Emergency towing went out during the horrible tornado lastnight on 09/01/2021 to help my family. My boyfriend delivers packages and had one more package to deliver to then come home but had got stuck in a puddle that looks like was deep but he could not see during the big flood. No uber or lyft were available at ALL. Because of how BAD it was. He had to walk in the middle of nowhere to be able to charge his phone which was on 2%. It took him about 15 min to find someones house. Luckily emergency tow company helped my boyfriend and went to go get him and try to help tow the van. Unfortunately due to the bad flood. The van was fully under water. Im just thankful he got home and made it out okay

These guys are really fantastic at price gouging during and emergency. I understand that during a storm theres a higher cost to towing, but when your tow truck driver gets stuck and you need to call in other equipment I shouldnt have to suffer to the costs of a companys inability to perform. Truly unethical.

I was stuck on the side of the road this morning. I called 4 other places and no one even answered the phone. Emergency towing services answered and had a truck to me within 15 minutes.

Needed a tow i was calling other places and they did not answer. Emergency picked up the car quick and dropped it off within an hour! And gave me a great deal. Amazing service will definetly use them again

Had car issues, unfortunately for me inside of a parking garage with not enough clearance for the tow truck to enter. Not a problem for Lenny... he placed my car in neutral and pushed it out manually! Thanks for going the extra mile, for providing me a ride in your truck, your professionalism did not go unnoticed.

Tony and staff were excellent! I needed my AWD Audi car towed to the dealership by a certain time and this company went above and beyond measure to make sure they had the necessary equipment to get the job done. Called yesterday for a quote and the lady on the phone was rude she told me to call back and just hung up. I called today three times now nobody won’t answer the phone oh well move on to someone better.

My car broke down 70 miles away from home and my road side assistance was useless. They couldn’t find a tow company that would tow my car and give us a ride back home with the car. I googled tow services and they were the first ones to pop up so I called. Tony, the owner, was so professional and down to earth. I told him my lengthy story of the predicament I was in. He took such great care of us. Great price, on time, great communication, and the tow driver JT was nothing but professional and we had a lovely conversation the whole 90 min drive back to Philly. Would 10/10 recommend them and I will only use this service from now on for my towing needs

The owner of the company, Tony, arrived within the ETA I was given when I called. He got me safely to the tow truck before hooking up my car. He is very personable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using him.

Call to inquire about tow man on phone said 240 wasnt sure seemed kinda high so i say 240 and he says thats what i said. Now tell me how would u react to that response, thats not how u conduct bussiness then the mam calls me back and threatens to impound my car smh feel free to call me u have the number

Out all the 24/7 towing company they had the best wait time even for when I called at 11pm! Tony the driver is very professional. I highly recommend this company if you’re ever in a pinch

MY MIDNIGHT HERO !!! it’s about 12 at night we was stuck on the side of the road waiting for another tow truck service that didn’t show at all ! When Tony pulled up and helped us out he was so sweet and he kept us laughing I’m so thankful I will definitely be keeping there card in my wallet for emergencies they actually care about trying to get to people who need help unlike other tow truck companies who take there time GREAT SERVICE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Young man towed my 2019 Mercedes Benz after it was vandalized in my neighborhood on Friday. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! I waited about 25 Mins total on a busy Friday?? That is unheard of with a towing company because I usually wait 2 hours!! But the driver handled my vehicle with care and called to update me that my car was dropped off . For a pretty new business according to there website they are really quick and reliable. Will Be referring them to my coworkers!
