Forrest is the best. He was extremely helpful and funny. He diagnosed and fixed the problem another shop couldnt. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Mickey made some good suggestions for extended warranty companies.

Third time visiting this location the front desk guy (Lou) is very helpful every time he gave me his best price available while still giving me different options on my repair instead of just saying this is what we need to do and it will cost this much just like other shops. Even having to spend over 800$ on a repair i feel confident that I was NOT taken advantage of unlike other places. He even went out of his way to explain financing ( which I did not need but it was still nice that he mentioned). I will most definitely come here for any car issues I have because of Lou!

Got synthetic oil change. They did honor online coupons for discount. Quick service. Staff was very nice. But, the actual mechanic did not reset my oil change guage, and did not inflate my 4 tires. So, I have to go back tomorrow to get it reset and tires inflated to my SUV stats..

I would definitely come back to this location. I ordered tires and by the next day they were delivered. I was running late for my appointment and they still installed my tires and it was done in less than 1 hour. I have found a new place to get work done on my car.

Honestly, I hate to have car issues but since my car is over twenty years old and in the best condition it can be I trust someone who can fix my issues the first time and not make me run back and forth and since Midas is right up the road, they took care of my issues. Mark who is the store manager put his best tech on my Ford Mustang to resolve all my driving issues. I can tell you I have been to many service places, they give you the run around, put anyone on your car and then off you go having to return with more issues. This is a new place and the team of guys there work hard to make every dollar count, I cant thank Mark and his team enough times at Midas for my recent fixes on my Mustang. Drives like a champ!I highly recommend anyone who hasnt used a Midas before to give this store a try, I can assure you that your car will be treated like family.

I’m so disappointed I really used to like this Midas A lot They had a manager here name James treated me like family . I felt welcomed today I was greeted by someone new and he was just unpleasant felt more like I just want your money then actually building a relationship which is why I continued to bring my car here for service but I will no longer come and bring my car here makes me sad but I’ll just rather pay someone else who is going to make sure that me feeling welcome and comfortable is their priority. Again super disappointed loss customer .

This was my first time ever visiting this place. I plan on visiting again. These guys are swamped and they didnt have time for walk-ins. I explained that this was the 3rd shop I have been to today and everyone is telling me I need to book on advance at least a week just for a simple oil change. After hearing that they were able to adjust some of their schedules and found me a slot the next morning. They also helped find me a coupon online and saved me $20. It was a good experience

Manager Brian assures the work is done right. Pleasant and accommodating. I drive a long way just because I trust him and quality work. Not all Midass are equal.

It was a good experience I learned a lot about my car and was even able to look underneath Abdul was awesome and very patient with different questions I had about my car.

Looked them up online for car inspection, was able to make the appointment online. Got there and got out of the car, before I could even get 2 words out, this guy starts telling me to move my car (almost yelling)...hello, thats what I wanted to ask, where do I put the car...since there was NO empty parking spots. Anyways, I moved it to the very end of the lot where they just park cars anywhere on top of a grassy area that looks like more like a junk yard. Thankfully another guy serviced me. Appointment was for 9:30am, got called at 2pm when it was ready. Except for the rude manager, who also snapped at his own employees for taking his pen...all ok with the service to the car. Will not step into that Midas again but I am satisfied with the actual work.

I got new 22” rims for my bmw x5. After going around so many shops and no one knew what’s they talking about. I stop here abd james was so helpful and got me the right tire size and was so helpful and nice to me. I highly recommend it. See james.

Dont buy Groupon and go there, there are so many hidden fees they charge you which end up being same as their displayed price. I stopped going here and the staff is not honest with the price. I got better deals and less fees in Midas cottman location.

Horrible customer service, made an appointment a week in advance, the day before they tell me they can’t take my car. But to bring it in Monday morning, they’ll “take a look at it, than I’ll be on my way.” Monday morning I go there only to be told it’ll be 140$ for them to look at my car, and it’ll take 2-3 hours. So I ask, why wasn’t I told this from the beginning? Indian guy gets very defensive, and states he’s not here to argue. Sir, I’m not arguing but asking why I wasn’t informed this on the phone. Needless to say, after such poor service. I felt the need to take my business elsewhere! Don’t bother coming to this place.

I came in with a Groupon voucher I purchased and the code wasn’t working for some reason, so the guy at the front desk told me to contact Groupon. Groupon wasn’t the easiest to deal with an kept giving me the run around. These guys went over an beyond trying to locate a callback number for “Groupons Customer Service”. In the end it was no luck finding the number but these guys gave me a deal on my alignment just so they wouldn’t break my pockets an they wasn’t even responsible for the inconvenience. BEST SERVICE I’VE HAD AT MIDAS!

Honestly, the folks are nice and very attentive. However what I dont like is that I went to this location for the first time this wkend and I had a scheduled appt for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was extremely tired after working 12 hrs and getting 2 and a half hrs of sleep. So I didnt check my tires until the next day and realized they never did my tire rotation. Tires can be expensive especially if youre someone like me who likes good quality items. Most tires come with a mile warranty, however if you the customer isnt taking care of the tires properly you void it out. Getting your tires rotated every oil change is recommended for better wear and tear. They never did the rotation, and this isnt the first time this company told me they did something and didnt. Luckily for me I know what to look for. I guess I need to find another company to go to.

