Love the staff. They are very pleasant. My eyebrows always look amazing when she does them! And they always ask about my grandson who inquired what it was like to get a pedicure after seeing a Gentlemen getting his nails groomed. They gave him a semi pedicure to his delight and amazement. Now I have him asking can he go to get a Little Man-icure. Thanks Ms Kim and staff. You are all the best!

Ive been a customer for 12 years.They are great people.

Had appointment for 5:00 was there 10 minutes early,went to the door and it was locked.They didnt answer the door after they seen me standing there, so I went to my car and waited 5 more minutes. They came out and told me 5 more minutes, so I waited again and this time 10 minutes and nothing so I left.

I have been going to this nail shop for over 5 years. The owner is very nice and so are the other nail technicians. The shop is very clean. Their pedicures are awesome. They do great work and never display any frustration or tiredness when dealing with the customers. My favorite is the gel manicures.

I have been to Kims twice now and really enjoy the service Ive received both times. My gels lasted three weeks which is a miracle for me and my toes are going over a month. They are reasonably priced for the care you receive.

I love this place, me and mom have been going to this place since I was 15 years old and I love kim and the place its always clean and they always great people at the door.

I had my last straw with this place. Been going for 4 years for pedicure and eyebrow wax. It was ok for the money and clean enough. The last 2 times they dug in my toe so badly I bleed. Last visit I got burned with the hot rocks, splashed with water as the lady cleaned her tools in the spa while my feet were still in it. Made to put my feet on a dirty wet towel. The place itself looked dirty and smelled like wet dog. During my wax the lady was burping in my face and leaning all over my chest and face. A mess. Never going back.

I went there because I had a gift certificate. I needed a quick lip and underarm wax. Now Ive been waxed in the dirtiest Third World wax places and never had as bad a reaction as I did from this place.

The owner of Kima is always thare when you walk in and she greets you and then one of the employees takes you to the chair if your getting a petty.

This was my first time there. Cs was very good really good pedicure and manicure very friendly and clean environment

This place is SO DIRTY!! They are incredibly slow, they cant communicate and they dont follow any protocols that could potentially be hazardous for customers. Ill never go back to that awful place!

I just saw a comment where the woman said the salon smelled like a dog...🤔. I must ask...are you sure it wasnt you that smelled like a dog? Js. Ive been going here for over 7 years & they are always on point. Sometimes The acrylic smell is a little overwhelming, but thats any/every nail salon. I do wish they had a larger selection of nail polish though.
