Worked with Deonne at 11th and south location- he was very knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through everything I needed. I was at the store for over a half hour and really appreciate the experience with deonne. I’ve been to tiger locations and have not had pleasant experiences so really appreciate him and think he needs to be recognized.

Deon, the man who helped me get a new phone was phenomenal. I was dreading the process of getting a new phone because it’s always so long and annoying. Deon was amazing at his job, super helpful, and just made the process as easy as possible. Stand out customer service.

I love AT&T!!!!! I Went to this location last week and they had the best customer service everybody was so helpful in helping me buy a phone and a screen protector and case!!! Wow that is the reason I choose AT&T because of the wonderful people that work for the company and this store and the other stores that they own in the Philadelphia area and suburbs have the best employees and the best management!Their store management & employees are wonderful patient And will do anything to make your day better. This AT&T inventory store on 11th & South street did me very well in service. I went on word of mouth from a very reliable source and was in no way disappointed. I had been going prepaid for years now, yet glad to be back with the powerful AT&T brand. My dad served with them many years. A very clean store this location with a great scent and products on hand. Get like an Apple location😁. Antoinette served me with great service. She represented superbly. Got my new IPHONE of which I’ve put off for long; iPhone 11& on a half off special. 😁. Today I went to another AT&T store to set up my new phone. Well I thought it was alright but it wasn’t, so someone told me to go to this store. And I’m so glad that I did, very polite and took care of everything. My new phone is working thanks to the young lady that helped me.

Had a very positive experience at this store. I came in because I had a problem with my new IPhone . The manager welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I didn’t have to wait and she was very pleasant! She looked over my account and helped with a few issues that I wasn’t aware of. She saved me $$$$ and resolved my problem. I’m very happy with the services I received there and I would definitely give them 5 Stars!

I am now stuck paying a much higher bill than I was before. Nearly double!! The manager was very nice and did her best but her hands are tied. As soon as I can pay off these phones I am switching carriers!!

The manager Melissa was super helpful and was attentive to detail when it came to explaining the port process and transferring our service.

Went in to switch from Sprint to AT&T, and while the salesperson was very nice and pleasant, the deal that they gave me ended up being almost three times as expensive as what they sold me on. I wanted a family plan for two lines and leasing two phones. When the bill arrived, I discovered that I was being charged for a business plan. The approximate $100 charge for the plan became $250 and the phones which shouldve been $15/month were $60/month. When quarantine is over, Im going to go to Verizon, because this is bull.

I had the best time at the AT& T store at 1100 South Street. Antoinette and Melissa were a lot of fun. They were upbeat, patient and quite knowledgeable. I went in to get a case for my phone and left with a new phone and accessories.

The best manager and district manager in the business!!!!!! Best experience in all of customer service!!!