This is a terrible place!!!! FYI when I go into a place for service I do not wish to return for something that should have been done as promised and what I paid for!!!! I live 40 minutes away and will not be returning for windshield washer fluid. You people are useless and money hungry i will go and purchase my own and pour it in myself.!! What a waste of space!!! I spent $262 and you people probably did nothing to my car!!! I should have left when I showed up for an appointment and was not seen on time. Dont respond to me with your generic respnse!!! Would greatly recommend this location, went to get a resonator delete and couldn’t be happier with the results and my overall experience. Lou is a nice guy and was very helpful with anything I needed.

I pray that everyone reads this review before going here. If you don’t value your money then feel free to get service here, otherwise stay away! For one, they charged me $35 dollars for having my car there for 3 days even though their policy says you get charged 35 dollars after 3 days when yo your car is done getting work. I took my car on a Monday, gave them the okay to fix on Tuesday and they lied and said my car was ready on Monday when I didn’t approve the repairs until Tuesday.Second, if you’re in a tight spot do NOT do Easy Pay when they offer it. Desperate because I needed my car to get to work I did easy pay. I do not make a lot of money an there seems to be an approval process. The man at the desk lied on my application about how much I make a month and now I’m paying the price for it because I can’t afford the monthly payments. I would much have rather paid from my credit card but maybe it’s my fault for allowing myself to get pushed into doing easy pay.Third. I asked them to change my tire that caught a nail and they changed the wrong tire. When I brought it up they said “well actually the driver side rear was worse than the one you wanted done.” Just wow.Very ghetto and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Only compliment I can give them is they fixed my car pretty quick.

This was my second visit to Midas at 9417 Bustleton ave in Philadelphia....and my last!! My first visit for an oil change I had a coupon for 18.99. My total charge was 27.00 which included a disposal fee and taxes. My next visit, I had the same coupon, requested the same service and was charged 42.87. The only difference was that my daughter brought my car in this visit. She was told there would be an extra charge, never told the amount, since my car needed 6 quarts of oil and the coupon only covered 5?? She was not informed of the additional 23.00 until after the service was completed. I called and was told by Rob, who continually called me “Hon”, that the extra oil and disposal fees and taxes were the reason for the 42.87!!! Why offer a coupon for 18.99 for an oil change and charge 42.87?? If you are going to misrepresent your services and prices, customers need to be aware.

Awesome experience! My truck overheated and they were able to get me in same day and had me back on the road. Robert and his team were really friendly and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Prices are good and staff are professional! I’ll for sure be coming back for all my trucks needs!

I went there for an inspection and was told I needed new front brakes. They were very professional and polite but, when they showed me the pads, they said they were worn unevenly and will not pass inspection. The mechanic did say that the brake pads were not properly installed which caused them to wear unevenly. I then told them that those pads and rotors were installed by another Midas shop. They offered no discount(except free brake pads(s39.99) because I had a lifetime warranty. They claimed that the rotors had to be replaced too because they do not turn down rotors anymore) I should also state that these pads only lasted $15,000 miles. The original pads lasted 45,000 miles. Also, my inspection and emissions is not due until November but I went early. They would only pass emissions and replaced the November sticker with a September sticker.

The wait for emissions and state inspections is extremely long. I had an appointment for 10:00 am and by 1:15 pm I still had not been serviced. There were 5 other people who were experiencing the same thing while I was there.

Horrible I went to get my truck inspected of course they found $1200 worth of work that needed to be done. Went to Pep Boys only needed $40 worth of stuff

Went to Midas and the customer service was excellent and very friendly. Got a oil change and it was done fast and great. Also was told what needs to be done in the future and will come back to this store and recommend anyone else if they need any work done. I left very happy with the work.

Went to Midas for the first time and had a great experience! Needed a state inspection and it was finished in a timely manner. The waiting room had comfortable chairs, coffee, and a TV to distract myself from my phone and the small wait time. Robert and his staff were extremely helpful and kind. Prices are very reasonable compared to others shops too. Will definitely recommend this Midas store to everyone who needs help with their vehicle or has any questions.

I am had a wonderful experience at the Midas on Bustleton. The service was quick and I felt comfortable with the price paid. I recommend working with anyone of the employees but Rob the store manager was particularly helpful.

Spent over $700.00 dollars on new brakes and rotors on 2/3/20. 13 days later there’s a funny noise and the car can not be driven. We have it towed back to Midas since we saw that the bolt on the left rear tire holding the brake in place is gone. The car is checked today on 2/17/20 and we are told that the brake line blew off the bolt and it is not Midas’ fault. Poor service. Poor professionalism- do NOT take your car there!!!!

Most ppl dont like spending their off days doing routine car maintenance but going to Midas at Bustleton is always pleasant. The staff is always helpful. The new manager, Rob is awesome. Im sad to see Mickey leave but he left the place in good hands.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always apply discounts or coupons whenever they can find anything. The work is always reliable as well. I had called and spoke to Chuck about bringing my vehicle in, he was very nice and quite flexible on the phone, I came in and after the mechanic did the test drive and they took apart my car, I found out what needed to be done, He worked out the pricing for me after I explained that money was a big issue!
