From office staff to the owner it’s always been a great pleasure, ive broken down mutilply times and Owner Var has always respond before times given and always walked me through the process. The customer service they provide is amazing and ive never had any issue with anything. I would recommend them any time and day not many tow companies who care about the drivers at scenes. There are still good people and honest people and this company stands behind that 100%

TRASH COMPANY dont ever use this service even if theyre the first one on the scene. They have a towing scheme going on & the owner is fully in on it. When the tow truck driver pulled up he was told to take the car to a specific location The driver then takes the vehicle to theyre own location 4020 H st soo they can charge you a recovery fee for you to get your vehicle even if they took it too the wrong place. The owner then will tell you that the tow truck driver isnt his employee that theyre Private contractors & if he had an inconvenience with the address its between me & the driver Not the company. Called them literally more than 12 times no answer after I found out my car wasnt at the location had to find out where theyre business was located (4020 H st ) I pulled up to see my car siting there. they was not tryna answer to try to charge me more for my car being there car was there for no longer that 4 hours they charged me $300 then I still had to take it where it was going originally These people Trash no customer service.

The issue Ive had with tow companies from the past is they give out false times just so you wont call another tow company. Well with Wheels Up Ive used them several times and hes arrived before the time he gave me. His trucks are always clean and service has been GREAT. Ill always use Wheels up. Keep up the good work guys! I wish I could give you6 Stars

Great company they help me out when i got in my first car accident i didn’t know what to do and they help me out step for step…every since than i used their tow service and lockout service and they always been on time.

DO NOT USE THEM GO TO MELROSE TOWING Absolutely amazing to me how they fraudulent as hell lets see they dont let you access your vehicle to retrieve your belongings or inspect the car to make sure its not damaged they allow crack heads to call up and have your car towed without your knowledge on it and than say you got to pay this when the car is reported stolen how sway you got stolen property in your lot in the middle of a pandemic I would expect people to have some common sense and compassion but no the owner is money hungry you dont run a business that way you cant even make deals but hey good luck karma gone deal with you
