Used the CURB app to call taxis. It worked great. We got cabs within minutes during the week. Friday was a little challenging as its the start of the weekend and everybodys out and about.Drivers were really very nice.

I have you several different taxi services in and around Center City but this time I was in the Northeast it was on a Friday night around 10:30 and I could not get a cab at all they said they had none in the area they were very polite and professional but that did not help me get to where I needed to go

The cab never showed up and the cab company kept saying we dont have any cabs in your area this is why lyft and uber is taking over cause cabs are not reliable

12/19/2020 @ 130 at the airport driver of car P1107 decides he wants to cut between myself and another vehicle, make his own lane. There were two turning lanes leaving cell phone lot and the light was red and he squeezes between us and makes a left on red.

They need some practice on parking in front of the correct address of what is given to them

Not a fan of the drivers that dont speak good English and who drive so slow that going 2 miles up the road could cost you more than 20.00 ..and thats the problem

I was out walking my dog down Richmond st. Crossing at a stop sign at Butler street, I was almost half way across the street already when one of their drivers almost hit my dog and I. The driver than flipped me off as well. Im completely blind in my right eye and partial in my left. This behavior is absolutely disgusting.

Surprised they are so lowly rated. Have become our taxi company of choice since we moved from San Diego earlier this year. Pleasant and efficient when we order a cab and they are always there on time or a couple of minutes early. Drivers are never unpleasant and always professional. This is over more than a dozen trips so not a one off lucky experience.

After one taxi service never arrived, I called this service. Waited even longer in the cold, with my son, outside of Shoprite. When I called them after 13 minutes the operator said they were almost there. Never showed.Between this and the other taxi service, we were waiting for 50 minutes outside of Shoprite in the freezing weather! Will never use this or the other so-called taxi service again. What I will do is call a LYFT. They came within 1 minute.

Came outside in pouring rain as a airport employee calls a cab for me this guy pulls up loads my luggage drives 1500 feet stops mumbles something gets out of cab and goes inside airport for about 5 mins!!! With the cab running!!!! Comes back out gets in cab starts driving to rental car place 2 miles from airport! On the way the meter still reads VACANT!!!! We get to rental car place and i hear him enter something in computer and he says please enter yes for fare i look at screen and it says $25 !!!! I said why does fare say $25? For a 2 mile cab ride????? He says i have been waiting 3 hrs for a job! I said how is that my problem??? He again said Ive been waiting 3 hrs for a job i said i dont care if you were waiting 10 hrs thats not my problem!!! He then tells me to click no to fare so i do any he changes it to $20!!! I told him this was BS!! i threw $20 through the window and while he was unloading my luggage i started taking photos of him and his car !!! He then started handed my waded up dollar bills 4 to be exact!!! I told him i was calling the cab company and was writing a review a very bad review!!! What a joke i shouldve refused to pay and told him to call police!!!!! But after 4 hours of airports and lines cops were the last thing i wanted!!! Save the headache and call a reliable company with good reviews!!! I called his company who was surprised he would do this said he would be suspended when he should be fired ! Speaks volumes about this company!!!!!!

Wow I guess this is why people dont use cabs anymore. Called the night before to reserve a ride to the airport the next day. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I called and they didnt pick up their phone. How do you just not show up. This is not a ride to the park, its to the airport where people will miss their expensive flight!!!! I called Phila Taxi Service instead and they got me in 15 minutes. I called last night to book a cab for the airport. They called me at 7:30am to confirm my cab at 7:45am. It didnt show. When I called, I was told the cab was stuck in traffic and would be 10 min late. I live in South Philly. What traffic?!! Theres traffic going to center city in the morning that I understand. Not going to South Philly. The worse part is the cab didnt show up after 10 min. When I called again, I was told again the cab was stuck in traffic and would be here in 10 min.No. I cancelled and used Lyft instead. No wonder the traditional cab service is failing.

