Clean, very nice employees and parking. Great Place!

I came in and requested clear nails. I got a new girl. Another lady showed her how to do what I asked and she did a nice looking job but days later the nails started lifting and before 2 weeks in, 3 of my nails popped off. When I called to let them know, the girl that answered the phone told me it was MY FAULT. She said they always lift after 2 weeks. I told her it was before 2 weeks when it started lifting and now they are popping off and it hasnt been 2 weeks yet. She wanted to me to make an appointment for the same girl I had which WHY would I want her again or WHY would I ever come back. That full set cost $65. $65 is too much for something that lasted less than 2 weeks

Unfortunately I am reviewing it again with lesser stars. I had the senior staff member. ONLY A GEL MANICURE. I have polish all over my figure. When I asked to remove the polish she used a tool. I am very disappointed. I drove almost 30 minutes to go back since my last experience was pleasant.

I have been with coming to this nail salon for over 10 years now and I wouldn’t go any other place. The girls are great. The place is always clean and they always do a great job! CLEAN! that is big with me. I have been to other places that are just a mess. Not Packer Ave Nails! They are clean and they try to accommodate everyone! Love the girls there! I have been coming to this place for about 3 years. I always request Yen she is very good ! I see below someone wrote a comment about their eye brown being burned and the nails not being done well. I must say every time my eye brows are done the wax is never scolding hot always warm. Also my nails always look great and if there are any issues with my nails and I call to let Yen know she fixes them and never charges me. That is something I love when they stand by that and do not charge you extra to fix a chipped nail. :)

Worst Nail Dip EVER!!!! The person who did my nails this morning used the number corresponding to the color I picked but failed to put the base coat on and so the nail color did not match the swatch. I questioned this after I paid and they told me the nail color never matches the swatch!! Really?!?! This was the first time I had nail dip there, I usually drive far out of the city to get my nails done but I always wanted to try there. So sorry I did. I have been having dip done for years and it always matches the swatch. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. Later on I noticed lumps in my nails!!

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon (or any establishment). From the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but disrespect and given an attitude about everything. I requested Lee to do my refill because she did themgood last time but I sure wish I didn’t. When I sat down I asked her if the color I picked matched a color I liked that I found on Pinterest and she literally said “I have no idea, I can’t help you with that” with the nastiest attitude. She then proceeded to YELL at me when I asked her how much a refill would be and got so mad that I didn’t want a new set since I was missing two nails . She got so mad that I asked she proceeded to walk away and do someone’s eyebrows. As she was doing another girls eyebrows she proceeded to TALK ABOUT ME as I was right there. I seriously was in shock I had no idea what to say. I decided to leave and let them know how I felt before I left. I was so livid after I was actually shaking. Never in my life have I experienced this treatment from a place I was going to give my money to. They sure lost a lot of business from this because my mom, sister and multiple friends are no longer going here after I told them about this experience. Seriously the attitude I received was unbelievable. Lee hated me from the moment I walked in and was being so nice to other people. It wasn’t even just her it was everyone there who was being so rude to me. I have no idea what I did to this woman but let me tell you if you want to be treated respectfully as you should in any business DO NOT GO HERE. I have NO idea who let these people run a business but this is not how you do it.

I had a very bad experience when I first arrived at the nail salon it was a lady at the front desk she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how much was for nails and to get my feet done then she asked me was I ready now so I told her I had to ask my boyfriend to see if it was okay for that price that she told me so I went out talk to my boyfriend I came back and she was very rude her name is Lee she did my nails and she was so mean she talked about my fingers when she did my pedicure she was rough I think she was racist this place needs to go out of business you cant treat customers whos paying money this way I was nice I was kind and she still was rude to me my boyfriend was with me and notice how mean she was treating me but they treated him nice he got his toes done and he got better service than I did I would never again go back to this place I wouldnt even spit on his Place if it was on fire thats how bad they treated me on another note my feet and my nails came out very nice

I love this nail solon!! The workers are so nice they do an amazing job at everything. I had an ingrow toe nail. It was very bad. I was going to go to the doctor but then they got it out. I was so happy! My wife comes here all the time she love this nail solon. She said they do an awesome job every time.

The first time I went here I got my eyebrows done and they used wax that was too hot and went over them twice causing burns and bleeding. I had scabs on my eyebrows and they didnt tell me.. I got my nails done after and I wondered why they gave me a free shirt. I gave this place another chance at my nails and it was horrible the lady who did them was very rude to me the whole time and did a terrible job and all I got was a full set acrylic with French design(Not hard)I could have done a better job myself and saved money since theyre overpriced!!! I will never go back to this rude, unprofessional place again.
