when I got to the shop excellent customer service I rate a 10 if allowed definitely hands down the best