I wish I could give this company a 0 review. I have never written a review before, but this company is so appalling bad that I feel the need to share. This company has me waiting for 2 and a half hours with a seven year old child. The people I talked to on the phone were unhelpful and rude and one person even hung up on me. This is why Uber is making cabs obsolete and I highly recommend you save time by downloading the Uber app and then get a driver that way. It will actually be quicker even if you take a two hour nap before you actually activate the app.

We called to reserve a cab for a plane flight. We asked if they could get us there in time. Of course, they said. Btw, we reserved this cab a week in advance. Guess what, we missed our flight.... Even after we was ready and on time the cab wasnt. Even after asking why he was taking the long way, we was ignored. We even called dispatch. They are rude and liars. Do not use this company! They dont care about anything bit taking your money. Out of all the taxis Ive ever taken this is the worst. Ive only used them twice and both times its been like this. I called to order a cab and he dispatch was rude and told me soon I wanted 25 minutes with no cab I call back and get yelled at about a ride time and soon so I canceled the ride. Great driver but high price what should have been 65 dollars was 85 and watch out for there touch screen tipping suggestions first thing..... 20 percent then I think 30 and finnaly square option number three of a whopping 40 percent...... Who pays a cab driver 40 percent of there fair??? People who are drunk and tired! So in my opinion they take advantage of people. Go with ANYONE ELSE!

This service is the worst in Philadelphia. I left my glasses on a taxi. I promptly called, and since I had the receipt I was able to identify the taxi number and driver id. They never contacted me back and they hanged up on me every time I called their number. Stay away from them! Very rude service!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had riding in a taxi. Flagged cab P0012 from Wells Fargo stadium to go 6.2 miles to Best Western on Vine street. Driver immediately tries to tell us the ride will be flat rate of $30. We ask him to run the meter, he looks annoyed. I disclose to him that I work for a cab company in my hometown. Halfway through our ride the driver stops IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY and starts frantically saying his meter is not working and we need to pay him $20, at this point the meter read $5.79 and we were only 2.6 miles from our destination. I tell the driver we under no circumstances should be pulled over on the freeway so he huffs and starts driving to our destination saying he will radio his company. I tell him I’m going to call his company myself to verify the rates and he sketchily calls someone on a radio and asks what the price would be and they say $25-$30 and when I ask again what is the cost breakdown they hung up on me. When the driver arrives at our destination he starts yelling at us to pay him $20 or he will not let us out of the cab and he will take us back to the stadium. I told him I would pay the meter rate of $8.52 and that if he does not let us out we will call the police. He angerly let us out after paying the $8.52 and yelled curse words out his window at me while driving away. Unfortunately this company made a poor decision on girls to stereotype tonight to try to scam. The driver is lucky he was paid $8.52 because the service I was provided was horrible beyond measure and speaks volumes on how greedy this company really is. Please be aware that your cab drivers are a direct billboard for your company and to allow this kind of behavior is a disgrace to cab drivers everywhere. They already have to compete with the lower rate transportation companies such as Uber and lyft but actions like this are the reason small cab companies go out of business completely. Please take this complaint seriously and act upon it. Absolutely would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

When I just hop in a random cab, its great. They dont talk much, which is preferred. Clean with modern technology. I dont like that a lot of drivers are on their phones. If you try to call the number and arrange a cab to pick you up, they confirm pick-up but the driver will change their mind after youve already been waiting over 30 mins. Also, the company seriously needs to investigate one of the dispatchers working there. I called Sunday December 9th at 6:25am. I asked for a cab to the Dunkin on 63rd near Haverford Ave. The dispatcher then says, Call me back when you know where you are, and hung up on me. I called back and gave her the address. Without checking, she immediately says We dont have cabs in that area. I felt like this was personal, but how could it be? I called back and asked her if she could actually check the system and get a cab to the area - hence, the phone call. [Like, obviously if there were cabs in the area I wouldnt need to contact the dispatcher.] Needless to say she hung up on me. I called back just one more time and she told me she was the only one there and she was smoking weed. This lady needs to be investigated, drug tested, and terminated. Idgaf. Shes rude and unprofessional and not willing to do her job. She has one job! Not to mention the fact that I began walking down towards 63rd St. Station to get on the train instead, and two cabs passed me...meaning there were in fact cabs in the area. This is one of the reasons people are using Lyft now - better service.

