We received a text message 15 minutes before the pickup next morning to say the car was on its way and a confirmation that he has there on location 10 minutes later. The driver was very pleasant and drove very safely. I was very satisfied with the overall performance of the service and recommend them to anyone coming from or going to the Philadelphia International Airport.
