Lauren was the best. No cancellations. Nothing. I never had a problem with this place and have been going for years. Friendly staff and all. Respect goes a long way.

I had a telehealth appt scheduled for 9am with this place, waited over an hour until I called them to find out what the hold up was. A woman answered, she was polite and basically told me she didn’t know what was going on and will make a few phone calls and give me a call back soon. That was 2 hours ago. My appt was at 9am and it’s quarter to 12 now, I don’t think I’ll ever get a call back from anyone.

This place is awful i’ve had a problem every single time i’ve dealt with them. telehealth appointment is at 1:20, last time they called me 10 mins early so i’ve been sitting by the phone ready, by 1:30 i call the office and ask about my appointment and the receptionist tells me “oh he’s busy after lunch and needs to catch up give him another 30 minutes” What kind of bs is that? so i’m supposed to wait until 2:00 for my 1:20 appointment that should take 10 minutes... as if I don’t work and have things to do. so unprofessional it’s terrible.

I havent even gone to this place because Ive been trying to get an appointment, but the people at the call center do not seem to care about that. I called the number, and the lady who answered put me on hold 4 separate times, and the call rerouted me back to the same number, so she kept answering like she didnt know who I was and kept putting me on hold. And when I tried to tell her the problem, she put me on hold AGAIN. Also, it didnt help that she sounded really apathetic the entire time she was speaking to me. And the day before, when I at least got close to getting an appointment, she told me she would call me back the next morning. Needless to say, she did not.

They forgot my telehealth appointment today. I was then left on hold for 30 mins and hung up on or disconnected. Eventually (still no call) a very clueless woman answered the 2nd time I called and explained to her what was going on. She put me back on hold for 45 mins! They wasted my time. I am livid and cannot focus at work now. This was a very important appointment. I confirmed it twice. I am receiving no help.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They wasted my time several times. Canceled on my appointment with no notice and tried stealing $50 in co pays from me! DON’T BOTHER

Im on the phone for 2.5 hrs. Waiting and waiting. Only to learn this Organization is Very Short of Staff. Not to mention many other things . I dont treat with this Clinic and I hope I dont ever have to. I Only hope this Clinic gets better and more assistance as well. I am not One person, That like to Use Negative words, Energy in Sabotaging Others or Their Place of Business. Im just expressing Myself based on a Small EXPERIENCE I had today. This place is very dirty very unprofessional. Doesn’t provide care for all adolescence needs in the mental health area. They give you the run around with every issues. Cancellations and lost appointments are ridiculous. And No One seems to have a supervisors numbers.

I guess that this place is used to dealing with people with drug addiction and so everyone that works here is insanely rude. I made a few appointments with this place only because it’s one block from where I live two out of four appointments the doctor was not there on my scheduled appointment day. When I called to reschedule and actually spoke to the doctor he did not work with me at all and actually hung up on me after telling me that he has nothing to do with scheduling appointments I would have to take that up with the front desk. So after waiting two months for my appointment for the second time I was told I had to reschedule and the earliest they had to offer was in another month. Needless to say I will not be going back to this roach motel. Dr Mahlab Is the doctor I speak of.

The staff was incredibly rude and continuously fought as they gave me the wrong form and essentially ignored my existence, until the very end, where they needed to get my copay. This was after they explained that it would take over four visits to even see a psychiatrist. I left feeling robbed and with more mental health issues than I had when I came in.

Dr. mahlab is a condescending jerk. i gave this place a chance because they seem to be extremely overwhelmed but very nice nonetheless. not dr. mahlab. he dismissed my diagnosis, HIT ON ME, and is just not a good doctor at all. won’t be going back and he should be reported.

Very inefficient and they never answer their phone. I cannot actually comment on the quality of treatment (though I hear it is below average) because they refuse to schedule appointments

I was 3 days away from seeing a psychiatrist and they told me they had to cancel because they’re not taking psych evaluation at the time. I been in the system for 2 months. Very poor management. Do not go here!!! They treat their patients badly.

They contacted wrong person for confirmation and when I called didn’t answer my question then got rude, spoke really fast and hung up. These are behavioral health specialists.

Appointment to see the psychiatrist was made about 5 months out. When my appointment finally came around, they had no record of it. I had to cancel 2 other appointments to keep this one. Completely unacceptable!