Called for a taxi at holiday inn because my friends car was having problems, operator got rude and raised her voice at me because I misunderstood what she said and she had to repeat it, I checked her on it and told her I was a customer and not to yell at me and in turn she tells me you’re not getting a cab and hung up on me. Terrible customer service, no wonder why this place only has 2 stars.

I asked you to please have the cab come to the Tulip St. entrance of the hospital, You said I know, we have that documented already. Clearly that was a lie since we ended up finding out the cab showed up to the Allegheny entrance, didnt see us (obviously; if you even really dispatched anyone), & left. Lost my wallet in a van taxi picked up outside of xfinity after a concert at Wells fargo. Driver dropped us off in the middle of nowhere after not putting the address in gps. Called and got no response, reported in the lost and found section they provide. No response to any contact. Horrible and scary driver who was mean and unprofessional. Terrible service. Do not use.

I called to have a taxi reserved for 4am the next morning and when I got up I called again at 3:35 to confirm the pick up at 4am to the airport because we had a group of 5 they said ok but at 4:15am still no taxi so we called Uber, which will always be our option from now on when visiting anywhere.

Honestly its No stars. I was at his & hers and a fight broke out. I called for a cab and they usually come quick because they are stationed in the city. I waited 30 minutes outside in the cold because they would allow us back in after people got ratchet. I called back an this chick tells me that my cab will be there any minute because they can track the cabs location. I waited another 25 mins and it didnt show up. I arrived early to the airport and needed to go 5 miles away for breakfast. I told the driver where I was going he then turned around and motioned to some women that he wouldnt make much money from this trip. Upon arrival to our destination ride was $15 he pressed something on the meter and it went up to $18. When asked why the fare increased he says that is the airport fee and waved me off. He was upset that I didnt have cash and when I used credit he asked why I didnt give him a tip. Apparently, he is charged a fee of some sort. Like thats not my fault but im not paying $25 for a 5 minute ride. Just rude

Happened to show up at VET hosp.. at 5:00pm he took rsvlt Blvd, I suggested he get to North Broad, as the Blvd was backed up..then he came off at art museum & then turned on to Lincoln drive..more back up, I kept saying I LIVE AT BROAD near Einstein. One of our luggage was left in the trunk, and this company will not do anything to help us try to find it. Called and email several time, without any help. Apparently they did not keep a list of their driver, so even if you remember the driver name, they wont help.

I needed a cab to help me get myself and my daughter to the train station. I called twice both times the people hung up on me. This was in the dead of winter. Most unprofessional cab service Ive ever used in Philadelphia. Its no wonder people use uber. I called for a cab and was told I would be picked up in 20 min. 20 min later there was no cab so I called. The woman I spoke to said its still on its way and hung up on me as I asked how much longer it would take. I called back A THIRD TIME and finally someone else picked up and informed me that it would in fact be an hour wait. What an absolute waste of my time. Uber and lyft from now on.

WATCH OUT, DISHONEST DRIVERS P.412, Leaving a late night game, was rear ended at a stop sign, the only reason he stopped because he had nowhere to go, I got out and began taking pics, driver refused to talk, asked him about exchanging info, he barely nodded, I turned to get pen & paper, he jumped in his cab and sped off, taking the first turn he could, turning off lights to get away.

Driver was on the (not handsfree) phone the entire time and then drove off with my luggage!!

Worst cab company ever...driver turned off the meter when we got to our destination...before he turned it off it was $27...told us it was $37...and that we had to pay cash....after an argument he admitted it was $27 but still insisted we pay cash...do yourself a favor and take Uber...
