Manager was great and even came out to greet me before they even opened.

Recently purchased a used 2007 Camry. Had 1st oil change since purchase at a NJ location. A month later oil light flashes, I stopped by this location 30 minutes before closing thinking I needed another oil change and manager said I just needed oil topped off. I asked the technician who topped off oil if I had a leak Tech went under car and took pic to show me it doesn’t appear to be a leak. Manager came out and said if light comes on again bring it back. I will definitely do just that! Great customer service.

Quick tool in service. Yes prices are higher than normal for a standard blend oil change. But literally if you want to get things done in a Jiffy, thats the reason to go to them. I was able to remain in the car during the service, which was a perk by all means. I was granted a coupon on my services as well.

Was very shocked when I got there they told me to stay in my car as they were changing my oil in my Kia telluride. I said to them absolutely not it is 100° out. I have never been to a jiffy lube where they told you to stay in your car. Jiffy lube please check into this matter. People can get very sick sitting in a hot car.

I arrived when they opened at 8a and they allowed me to drive through the garage right away. I stayed in the car the whole time as they changed my oil. By 9am, I was driving home. Very convenient and very professional service.

I think they did a good job on my oil change overall, but there were a few things that were not ideal.1. They had me stay in my car with it off during the oil change which wasnt great since it was really hot outside. I am young and healthy, but this would not be good for some older folks or those with health issues.2. They didnt reset my oil change indicator, so that light is still on, which Ive never had happen before in my life. I tried to call multiple times after and couldnt get an answer, and the traffic was so bad due to construction in front of the shop that there was no going back. Womp womp.Overall, service was quick and efficient, but for the price, I think they should improve these things.

The Jiffy Lube on City Line Avenue has very poor service and they are very, very unprofessional. I dont think that they gave me my routine maintenance as a matter of fact I know that they didnt they never changed my oil. You cannot pour oil and let out the old oil at the same time so in saying that they never changed my oil the gentleman just poured oil on top of what I already had and the one that was under the bottom of my vehicle just shook my vehicle to make me think they were changing my oil. Ive had my oil changed many times and its no way on this Earth they were done doing that before I could smoke a whole cigarette Im being very serious Im not joking I literally lit a cigarette when they started and before I was done they were putting my hood down saying youre all done. That has never happened to me in the history of me getting my oil changed. They never topped off my fluids the person that was servicing me didnt even put my sticker on my windshield they just tossed it on my dashboard. And then got upset with me when I was questioning how poorly the service was. They just took my money and did not do what I came there for. Please. Do not use Jiffy Lube on City Line Avenue they have the worst service ever. I want my money back from this company so I can get my routine maintenance done the right way.

I was completely shocked when I went to this jiffy lube I was told to stay inside my vehicle the entire time while they were changing my oil with the car shut off. It was extremely hot and not very safe to keep people in that kind of conditions. I wish I could give better stars but these people are at this location or just as bad as the ones on aramingo avenue. Jiffy lube needs to take a look at this location and aramingo location. These people are here just for a paycheck and do not care whatsoever about their customers. Someone is going to get sick or even maybe die sitting in their cars when it is almost 100° out. Pep boys you really need to take a look at this since you have been notified many times by me. If something happens to someone you will be held responsible.

My experience Jiffy Lube was great always great Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years like 10+never have I had a problem juts got a new SUV thought something was wrong they checked it out educated me about it and sent me home nothing was wrong😊😂.

This Jiffy Lube location has been my go-to place for fast and efficient oil changes for the last 6 years. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, and Im usually in and out in less than 30 minutes.Special thanks to Danyel (hope I didnt butcher the spelling of his name) who took excellent care or me and my older vehicle a couple of weeks ago. He gave me a little Car 101 and told me what I should be mindful of between oil changes. Most of all, I appreciated his friendly and patient disposition. Hes a really nice guy with a great personality, and had me and other customers laughing the whole time he took care of us.Keep up the great work, Jiffy Lube, and keep smiling and laughing, D! I went in early on a Saturday, yesterday in fact, for an oil change. The workers were courteous, friendly, respectful, and the work was done efficiently and quickly. The recommendations for service I received sounded reasonable and not like they were just trying to get more money out of me.

Was good service. They just forgot to reset my oil change digital and it said I had no oil. It made me nervous so my chevy dealer reset it.

I got my oil changed here two days ago and now my Engine light is turned on and my car isnt running smoothly anymore. I took it back to get it inspected and I was instructed to get diagnosed at Auto Zone. After getting it diagnosed, I returned to Jiffy Lube to let them know. They then told me that its just a weird coincidence and that Kias have a history of having issues. I literally have never had an issue with my car before and its only 5 years old with 30,000 miles. I now have to go to the dealership to get my car checked out. I wont ever be returning to any Jiffy Lube in the future. If Im paying $85 for an oil change, I shouldnt have to deal with this. I also wanted to point out that when I did get my oil changed here, the staff was super unprofessional. I overheard one of the staff members telling his coworker how he paid for a womans dinner and she didnt put out for him (Im not surprised). Disgusting behavior.

So after a long day of work i was in need of a oil change like yesterday, wasnt sure of closing time so I called to confirm. I was told we take our last car until 6pm . I was pushing it close however I made there by 555pm. The one associate walked up and said we are close and I explained to him what I wrote In the beginning. The manager cam out and said what Can I do for you today . I said him all I want is a oil change, he replied to me pull up. Customer service at 100%. I appreciate management that don’t mind jumping and doing what the employees do all day . Thank you for going about and beyond you and the other associate that stayed. Because of this experience I will certainly be back..

I wish some of staff would be more courteous to the customers and not curse and talk about them in demeaning manor and pretend that customer cant hear sitting in the car with open windows. But otherwise service was ok.

