Waited for 2 other towing companies for 6 hrs. Called this one up they were out to me in a good time frame in comparison to the others. For those reasons and my only experience with them, Ill say theyre pretty good.

I had an overall great experience with BFA towing. I have used this company several times from needing a tire changed to having my car towed. Very quick response times and business was conducted in a professional manner each time. I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs and more.

The experience that I had with BFA Towing was top notch. The Tow truck driver was courteous, and very professional. He called to let me know what time he would be arriving and actually got there earlier than expected. Now the young lady who took the call was awesome. Her customer service was so great that I wish I had more cars to tow. So to that young woman I say thank you, great job, and I got your hoagie with hot sauce!!!! Woo,woo!!!

I have never written a review in my life but felt like I needed to for this. My story. I called Liberty Mutual at 9:30 to set up a tow for 12:00-12:30 to have my car taken to the shop. At 1:00 I called the company who said it hasnt been picked up but would be at the shop within the hour. At 2:00 i call Liberty mutual and have them call the company for me. Liberty Mutual Says the the company states they will be there any minute. At 2:50 I got a call from the tow company asking if I still need a tow. I proceed to tell them no I do not trust the company because I was lied to several times already. I then call Liberty Mutual to ask them to call the company and ask for an explanation but to keep me on the line so I could hear for myself, after he says the reason they are not going is because if i dont trust them they cant trust me? I chime in at that moment when i question him he said Im not dealing with this back and fourth and hung up. They are now in the process of being removed from Liberty Mutual.I would give 0 stars but google wont let me so i have to settle on 1 star.

I used this towing service and they were great … I needed my car towed from a PPA lot to a mechanics garage. The technician was there before I was and he knew the whole process. It was a very smooth transaction. Thank you BFA … GREAT JOB!

Absolute WORST service I’ve had in my ENTIRE life. Stuck on 76 due to a blown tire. Called around 8:30 AM, ETA given to me 9:28 AM. 9:28 rolls around and no one. I call back every 30 mins, they keep telling me someone is FOR SURE on their way. Finally on the third call back 2 hours later they tell me they have to cancel and that the driver will be no longer coming. What kind of service is this? If your driver was having equipment issues why didn’t you make this known as soon as possible so I could call another towing company? Absolutely horrible and inconsiderate. I seldom write reviews but this is, frankly, unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent service, I would without any doubt recommend them to anyone and anybody. They were fast on pickup and fast on dropoff. The person I was with who preformed the tow was vary respectfully. Again a definite reccomend!

Waited 4 hours in a parking garage for a complete no-show. Called the office and got hung up on twice by the dispatcher. Avoid using at all costs. Filed a complaint with State Farm recommending they dont use them anymore either

I was almost hit by a driver speeding down Greene Street. I was on foot and I don’t think they even saw me. Zoomed past a van with a woman and kids inside... and then turned LEFT at a red light at Chelten all the while screeching tired. It was literally the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. No reason to drive like that unless there is an apocalypse.

Ok so I was in a car accident airbags deployed and all Im ok so my road side assistance contact tow truck company you know that they use ok so I gets a call from a very feminine sounding man... Mame I been calling u and texting u and I was at the location where your car was and we got another call so call your insurance back and cancel and get another 1 ok very rude unprofessional like my money dont spend my car is fully covered it was way more Convo then that bottom line they are a disgrace and I called my road side assistance people and told them never to use them again smh they are terrible dont use them

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague, these human beings couldnt give the slightest damn about customer service. I had two appointments today for this joke of a company through a third party company for a tow, I was given a 60 minute window and after three hours they did not show up...I then had to make another appointment, I was given another 60 minute window, all while sitting at the side of the road mind you, 5 minutes before they are supposed to arrive I get a call from the third party company saying BFA canceled the appointment on their end. I called BFA to ask why and before I finish my sentence which started something alone the lines of what do I do now? Im sitting at the side of the road I need help...) I believe his name was will or something like that he hung up on me....interestingly enough their end of day hours as im looking at their website now are right when they canceled my appointment...which is 55 minute after they took the appointment. Needless to say my car is still sitting at the side of the road at 739 PM and my first appointment with them that they never showed up to was at 11 this morning...

Horrible company. The girl who answers the phone lied to me 7 different times about the drivers ETA. Then she called pep boys to cancel the tow after I asked to speak to the Manager/ Owner.

The worst towing company ever only 2 employees. One of them is the owner aka manager aka never picks his phone up. Had to deal with them because of the business. Ripped our company off $1000 for 4 days and towing. Avoid at all costs.
