I called this business to tow me from center city. Not only did they make it incredibly difficult to dispatch a truck, but I finally told them I did not need a tow after they had my credit card information. They charged me $329 anyway. I have a dispute with my credit card company. I called them 17 total times to discuss this and they never answer and ultimately blocked me. These people are thieves. Never EVER call them. I have never experienced such a scam. Whoever reviewed them was clearly incentivized. Get ready to call your credit card company to get your money back.

Thank to God that I find James, he toke my car from S Broad St. They told me they would be there in 30 mins (which is already fast for a tow company) they got to me in 15 minutes. The driver was great company for the 50 mile tow. If Im ever stranded in PA again I will defiantly be calling them again.

Good service, very polite on phone and in person. Tower arrived in 1 hour. Price was $190 for my stuck car that hit a curb to be towed 5 blocks. Fair price as it was 5 in the morning and took him about 20 minutes to get the car out. Thanks.

A set of keys had disappeared from my recovery room. I couldnt find my other set which I thought were at home so I expected to have pay for the tow of course but thought I would also have to pay for another key (with the chip). James found the key in my car. This saved me a lot because he would have also had to tow it in a different way because the steering wheel would be locked. He didnt have to tell me he found the key, I thought it was lost. So he was honest, and charged a fair price.I would recommend him highly.