The wait was long and the staff was disorganized.. Not like it used to be...This was my 2nd time theere, last time..the guy told they were closing in 20 mins..couldnt take more people..They are short staffed and need better manager..

The guys are always efficient and friendly. They offer extras which I sometimes get if my car is due and I dont have time to go to my regular shop (like air filter changes and wiper blades). Great value for the time saved and no need for an appointment. Also had a great wait in car service during COVID.

Its was sorry. No customer service skills. The areas had trash all over the place. No second system sales. If you dont ask they dont offer. I will never use them again! It ido I t will not be the location I used.

Most of the guys at the shop were just standing around talking. The two that worked on my oil change literally only did that. They didnt check anything else on the car, didnt top off any fluids, nothing. None of them seemed like they were even interested in doing their job and I didnt even feel comfortable to ask a question. I will not be returning.

I arrived to receive an exchange for my battery which is under warranty. In order to drive my car I would immediately need my battery. However, I was told by the district manager, Maurice, that they would need to call some sort of technician to test the battery and that this would take around an hour. I told him that I needed a battery immediately because I need to move my car from a location or else I would get charged a storage fee for leaving it at that location. Additionally, it cost me an excessive amount in Ubers to move to and from my car to the jiffy lube. I instead came up with a plan that would allow me to have a battery on hand in and to reduce the amount of purchasing ubers back and forth until I could receive some sort of reimbursement for my battery warranty. I suggested that I buy a battery then when the battery technician approved my warranty I would then be able to receive a reimbursement for the replacement battery that I purchased. Unfortunately, the 50th st and city ave location did not have my battery in stock so I had to wait hours for another battery to be delivered from a nearby autozone. I am medical student and this heavily disrupted my study day and caused me significant distress. It has been hours since the whole event transpired and I still have not received a call back to get the warranty exchange for my battery. I WILL NOT be doing business with that jiffy lube and likely any jiffy lube in the future.

When to have my car inspected this morning. I was told the person dont come into work until 11. When back at 120pm now they not taking any more cars for inspection today. The person only work four hours a day.

I went to jiffy lube and my car broke down 2 mile away had to get a tow and everything I think they did something to my car the man handed me my sticker I had to put it on myself sad

I got here when they opened at 8am to get my car inspected. They told me the man that would inspect it won’t be here until 9am. He didn’t show up until 9:45am. My car sat in the shop for over an hour with no one touching it while the mechanics stood around and talked. The whole process of me waiting snd for my car to be inspected took 4 hours... I was late to work because of this. I will never go to this Jiffy Lube ever again.

They were super kind at this Jiffy Lube. I’ve gotten my oil done here a few times, as well as my breaks checked and each time three were quick and efficient. Recently my car battery died and after I failed to jump start it, their manager Joe S. kindly used a jump start box to start my dead battery. He was professional and kind. Definitely recommend.

Pulled right in and received GREAT service during my oil change. A little different than pre COVID-19 with having to stay in the vehicle while receiving the service. It was quite nice to see up close and personal how things were done. Staff was quite friendly, informative and and quick with the turnaround.

Ok first time I took my van to a drive thru jiffy lube. It was a fun experience and did not take any longer than the jiffy lube site I use in Springfield. They neglected taking my coupon off. Otherwise, the workers were really great and thorough. Would definitely use them again.

I really had a great experience, this time after not being at Jiffy Lube, in quite some time. I have a mechanic that I go to for just about everything and I really needed a oil change pretty bad. I who was instantly greeted by an employee, by the name of Jyshon. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. More customer service establishments, need individuals like him. I look forward to doing further business and anticipate receiving the same service as I did this evening. They did a great job and hope that they can continue that form of business.

Tried to call to find out when the inspection person would be in on Friday July 31, 2020 and sat on the phone for almost (40) minutes and no one answered he phone. when they did they just picked it up and hung it up.Thats just ignorant. I guess you lost a customer, guess I gotta go to Pepboys.

Went in to get my AC recharged, left without a functioning car! Should have been a simple job. Tech was smoking awa cigarette while he looked around under the hood of my RUNNING car for stuff he could sell me. Had me leave my car running outside in the sun in June while he did the AC recharge and the radiator broke! A huge cloud of antifreeze evaporated in his face and he looks at ME, dumbfounded, and says did it overheat? Buddy, youre the mechanic! Icing on the cake is when they tried to sell me an $800 radiator replacement. When I got home the car was smoking and spewing antifreeze.

Deceitful crooks who will rob any female at a moments notice. Used the wrong oil and over filled it by over a quart, also do not know anything about cars. That was the most terrible experience. They didnt want to wear they mask. I did ask very polite to put theme on and they give me a very big attitude. Manager was horrible and they was supposed to rotate my tire. When he said my car was done I did say they didnt do my tire he said yes we did that first. When I got home they didnt rotate my tire.

Rude and expensive. If you not in the hurry, Midas or Meineke are way better option.

Very efficient and quick service. The best part is that you sit in your car the entire time while the kind employees tend to your oil. Gregg was very transparent and let me know everything that was happening. They tell you up front that they will offer you extra products but that they are just offers, not mandatory. Overall, very pleasant experience.

My oil light went on, so I checked it and my car was quite low on oil. My car needed an oil change anyway; however, I had an appointment that I needed to get to so I was in a hurry. When I arrived, Latia quickly offered assistance and told me that Jiffy Lube could change my oil and have me out in plenty of time for my appointment. Latia was awesome as well as the other staff. I found them to be the most courteous employees that I have interacted with in a long time. A job well done!

They seriously tried to scam my sister because she was a female, overfilled her oil by a quart with the wrong kind, spilled coolant all over the engine and purposely unplugged a coil pack so the car was not safe to drive.
